I talked to the cashier about seperate specific instances when he was rude to my wife and i. He told me when i called back to get his name that it was uh.....Pete. I dont know if that is true or not, my wife and i just call him the short rude guy. anyway this was our back and forth today:me: you told me one time to hurry up cause i want to get out of herehim: I never said thatme: so your calling me a liar?him i dont have to serve youme your right i can go to your competitor down the streetat this point he walked around the counter and took the two cases of beer away without a word. i went to Bills beverage around the corner and was treated with respect. I should add that every other person working at Tri beer has always been gracious and inviting. when i called and asked who i could speak to about this incident uh...Pete hung up on me. One bad apple shouldnt spoil the bunch

Great staff cheap prices. They are close to home and have variety on stock. I would like to speak to owner or staff member by name of randy.

This beer store may look small from the outside but once you walk and you will be pleasantly surprised with the huge selection of beer, IPAs and Seltzers. The person running the register at the time was very knowledgeable and a great help. I would recommend tri beer shoppe to anyone. Huge selection, great customer service and good prices what more can you ask for?

Clerk was very sweet. My boyfriend over payed and she was genuine about the transaction and returned his money.

Terrible experience! Wanted a case of 16 oz. Beer. Asked twice. She rings me up for 12 oz. Then says they didnt have 16,s. The. Tells me I have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund to go back on my card.

TERRIBLE EXP ! FIRSTLY I HIT MY KNEE ON THE MOTORCYCLE BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF BUSINESS . SECONDLY I GO TO WALK IN & SEE THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER IS NOT WEARING A FACE MASK AS REQUIRED . BUT HAS A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT THIS IS THE POLICY ! THERE IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF RULES, LAWS .& REGULATIONS HERE ! SO BEWARE !

Surly, unhelpful staff. I asked if they had Shiner, and the guy responded sometimes and went back to what he was doing.
