WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Bought 4 brand new tires, got flat tire exactly 1 week later. In the process of changing to the spare found out that the wheel lock was never to be found. Following morning called Firestone and told them that they forgot to returned the wheel lock. They deny the whole thing stating that they would never do that and that they searched the station and couldn’t find it. They insist that it was put back in the car. So I told them that they’re not suggesting that I disposed the wheel lock so that in case I need it I have to aggravate myself. The car is 2019 which I found out that the wheel lock is specific, not that I can simply walk in to a dealer and buy a new one right there and then. They said they can’t help me. The only thing I can do is get the car towed, at my expense, to their shop. And I asked how they going to fix my tire and they said THEY CAN’T without the wheel lock. They can offer to drill the lock and break it but I have to pay for it. So I told them that this would not happen if the mechanic would simply returned the lock back to the vehicle. Angry and frustrated I did the next quickest fix, run to auto part store and bought one of those fix it yourself flat tire cans. Drove to the dealership and beg them to remove my wheel lock to prevent it from being drill and may cause me another problem in the future. Managed to bring it back to Firestone to get it replaced because I bought the road hazard and lifetime alignment. Spent another 45 minutes, after spending the whole morning trying to get the car back to Firestone, just to be told they don’t have the tire on stock and they have to get it from the nearest store. 2 people lost 1 whole day of work just because they simply forgot to return the wheel lock
I had a great experience with Firestone Raynham. I called at 6:15 pm and Matt was able to get me right in to have my tire plugged and re-mounted even though they close at 7pm which I was not expecting. They were so quick to help me out. Nick serviced my car and did great job. He was very thorough and provided quality care that I will surely come back for again in the future. Everyone was really pleasant and worked to get things done in a timely manner! I would highly recommend this team for your auto needs!
Traveling back to NY we blew out a tire on the highway with our whole family, thankfully had a donut which we still had 4 hours to travel home. We originally went to Town Fair Tire and was turned away despite our situation. Thankfully we called Firestone where a gentlemen was so kind and even asked if we were ok. He then proceeded to say to come on in and he took care of us despite customers there and coming in for appointments. We just want to thank the staff for their professionalism and kindness to help us out!

I went to the Firestone in Raynham MA this past week because I needed new tires and an alignment... & Let me just say I’m more than satisfied with my experience there! I was helped by a gentleman named Steven, who made my tire buying process so easy! I know very little about tires so naturally I had questions.. Steven answered every one with such confidence he made me feel like I was talking to an actual person, rather than a sales rep! He got me back on the road in just over an hour! Highly recommend Firestone for all of your tire needs!Thank you again Steven!!!

Do not go here! I brought my car in for a suspected serpentine belt issue. The belt was replaced along with some other maintenance and it was suggested that I get new breaks and rotors as I was told my front breaks had 3mm of pad left. I paid for the work that was done and held off on the breaks until a later date at a Firestone near my house in CT. The day before that appointment which was 3-4 weeks later, my check engine light came on again. I brought it to the appointment to get my breaks fixed and now check the engine codes. I was told that my breaks did not need to be replaced at all and that I still had 7mm of pad left (so I was lied to by the Raynham location). For the codes, I was told they were related to the serpentine belt but that I had to bring the car to a dealer because the starter/generator code needed to be addressed too. I had my car towed to a dealer and found out that many more things needed to be replaced including the serpentine belt again. The mechanic said the belt was tightened too much and was already fraying again ready to snap. I had to change the belt again, replace the generator, the crankshaft balancer and the belt tensioner. So now I have spent thousands of dollars to fix my car, have been put in danger while driving my car the way it was thinking it was now fixed from the first visit, and I have been without a car for 3 out of the last 4 weeks. The work at the Raynham MA location was dishonest and completely negligent. I will not trust Firestone with my vehicle anymore and feel I should be financially compensated for the original work that was done on my car as it was useless and incorrect. It is clear they do not value transparency or quality of their work nor the safety of their customers, which should be a top priority of any automotive service business.
4 new Bridgestone tires, breaks all around and a wheel alignment. Done within 2 hours! Dave and Joe were very helpful. Wish I knew who worked on my car so I could include him in a job well done!

Professional and friendly service everytime. Been going only here for 3 years after dumping Pep Boys.These guys and gals are super consistent; like machines. Only thing to watch out for is the smooth/standard up-selling techniques which are well done (I must say); you sure will get your vehicles pampered!I always use the Firestone card which gives some flexibility on some more significant purchases of $150 and up.

Have taken my car here multiple times for small things, oil change and tire rotations. My transmission was acting up so I decided to take it back to Firestone. I was told I needed a new transmission along with other repairs, totaling over $4,000. I knew right away they were trying to rip me off. I decided to take it to a local shop in Bridgewater and they replaced my transmission sensor for about $250. My car works perfectly fine now. Do not go here, especially for serious repairs.

