Went to send money today and Carlos gave me a hard time. First he wanted to argue what my “real” name is by mocking my name. Then tells me to go away & go to the other cashier. I was super angry over this interaction. I decided to take my business somewhere else. Super rude staff.

*AVOID STORE AT ALL COST*Tried to upgrade phones and they messed up the activation. They got my account locked in Boost Mobiles servers. Went back to try and fix this issue and they tried to charge me 40$ to fix their mistake. Absolutely insane. Not just an angry customer, I could be you. Seriously, avoid this store.

Greedy employees... I called to ask if they had 3 phones in their inventory so I could switch my service and buy all 3. They did so, I headed directly to this location. After getting there I started the process of switching and I was told I needed to pay $450 plus tax. Each phone was only $50 each, $25 activation, and $100 for the monthly bill. I asked why is it so much?. They then broke down the bill... They added a screen protector and case for each phone. I told them I dont want any of that. They then proceeded to tell me that if I dont buy them I needed to pay ANOTHER MONTH. So then, Id be paying 2 months ahead. The employee specifically told me that it is BOOST MOBILES POLICY to buy the extras or pay the extra month, they do it to prevent fraud. How does buying screen protectors or paying 2 months of service protect from fraud? I proceeded to call Boosts Customer Service. Its NOT POLICY!!!

These guys are doing it right. Professional is the foundation and they build up from it with good attitude and welcoming service. They helped me out with a great deal on a cellphone. I needed an upgrade. They met me in the middle and did not once attempt to run me over with policy or terms. They heard my needs and helped me get a good setup and also even cashed my work check with no issues. I see no reason why anyone would go anywhere else. Thanks for doing it right.

I love how late they are opened, its very convenient for the people that are very busy during most of the day like I am. The staff are very nice with you, and they help you out with any questions. The service is quick, and I dont have to spend more than 10 minutes waiting at the usual time I go.

Called to find out how much they charge for check cashing, the lady that picked up the phones tells me they charge $2.50,byt then asks if this would be the first time Id be going there. I tell her yes, it didnt seem like a big deal, but she proceeds to tell me that they dont cash checks to people that go to them the first time. I can understand a certain need to be secure in your business but to turn someone down from cashing a check and getting much needed money in hand simple for being a first-time customer is a tad unfair and unorthodox, in my opinion.

Went there a few days ago. I had called because i wanted to know if I qualified for an upgrade. Hector talked to me on the phone and told me some of the deals. Once there not only do i leave with a new phone but he explains to me this new promotion that when you add a new line to your account you can get a phone for 5 dollars and a free month. It worked out because i been wanting to get my son a chep phone for when school starts. And on top off that, he updated my outdated 50 dollar 6 gigs plan for the 50 dollar unlimited plan. I came in earlier today to ask a question about the phone and he was very helpful. I have never reviewed a business before but I felt the need to put in the good word for this great young man.

Terrible customer service when you call the woman rushes to get off the phone she avoids answering questions she even tried lying to me about a phone (j3) telling me it came out like 3 months ago I looked it up it is an old phone I felt like she was just giving me whatever information to shoo me off not a place I reccomend for anyone no bueno and she can use what ever excuse busy right I called on another occasion same customer service no good and then I went there because she couldnt help me over the phone I get there and there is only 2 people there looking around .... But I cant get customer service on the phone NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!
