Great experience with this shop who we initially used because they were in partnership with a different insurance company that we had to use for our claim. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any future repairs we may need. They kept us informed all along the way, and were very understanding of the need to have our van back by a certain date - we had it back over a week before it was promised to us! The work is perfect and everyone was so pleasant and friendly, they truly wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible. I cannot recommend them enough.

This shop is amazing. I spoke to a woman named Kate snd she was very polite and kept me up to date on how my car was coming along. When I got my car back, I couldn’t believe how flawless it looked. I think I was expecting the paint to almost look 2 different colors since just my front end had to get replaced but I was wrong, the paint blended in perfectly!! kudos to the painters!! 10/10 I will definitely be recommending Caliber to anyone who needs body work or paint.

On a 8 day estimate, 15 weeks later I received my car with a used none working parts, parts that where listed as replaced and where not, body paint and repairs badly done, and with electronics issues that cost an extra 1400$ at a Ford dealer, this is after a $13,000 + bill to the insurance. BAD SERVICE, BAD COSTUMEsurance will recollect some money for bad work.. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP IN READING PA.FRANK 2014 MUSTANG GT OWNER. SERVICE, BAD WORKMANSHIP. MY I

I had some front damage due to a deer .... caliber collision made my car look better than when I drove it in ...(even detailed the interior) which was completely unexpected but very much appreciated.. I mainly dealt with Greg and he gave me almost daily updates which was awesome.... paint and trim matched perfect!! Would recommend them to family and friends 👍🏼👊🏻

We’ve been going to Calliber Collision since they were AW Golden and they are literally THE BEST for body work. Excellent customer service- courteous, communicative, collaborative, just amazing! Kate and Rob are awesome, so kind and efficient. Once got stuck there because rental service never showed and the owner drove me to enterprise so I wouldn’t be late getting my kids from school. They are so accommodating. Truly a great place. Car looks good as new each time.

They kept my car for 1 and half month to fix my brand new 2021 Corola it’ve been in the accident. When the handed it to me, the light board show “Check Engine, contact your dealer”I brought my car to Freedom Toyota to check. They ran the diagnosis that cost my $132 and turned out, the engine had problems during fixing, something inside the engine was not assembled or plugged, did not done calibration ..etc (it showed on the result report). I brought my car back to to show them that reports, and also show them so many defects and missing parts that I could see by my bare eyes.Davis and Kate told me that they need couple days to order parts and complete it. And they never called me back. I wait for couple days.I called them and they said my car is completed fixing. When I went there to pick my car, there is a part still not put in (that one I already told them the second time I brought my car, he wrote it down already), I point that issue to them, they said that they will order that part and they will call me to bring my car back next week to let them finish. I wait for 2 months, still nobody call and complete fixing.The money that I paid for diagnostic they said will be refunded to me, never do.THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT SAFETY OF USERS, they just quickly wrap the car and handed it even it didn’t finished yet, they told customer they have lifetime warranty. With that way, they buy themselves more time to do when customer bring car back to get guaranty. THEY PUT PEOPLE’S LIFE AT RISK. What is gonna happened to me if the engine down when I am on the highway, have they ever think about that?I think there are something wrong of the way this Caliber Collision doing business, and I leave the review here for everyone to consider not to get that the same problem as mine.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rob and he was awesome with both cars that were brought his way from us. He was also very accurate and efficient in getting the work done and staying in contact with me. Car was done earlier than what I was told and that made it so much better! He also kept my 15 month old preoccupied while I signed some papers and waited around for the rental, which I can always appreciate. Will definitely recommend to everyone and will only bring my cars for repairs to this place from now on.

Asked for an estimate to repair rusted area on passenger vehicle. Immediately told they were all booked up. Stated not an immediate need but again told all booked up and wouldn’t even look at vehicle. Guess didn’t need my business so will go elsewhere.

I took my van there for estimate and repair they tried saying my repairs were way more extreme than what they were I wanted one simple little thing fixed they marked up my whole entire car with things that were irrelevant to the situation and repairs try charging me over $5,000 almost six to be exact when the exact damage was one little spot on my car and only cost about a 1,500 to $2,000 for parts and labor told my insurance company my car was totaled and was not I am so angry right now because my insurance tried saying that they want to buy my car off of me because they said it was totaled because they put the prices sky high all these markings on my car were already there when I bought the car and you can barely even see them if you can at all and there was other parts that were damaged by them wires that were pulled out and they tried charging for cuz I know the car there these people are con artists scam artists call it what you will I do not recommend going to them for anything at all they are just have to get money and when I told them I just wanted that simple part fix they told me they cant they have to do with the entire car why is that every other body shop in town could do that simple part unfortunately my insurance company sent me TV scam artist thats why I had to go there but I will never go there again and I want everyone to know how they are and what they do so you know when your insurance company wants to send you there tell them no find somewhere else to go you will save money in the long run

I got into a car accident and was hit from the back. My entire bumper was gone, under my car was ruined, I thought for sure it would never look the same. My car was fixed and back within a week (which is great timing) I was in shock! My car looked brand new. The color matched perfectly. My car is a 2014 and I’m telling you it looked better than it has in years. I’m so grateful and would definitely recommend!

Very unprofessional. Upon bringing my car in for repair, i witnessed the female manager cursing and yelling at her employees. Then after getting my car back, i find out that my 2018 had junk yard parts ordered and replaced instead of new oem parts. I requested new parts and was told that they would order new oem parts. Which a second visit to replace what should been fixed the first time means i am without a car again. Will never do business here again. #insurancescam

Very disappointed with there work.My wife had a deer strike and we had some work done on the front of the car nothing major.So first thing I asked when I brought it in was can you put after market part on.Yes no problem so I had to order the part myself deliver it to them. They put the part on set the car home with my wife.I look the car over the grill cover is already coming off 2 hours out of the shop. I sent it back to the shop the estimator says the works not guaranteed and hes not going to do anything about it. Tells me the part fit when you put it on but it doesnt fit now. Makes no sense. Needless to say caliber collision will not get any work recommendations for me.
