Had some issues with some plug ins they swapped them out quickly! The staff was great thank you!

One of my favorite stores. My favorite scent wasnt being sold in the store this year and the salesgirl very kindly saw it was still left in warehouse and I ordered 2 to be sent to my home. Always use my coupons. Some great new fall scents. Staff was very festive in their Halloween gear for their fall preview. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love Yankee candles!!!!

Mediocre at best...very slow, but an old workmate assisted me which is why I give them credit for todays experience. I was in prior to buy a fourth of an item that I have bought previously. At that time, it was no longer there. Somehow, today, my old workmate listened to my concerns and actually checked for me. It surprisingly enough was there on the shelves, just one. I was there during the semi-annual sale and it was unfound. This leaves me to believe someone either returned the item, or it was very nonchalant, careless and lazy customer service. Either way...my old workmate was not there at the time; but I did notice the other sales associate was very attentive but extremely confused when working with customers that came in today. Oh well! Everyone needs a job! Just a little perplexing...btw, because of the alleged error; I was made to pay full price today. Determined I am...so I got it...was not available anywhere...even online. Yankee Candle, I believe you owe me a $20.00 coupon. Dollars and cents make sense!
