When you arrive at the building make left. Follow signs and instructions for Shipping/Receiving. Backing is EXTREMELY TIGHT. Slide Tandems to the rear and completely disconnect. Park on dirt lot next to building. Took 5 hrs to get loaded. Staff was friendly. Load typically on heavier side. Crossroads restaurant on corner ( walking distance).

Quick load got there a day early from actual appointment time and still loaded quickly no questions asked.

I do drive trucks not a bad place to go to. Mostly your in and out. Now they have two buildings. Easy to get to not far from the 1st one.

Follow sign to staging area,park truck and walk to check in. Drop trailer in door and bobtail to corner of lot by door 30. Easy check in and out. Loaded in 1 hour.

Lesson learned... Last time they sat me and loaded others that came in after me, but at least I got loaded... Today, an hour after backing me in a dock they called to say they didnt have the product for the load. So I wasted my morning and fuel for this company. Made it on my black list, do not go here, they are terrible!

Appoitment was at 12pm driver show up at 8 am and got loaded 9;15.

Generally, the load times are reasonably quick, although there seems to be a high turnover rate in staff which affects the flow of loading due to training of new employees who may not adequately know the system. Two of my loads were missed because of this and my scheduled product not being available despite a request for pickup.........

Was told by broker its a 24 hr facility and the earliest time to deliver was 12 am on the day of delivery. Turns out you cant sign in to get unloaded until 5:45am and they dont unload until 7am. However being first in line. I was unloaded promptly at 7 and gone by 8.

I worked at this place for 3 years and I dont recommend it to ANYONE!!!!! All they do is LIE to everyone and push and push and push, but never want to give raises. Its like pulling teeth. I really hate saying things like this but the management is racial. The only way you get promoted is if you are white or your a good ass kisser, which Im not! The job itself is pretty easy but the support you get when a machine is malfunctioning is very poor. All they do is blame the operators. Oh, and the maintenance crew is run by a YOUNG boy so its very unorganized. You cant run a staff when you have favoritism. It doesnt work, PERIOD!God forbid that you get hurt on the job. They blame YOU!I got sent to THEIR doctor after I had hurt my heel, I was there for about 2 hours, after waiting for about an hour for them to call me to a room.When I received my check I saw that I was short 2 hours. I went to human resources, which by the way is run by the wife of the C.O.O, she said that, and I quote, we dont pay anybody to sit in the doctors office.ARE YOU KIDDING ME!This place is a freaking joke! Thats why they have so many people hired and quitting.I could sit here and write a book about this place...lol.With that said, It has to be the WORST job I EVER had!The only reason I stayed 3 long years is because I kept telling myself that it has to get better. Those were THE worst 3 years of my life that I will never get back.I hope this helps somebody.

Racist and disrespectful supervisor. Supervisor Bob Shope is a racist and very disrespectful person. Always pushing and talking employees like you are nothing. No matter how good you are and make good production # hes never happy. In other company they fire him for harassment. He disrespecting me like employee, person and a men.

1.5 hours after the check-in and after they confirmed that the load is ready, they told the driver that they decided to put our load on another truck. Neither we nor the broker managed to have a plausible explanation for the reason of such a decision.

Was worried after reading all the bad reviews, but I arrived at 16:30, docked, got 21 pallets loaded, had bills and was out at 17:35. Can’t complain about that. -1 star for wicked tight docking in the mid 20s door numbers and for all the suicidal 4 wheeling customers flying around you while you do it.

Hello, I have a really grave concern. I always buy your Spring water at my Aldi store, The one I just bought the other day has 1 bottle of Purified water in the middle of the Case, and to make things worse, the bottle says, Distributed by, CVS Pharmacy. This is Municipal water from, Muhlenberg Township Authority . Now If 1 bottle of Purified water gets into a case of Spring water, that really concerns me, whats to say, the whole case isnt Purified water. This is water from 2 different places. I by 3 or 4 cases when I go to Aldi, never buy any where else, and I am really unhappy about this, we drink this all the time, and right now I am not in a trusting mood,, and have no idea what I can do about this at the moment.So I am looking at, Just the Basics CVS Purified Drinking water from another water source, and at the same time, I am looking at, Pur Aqua Spring Water, but you know what, they both have the same Zip Code.I need someone to contact me about this. To think that Purified water could be getting substituted for Spring Water, that makes me mad.My family only drink Spring Water, BPA free bottles, but these 2 bottles are Identical, CVS Bottle doesnt say, BPA Free, that concerns me also.I wonder what else is getting through the cracks, or what product is being used for another ?I have pictures and original product and packaging ?I am not done with this, will contact a Laboratory to get this tested !Thank you, & waiting for a reply,Gary

They are disorganized in the way they get trailers loaded. They mix up the door assignments and have even loaded freight on an incorrect trailer and only after a few hours have passed with your trailer untouched do you find out that your load was placed in another trailer and has to be unloaded and positioned in your trailer. Quite often they are understaffed, leaving one staffer to load the ten trucks sitting and waiting. Often a little incentive has to be offered in order to get loaded expeditiously or else you will sit for hours and have to deal with opened weigh stations. They also load the water without the benefit of air bags to avoid tipping over therefore you face damaged product often. There is also the issue of arriving only to find out that the product you are to pickup was not ready because it was not even run on the production line. You are relegated to waiting from 12:00 midnight until the product is run at 8:30 A.m. On a few occasions I have been loaded quickly (within an hour) without the need for offering an incentive .Update : 11/2015This is a follow-up to my initial assessment of the level of customer service provided at this company specifically the night staff. It came to my knowledge that the evening staff were notified by their supervisor about my review because they approach a fellow company driver to complain that I had aired out the issues happening at night and spoken about the pay for loading money they had been seeking. As a result of the facts outlined in my review, there was a backlash against my company by way of a fraudulent report being filed with administration against me. They requested on one of my visits that I slide my tandems and disconnect from the trailer. I complied with the request although I had some difficulty dislodging the trailer pins and had to use a mallet to losen them. I stood outside of the trailer watching the loading at the rear of my trailer. Therefore I was aware of when the loading was completed. They did not have to call my cell because I reported to the shipping office on my own. I had my work gloves, mallet and an my cellphone in hand since I just finished sliding the tandems. I signed for my BOLS and departed. I was notified of a report filed against me because I had the mallet in hand when I signed my paperwork and was threatening. They subsequently requested that I not be allowed to load there. It is truly appalling to know that individuals who have performed their duty in such an unprofessional way are allowed to remain as representatives of this company and allowed to file false claims that are unsubstantiated. Every claim that I wrote of in the review can be investigated. The sign in times and sign out times speak for themselves. When you have a yard full of trucks clearly waiting for hours after initially signing in and then you have 2-4 trucks who come in and are gone in 35 minutes each, it is an indication of something foul. The truth can always be proven and lies have a way of revealing themselves. It is my hope that the ownership of Crossroads will take a closer look at the practices of some of the staff which is nothing more than unscrupulous. Im sure your businesses mission statement reflects a higher standard than what some of the staff have chosen to display. No carrier should have to pay to be loaded. Period.

I worked here for 7 months its the worse job ive ever had in my life. Management as well as owners are horrible they could care less about the normal people in production. They have junkies as supervisors(Sean Barrett). Like i said worse job ever