For over 3 years Ive taken my car to many different places for an oil change. Today I went to Firestone for the first time . It blows my mind that they were the first ones to tell me my spark plugs should have been changed at 60,000 miles . My car has 97,000 right now . All those other places never told me. Goes to show how professional they are at Firestone. Also my dashboard has always said needs an oil change. Ive just got used to seeing it but finally once again Firestone took care of that as well . I had a routine oil change and inspection the first time and later on noticed oil leaking in the driveway. I brought it back a few months later because of COVID-19. They re-did the inspection for free when normally over 2 months would not have been covered. It was quite thorough since they had to use die to trace the issue. They gave me a thorough explanation and honest opinion on how to proceed. I am very satisfied with their work.
DO NOT GO HERE. Hub caps was stolen from an expensive classic car. Manager refuses to help. Not to mention incompetency I had to deal with the entire time. Take your money somewhere else.

Horrible service.. I bought new tires from them this past year. I came back to get a tire rotation which should be free since Ive purchased their tires. They try to make me pay $120 to take my lugnuts off because they couldnt get it off.. they were the last ones to touch my vehicle .. not a happy customer at all
There is a long story to go with this review so bare with me.I made an appointment to purchase and have four tires installed, balanced, and aligned on my vehicle. Upon arriving at the location, I told the gentleman that I had to have my lock nuts broken off, and he assured me that, no problem, they could take care of that. I waited two hours for them to tell me there was nothing they could do because I had lock nuts and they had to either break them off (they would need to order a tool to do so, which would take additional days) or figure it out on my own.I made a new appointment for them to have my lock nuts broken off. At this appointment, again, Im there for two hours. They come back to the waiting room to tell me that they broke the tool trying to get the lock nut off, so I needed to go to the Toyota dealership up the street to have them taken off. I did this the same day and planned on going back right after for them to replace my tires. They also told me, after I told them Id be back, that they only had two tires of the specific kind I needed, when they knew I was going to be in on that day?The third time I went, I waited another two hours, and the tires were successfully replaced.The day after my tires were replaced, I noticed one of my tires was completely flat. This was because the tech that did the tire replacement did not replace the valve stems on my tires, which should be done with ANY tire replacement job. I called, went back, and was taken care of, they replaced the valve stem.Something that should have taken 2 hours to begin with, took a total of 7 hours (including my last visit), and four days.All of this was three months ago. Im sitting here now, to have one of the tires they replaced checked out because it has a slow leak (and I only came here because the tires have a warranty). I called ahead, to make sure they would have time. When I arrived, I asked how long it would be. They told me it would be less than an hour. Ive been here for two hours.BE REALISTIC AND HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS REGARDING HOW LONG THE WAIT TIME IS. Nice people, horrible communication skills, false expectations given from staff. Once my tires are out of warranty, I will NEVER be back to Firestone.

Ive been a Firestone customer for many years, and I would give them 10 stars if I could. They have always taken care of everything. Recently dealt with an A/C issue that was miserable at best, but they made sure it was all fixed and I walked away happy. Alex, who I believe is the manager, is always respectful and willing to help. I went to this location because I had a screw in my tire. They “took a look at it” and said that I needed to replace the tire because it was not repairable. I took my car to my Toyota dealership because they said they had my tire and I wanted another opinion... turns out I did not need another tire because the screw did not puncture my tire or damage the tire... Firestone was going to charge me for a tire that I DID NOT NEED! Do better Firestone.
Honestly I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time they’ve proved to be scam artists, rip offs, and down right ignorant people. I will be taking my business to small another small business in my area, as Firestone’s incompetence and ignorance has truly been too much for me.
Made an appointment to fix a leak in my tire, so happy they were open on a Sunday to do it! They were super quick as well, and the guy at the desk was so friendly. Definitely coming back here for my future car needs.
This place used to be great. I used to trust the advice Id receive. Now I only go there for the free tire rotations since I bought my tires there. While there for the last one, they recommended resetting my tire pressure monitor (TPMS) for $20. It did not need to be done. Recommended an air filter change for $40 -- for what? A $10 filter and the five minutes it takes to put it in? They used to care about me as a customer, now they only care about profit.

I called late on an Sunday afternoon and this shop was able to see me the next morning. They replaced my front tire under warranty with no problems and even re-checked the balance on my other front tire. Rob and Carlton were both working the front desks and were polite, professional, and expedient. I drove past two other Firestone shops to get to this one and Ill do it again if I ever need their help in the future.
After getting my tires done my tire pressure sensor light has not gone off and my car started making a weird sound and shaking upon further inspection I found they stripped the lug nuts on one side of my car and then didnt even tighten the lug nuts on the other side which was the cause of the sound and shaking
Overall Firestone is a good place to bring your car. You have to be firm because the upsell is overwhelming and haggling is necessary on your purchases. They want your money even if you let them know your on a budget.I am very happy with their work and I do go back often I have 3 cars. My car is there today. So watch your bill and youll be fine.

