Huge selection of balloons and such friendly service! The attendant was helpful and helped fill the balloons we bought elsewhere as well as a few new ones for the party. She even made a helpful suggestion for us to save money on some of the things we bought online. Will definitely be back!

Omg party store always willing to help in anyway that they can. I’ve used them a lot for my parties and they always go above and beyond. I’ve always taken my own balloons there to get filled with helium and some came damaged from where I purchased the balloon and they tried to repair it to help me. Very courteous staff, knowledgeable and professional. I will always shop there!

I placed an Order for 3 Dozen latex Balloons along with 2 18 Mylar Balloons. I was in a car accident and could not pick them up in time before they closed. I called on 2 separate occasions and asked for a store credit even if it could not be for the full price and was told that SORRY NOT OUR CONCERN, no refund is allowed. I currently work for the school System and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CORPORATION or THIS LOCATION ON NORTH 5th STREET in READING PA. They over charge for items when somethings you can go a few doors down and get cheaper with the SAME QUALITY.

OMG! I traveled all the way from Las Vegas and had to help organize a last minute wedding and thank god for the staff at OMG Party store. Sara and Josh were amazing in helping orchestrate a beautifully arranged wedding. Nothing looked liked it was planned in three days!!!
