I found my Dream quince dress!! Also great customer service

I needed wedding dress alterations done about two weeks before my wedding to my backup wedsing dress. These ladies got it done perfectly and in a week. The pricing was reasonable, and the work they did was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone for gowns and alterations.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Lupe works magic!!! Nothing is to much work or to hard! I have been coming here for over 10 years for pageants, 3 proms, my Quinceañera, and now my wedding! My vision for the perfect bridesmaid dresses came true. We were able to match the junior Bridesmaids and the flower girls dresses. Lupe was able to turn my mothers wedding gown (37 year old dress) in to the dress I wore for my rehearsal dinner it was amazing. I highly recommend this place for any formal needs even just some alterations! The staff is always welling to help and take there time with you!

Quite a selection of bridal, mother of the bride, flower girl and just stunning gowns for a fancy occasion. The young ladies know their inventory and are very helpful. Great place to buy your dress.

Its a wonderful place to purchase beautiful gowns. I have been going there since 2008. They never have let me down and I have never been dissatisfied in anything. The girls are great! The experience is exceptional. Gowns for all occasions.

Beautiful high quality dresses at great prices. I have two girls of age for high school formals. We follow Pocadiz on Instagram and shop when they announce sales. I have left Pocadiz on more than one occasion paying less for two gorgeous dresses than many people pay for one! Theyre staff has always been helpful as well. I highly recommend Pocadiz.

Great prices super staff

Went in to buy a prom dress 4 days ago. I found one I really liked, and my prom is really soon, and thankfully the dress I found was in my size, so all I needed was alterations. I needed to ask my dad first, so I asked them to put the dress on hold. They said that that was okay, but they didnt tell me how long they could have it on hold for. They also took my phone number, saying they would call me in a couple of days asking if I was still planning on buying the dress. I come back today to buy the dress, and the girl laughs and tells me they sold the dress yesterday, and that they only hold a dress for a day. First off, they did not tell me how long they hold a dress for when I asked them in the first place, and second off, they said they would call me about the dress, but the girl said oh yeah I was going to call you, but I didnt. The people that work there do not know how to provide good business. Overall, my experience there was terrible, and my prom is in less than 2 weeks. I do not think I will find another dress before then that I like as much as I liked this one, and I am very upset.

Took a few dresses to be altered.. for one all it needed was to be cut.. $60 for that! Then for another they altered but didnt alter it correctly so we had to wait longer.. was not impressed with prices or service.

I went to this place to cut a dress that I had, and ask if they only do alterations to their own dresses or if I could bring one that I had a home to fix, and they said yes we can fix it.The dress was too long for me, so I just wanted to cut it. First, they didnt gave me a received, the girl just took my info and said that they would call me when its ready, I called next day to ask how much money to bring and found out that They charge me $50 to cut a dress.That its ridiculousI ask for my dress back because that was too much for a so simple work (I paid less than $25 in other places) and they told me they were working on it and refused to return my dress without alterations, and told me that they charge an extra $10 for outside dress (which I wasnt told on the beginning when I went to ask).I always buy dresses for special occasions here (including my wedding dress) but for such as a bad experience I will never go back to this place or recommended to anyone as I used to. They didnt care or try to apologize for the confusion or missing info. Really poor service from the staff.

Very disappointed... They dont give you options or recommendation if not satisfied with the way your purchase turned out to be. I would not recommend this place.

Family boutique found off the beaten path but surprisingly had an extremely catering staff but also carries beautiful modern fashion wedding dresses and formal wear as well as great prices and a willingness to accommodate a brides dream coming true

The tuxedo that my husband and son rented was a disaster, the pants were cut off in the leg and wide at the last minute as they did not solve them, they had to buy a pants in Bosco to be able to solve
