Bakery is wonderful! Needed a Wonder Woman themed cupcake cake, that resembled a shield, and their cake artist did a fantastic job- very creative and ran with the idea I gave them. So pleased with how it turned out and it was a hit at the party!

Clean store with a Starbucks coffee, deli and bakery. Its a little hard to get around because the displays are setup so it only allows 1 song cart at a time enough space, you cant even walk around sometime with a cart so you end up waiting or going back and around which is a bit annoying.The store is bright with a good selection of groceries, a small beer and wine aisle (no liquor). Self check out was a mess, half the items required a staff member to ring up so it took longer than usual. It has room for improving but week do the trick is your in the area and need groceries, a coffee or beer.

I got breakfast from the Market Grill this morning and I an highly disappointed. Usually I have a great experience, but not today. The eggs were burnt/brown, cheese hard and thick and the potatoes a bit dry. The ham chunks were dry as well. Its like the meal was sitting a while before I arrived. I dont live far so it shouldnt have taken as long as it did. They also sent the message my food was ready after I picked up my order. Not sure if I will order from this location or get that three meat scramble again. I didnt even get to eat it, thats how bad it was. $10.89 wasted 😔

Loved the pharmacist that gave me my booster! The pharmacy should, however, have a separate person running the covid vaccines. It was quite backed up since they were combining consultations for drug pick ups and check ins for covid vaccines at the same window. One lady I noticed was struggling with pain standing in line

I was in the pharmacy. They are extremely slow. Took over 3 days to refil a perscription. I stopped in to pick up some things and checked on it. I was told it was being verified. Whats to verify. It had 4 refills. This isnt the fist time i had bad customer service so i transferred them somewhere else

This was my first visit, and I really liked it. Such a variety of ready made soups, salads. Chinese food, pizza, sandwiches and chicken etc, yum! Staff ate very friendly and professional. Prices $$ I will definitely go again. Highly recommended.

I grocery shopped, but prior to buying groceries I stopped at the florist shop to buy flowers for my son and daughter in law because they just lost a beloved pet; Princess♡. I started to cry and the florist who was listening stopped what he was doing started helping me. He explained what he could make and put some type of grass because I said Princess loved outdoors and fresh air. I took the arrangement to my kids and their other two cats Punk and Honey loved it too. Smelling the plant and rubbing on the grass. I didnt get the florist name but he was so nice and empathetic to my need his assistant was too. My experience was top notch Thank you Hyvee on 350 Hwy in Raytown, Missouri♡Mrs. P. Scott.

Pretty clean grocery store, the air quality was nice. Products were decent, but I gotta say that have pretty delicious donuts highly recommended if you aren’t gonna do your monthly groceries.

In my opinion hy vee is one of the best grocery stores that Ive ever been in my life they always are clean there always courteous they have a lot of selection in stock their shelves regularly the food is fresh the produce to meat the dairy and They always go out of their way to help me show me where things are make my experience at the grocery store better and on the contrary I have had bad experiences I dont like to drop names but price chopper in Kansas City and I cant speak for all of them just Constantinos

Always a clean store, plus they clean their baskets which is an added bonus and my toddler loves the go cart grocery cart buggies.

I had a terrible experience Tuesday evening at the deli area. I wanted to get some herbed chicken for dinner - there was only one dried up wing in the tray. Also there were NO rotisserie chickens in the whole rack. The employees were in the back and didnt even bother to come out front to ask if I need assistance. This was at 4:30 p.m. - folks needing to get food for dinner. The deli area at this particular Hyvee has definitely gone down!

The store is always clean and very well organized. The staff is helpful and kind. The only reason I didnt give a full 5 stars is because there isnt a Market Grille (with freshly made foods) at this location.

The only place in town to buy your meat from in my experience the products I buy from here just seem to come out better then the same grade meat from other stores

Always clean. Havent had any major problems nor wow moments, but altogether well-run with patient and attentive staff.

This store is not managed nearly as well as any other hyvee Ive been to. Pharmacists are nice but the pharmacy itself is a major hassle and never seems to run smoothly. Store often has long lines and no help available, and its been this way for years. Staff dont enter fuel saver numbers. And its the only one that makes up rules based on who is working. They now dont let you buy gift cards with credit, the whole point of which is to get credit card rewards. Shop another location if you can.

