I had a great experience here shopping for and buying my wedding dress! My stylist was helpful and efficient, I did feel a little bit rushed with only a 1 hour appointment but it ended up being okay. I think it was just rushed feeling because my appointment before this one was 2 hours so I was more relaxed at that first one. Anyways, the dresses are very well organized and the stylist was helpful and assisting me pulling dresses to try on. She also was helpful in narrowing down the dresses once I was in the dressing room. The front of the store looks beautiful, but I was in a dressing room area in the back that had awful lighting. Of course its still easy to know which dress made me feel the best and was the winner, but the poor lighting was a little bit of a letdown compared to some of the other salons that Ive seen. Overall I would recommend brides shop here for their wedding dress, its incredible to have so many options off the rack at a discounted price. My dress was originally $2,000 and markdown to $1,300.

I had the most amazing experience at reading bridal District Outlet and lace bridal! I was never rushed or felt pressured. Mackenzie was the most amazing and helpful person! Very knowledgeable and kind! Made wedding dress shopping fun and so easy! 10/10 recommend her and both of these shops!

Overall, I did not have a good experience. My consultant did the bare minimum. She brought me dresses that didn’t fit me(way too small), would disappear and my bridesmaids would have to zip up my dress, and she didn’t really talk to me or give any advice. It was hot, I was embarrassed about the sizing, and there also were not a huge amount of options. I was rushing to get out of there, but was trying to be polite.My mom was overhearing the consultant next to us recommend another bridal shop associated with this one and we ended up making an appointment there. MUCH better experience. Thankful my mom was listening to another conversation or I wouldn’t have found THE dress.

I had my second bridal appointment of the day at this shop. After how poorly I was treated at the first store regarding my budget, I was very worried about how this appointment would go. I immediately felt welcomed by the friendly staff. Sophie was extremely helpful when picking dresses and assured me my budget was just fine. They have the dresses organized by style and I was allowed to look through the dresses and pick the ones I liked with Sophie assisting me. This made me feel a lot more involved in my appointment, because at the previous store I wasnt allowed to touch the dresses on the rack. I cant rave enough about how helpful and friendly Sophie was, I never once felt judged for my budget or pressured to up my budget to afford anything in the shop. I actually ended up going a little over budget when I found my perfect dress, but I still only spent $1500 for my dress, belt, and veil! Julie was also wonderful and held my items so I could come back the next day to pay in cash to receive a 10% discount. Overall Im actually sad I dont have a reason to come back and shop again because I loved the staff so much! This was my first store I went to and was a little nervous becauae im always self conscious of my body because I am plus size. But I had Julie for my stylist and she was fantastic. Made me feel comfortable. And really worked with my budget. I even bought a strapless dress which was not what I thought I wanted. I would highly suggest buying from here. They were all so nice and helpful. Cant rave enough about my experience here.

I had the most amazing experience here out of any other boutique I have been to. This store had a large selection of absolutely stunning dresses that were also within reasonable price range. I was super lucky to have Shelby as my consultant, she truly helped make today special. When I had found my dress, Shelby ran across the street to their sister store to bring over the matching veil so that I could have my bridal moment. My experience here was absolutely amazing to say the very least! The staff was so kind and accommodating! I never felt out of place among the numerous beautiful and stylish dresses. My family and I were warmly greeted and taken care of the whole appointment. I felt so at ease during what had previously been a nightmare at another shop. They made the process stress free and were not pushy to make a sale. They found me the dress of my dreams, in my size, needing almost no alterations and I paid a fraction of what the dress would have cost anywhere else. This was my first store going to looking for a dress, the girl I had was so nice and sweet. Ive very short and heavy so my body is difficult to fit but that didnt matter to her, she had me pick dresses, she picked dresses she was amazing. They made me feel special and I would recommend this store for sure

She was so patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable about every dress I put on. She was so amazing! I can’t say better things about her. She made the entire shopping experience 1000x better. I will highly recommend this place and Sondra personally to anyone I know.
