They canceled my appointment without letting me know. When I called Jamie was rather rude about things and offered no reasonable solution. She they didnt even call to let me know I had to call to find out they werent showing up. Very disappointed and will take my bussiness elsewhere for the future

While on vacation, my rear window broke. I called Arrow and Melissa (who was very nice) took my vehicle year, make, and model and scheduled an appointment for a mobile installation the day after at the hotel I was staying at. Regretfully, the technician arrived with the wrong window and indicated it had to be rescheduled for another day. Not an option for me as my stay at the hotel was already extended just for this install.Unbeknownst to me, there is more than one type of rear window for this model. Im disappointed Arrow didnt verify the type of glass needed. Why not ask me to email or text a photo? Why not ask me to bring the vehicle in to take a look? Why not ask for my VIN number (as Safelite has done)? Why not order both types of windows if unsure, and simply return the unwanted one? Why not offer to vacuum the glass? Arent they suppose to be the experts in their field? Apparently not.

Called in for a door window. They told me a Thursday at the p. M.. the come in the a.m. w a windshield. Never called me back. Good. I got one from the junk yard and saved 200$.

Best prices around. They will come to you for the repair or replace. Technician was fast and professional. Even cleaned up some broken glass for me. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto glass work.