The market grill at this location doesnt have a full selection of food & such like the olathe location but it has a full bar, store is kept in good shape & the employees are friendly & helpful. Sadly its one of their older store so it doesnt have all the nice add on like the newer one have like a star bucks, a Sunday bunch selection & such but it is does carry all the items you can find at all location in the grocery area

I didnt shop here today, I was running my neighbor around (she was trying to cash a check). While I sat in my car, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the area. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

Relying too heavily on self checkout. Constant issues with self checkout registers needing an employee to intervene anyway. Please staff more regular registers.

Love this store. I only gave it 4 stars due to the fruit that I buy from here only last about 2 days most of the time due to it going bad quickly. Other then that this is my favorite store to buy groceries.

Love Hy-Vee. But the aisles that had product and employees, the employees were busy chatting. So it was quite congested. And I hit the store when all of the snotty people were there. Would have thought people would be a bit more mellow on a Sunday morning.

I absolutely love Hy-Vee. If I were not such a loyal QuikTrip gasoline customer, I would definitely use Hy-Vee for fuel. Their produce is always fresh, I always expect to see something new throughout the store, the service is top notch and there are always savings along with the fuel saver points. I recommend Hy-Vee to anyone.

Hyvee is the best grocery store chain in KC in my opinion. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent selections and reasonable prices. Also, the pharmacy staff is great and were quick and professional in helping me get vaccinated.

Like HyVee. Hate this store on 350 Hwy. Went to buy some produce for work. No cashiers. Go to customer service center where there are three employees. One being the Manager as stated on her name tag. No one looks up. Standing there for several minutes. She is ignoring me so I ask if someone can ring me up. She states that the self service is open. Tell her I do not work there, I just want to pay for my produce. Then she looks at me like I have two heads. Been self employeed for over 30 years and its called customer service. Your the manager. Dont look away when someone comes up to you to ask for assistance. This is how you make a living. If I had no customer I would not have a business and my 8 employees would be out of a job. Try not to go in this store. But real close to my office. Prefer Sprouts. Lot cheaper prices and better service.

As my husband has been taking the slack in grocery shopping; doing all the shopping, reading labels for signs of gluten-free food, and processing methods; I was in the store, and pharmacy, a short period of time but found Frozen oatmeal fudge bars (no lactose). Grabbed a box and off to the register. I found what took its place were selfscanners. As the very nice woman to help because 1, I dont know the process well. The box scanned no match. So said woman came to my rescue. I knew nothing about said product myself. Another member went to check the price, but came back still unknown. So she tried again same thing. She then manually entered said info into the scanner. Finally added a guesstiment. Probably a blessing at $3.99. Mission accomplished.Headed back put them in the freezer. And had one just before starting supper.Enjoyed but are really sweet. Better than some.

Good store, prices are consistently higher than most other places though.. the gas card is the only thing that make it worth it to shop here.

Rude employees could really use some customer service training. Their prices are high compared to other grocery stores in the area. I only go here if theyre the closest store or have a sale. Their pharmacy is great. Techs are friendly and never have an issue with my prescriptions.

Lots of changes over the course of this past year that has improved the shopping experience. I choose my shopping times carefully because this is a popular store and can get rather crowded with customers. Some of the narrow aisles are a bit frustrating and claustrophobic... otherwise, Id give five stars.

Friendly staff and a decent size store are a few of of the many amenities they be offer. The restaurant serves a compliment of choices depending on which day of the week it is. The store has recently been updated, so it makes for a pleasant experience.

Hy-Vee is a great store to shop in fot good sea food for one plus a super store for alot of different idems.

Covid vaccines are scheduled online. I arrive 20 minutes early, and everyone there was told it would take at least an hour to be seen. What is the point of scheduling an appointment?

This location is cool but I really wish they would get a Starbucks. There isnt one in this area & this would be the perfect spot. There arent very many Hy-Vees that come to mind without one.

Self checkout equipment and software is complicated and difficult to use. Tried it two different times and had to get help both times. Will go straight to the attended checkout line next time.

Too expensive on most items great deals on a few, the reason they have the great prices on few is because e there too high to begin with, then they end up with a store full of expired product. That there forced to sell at cost.

I picked up my Holiday meal here on Thanksgiving. There was a line in front of me but the staff handled everyone in a timely manner. And our meal was excellent! I also had a few last minute items to grab and again even though there was a few last minute shoppers like myself the check out lines went smooth and fast! I love this place!

Hyvee carries a fantastic selection of products in every category

Miss getting the sale ads paper in the mail or being able to pick it up at the store. I dont like the way you have to go on the Internet to see whats on sale for the week. If People dont have Internet Service or dont know how to use it then its not fair to them.

I needed help finding items on my list and one of the night stockers helped me find everything on my list. Im very grateful to him and all of his help.
