Had the absolute best experience with a pharmacist named Erica. Called with one question about a coupon for a prescription, and she ended up noticing i would save over 100 dollars on that prescription AND another one if i switched my active insurance. She checked multiple times and different sites, and even called over to another location to sort this out for me. Then, after w hung up, she even called me BACK to provide me with more information. Literally the best customer service i have EVER received anywhere. She deserves a raise. Absolutely amazing service. Was going to change pharmacies due to the cost of my medication, but because of her going the extra mile for me I’m able to afford staying with CVS. Great experience.

Easy to see why CVS in Raynham is so popular! Adam Livingston goes out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was taken care of in a quick efficient manner. Telling everyone to go see Adam!!

They are very nice there. I just wish they could remember that I have arthritis in my hands so I cant do safety caps.

Usually i never have an issue with this location but tonight was unacceptable. Anyone working tonight should not be in healthcare or in any type of medicine. Management should be disappointed because it is a reflection of themselves the way i was treated. Im without my prescriptions that I need because it was an inconvenience to the staff to wait a minute for my insurance information.

Really nice pharmacists and the store is clean and organized.

Left dentist after having a laser cut to open up an abscess to fill a prescription for antibiotics and the guy locking up at 8:00pm said yeah our computers are all shut down now. Your site needs updating it said open until 10:00pm. Or they close whenever they feel like it! He doesn’t even offer another CVS location just see ya! If I didn’t have to get my prescriptions thru CVS with my insurance I would NEVER step CVS again! Only getting prescriptions in the future and I’ll be telling my corporate of my bad experience to get rid of them!