I dont understand why walk ins are serviced before people with appointments. I left my car over night for a first am appointment and when I called at three oclock, they hadnt even started it yet. Do they understand the concept of an appointment? The customer service at this shop used to be good, now its horrible. I am done with this place and will never return. Its two years later and I just found out the belt they said they replaced was actually never changed. Im not surprised. They sucked two years ago and Im sure they still do!
The place is a money making place. Went to two Firestone, Brockton and Raynham, after $900+ of repairs trying to fix the steering wheel pump, it was not fix since the problem persisted when I was getting out of the lot. Three days, 23 hours waiting, and $900.00+ repairing nothing works. Its a total rip off. Its worthy to bring cars to the dealer regardless what you end up paying. At least is guaranteed and they use real parts. Never again. I wonder if they played since Im a woman of color. Repairs shops pray on women. Im going to teach them a lesson so they stop misdiagnosing and blaming each other for it. SAVE MONEY AND TIME DONT GO. Very disappointed.

Worst experience ever! My brakes were pulsating and a rubbing noise was occurring when I came to a stop. I told them I needed a FULL vehicle inspection and it needed to leave sticker ready. I was assured everything was fixed and within 2 mins of driving it down the road my check engine light is on, my car is overheating and my brakes felt exactly the same as before. So I brought it back and they fixed it. I drive away and my brake fluid light is now on and my brakes are still the same. I bring it back and they tell me I need pads/rotors. They fix it. I go to leave and now my oil light is on and my brakes are still soft. I bring it right back in and they fix it. My brakes felt great for 1/2 of my 15min ride home and the other 1/2 I had NO brakes. THIS PLACE IS HORRENDOUS. How does a mechanic do a full inspection and be so careless?! 4 trips back and forth and my car is in worse shape then when I dropped it off. Save yourself the time/aggravation and take your vehicle somewhere else.
Terrible, will not honor warranty on tires I bought 9 months ago where I only have drove 6000 miles and the tires are warranty for 40000 miles. The tires been leaking since the gecko and no one has been about to solve my problem only making me pay more and more and more. I would not recommend to get tires from this facility ever again.

Asked for exhausted system to be checked out for a hanger and they did a complete vehicle inspection. I was on limited time and was stuck there for 2 hrs. In the future just do was the customer asks. I knew was car had other problems, but I asked for only one thing to be checked out. I ended up going elsewhere and they solved the problem in 10 minutes and I wasnt even charged anything.
This location has lacked in service in the last year. They have gone through multiple store managers recently. We were frequent customers and now will only come here unless we really need to. We had brake issues and had to return multiple times to have them fix work that was performed incorrectly. They once forgot to complete an oil change we requested while having other work done. We had also bought a replacement rim and requested it installed with some other work being done and again they completely forgot. We also had an oil change done on a Lexus SUV and I was told they would be done in time for me to pick up my daughter. I had to scramble last minute to get her a ride because they punctured the windshield wiper fluid tank. I just left there while waiting in the reception area for 5 minutes with no one asking if I needed help while people smoked outside. Its really gone downhill in the service department.
I have changed my review. I am not a happy customer, and I will never be returning to Firestone. After months of work, I am still having the same issue with my car. Brought it to NTB tire and service, and the parts that were put in my car were low quality and/or bad. One of the nuts on my driver side was also broken clean apart, and this was never brought to my attention. Now I have to spend even more money on my car. Once I am done paying off my Firestone credit card, I am cutting it up and never going to another Firestone again.

After thousands of dollars of businesand being a local customer I have come to the conclusion that I should look to bring my vehicle elsawhere unfortunately.Poor customer service with wait time twice stated for simple repair. two extra hours of my life that I wont get back.If I had been given a semi realistic time frame I could have dropped off and pick up later. Overall very disapointed with customer service. Also repair was not handled properly on previous repair for same problem.

Will Never EVER go here again.. Put new tire on wrong side also switched wrong tires.. Appt for 8 a.m didnt bring car into shopnuntil after 10 a.m had it over 8 hrs. Also recieved a call they had the wrong size tires.. Called right before closing and still had nothing but problems.. Ended up calling corporate and still had to go back the next day to have them fix what they screwed up. Manager refused to acknowledge me because I had no choice but to call corporate. Awful customer service.. Awful..
They gave me a great price and great service last fall when I bought some snow tires...So much so, that Im going back tomorrow to buy 4 new tires for the summer. The technician and the manager were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Firestone complete auto care raynham ma is the ideal place for me to go to regarding all my vehicle needs from schedule maintenance to tires and or last minute repairs I can say with 100% confidence I trust these guys with my car its a family car and no one i would trust more than raynham ma firestone location . Prices are reasonable and they are efficient . Everytime I call I get a YES over the phone they never turned me away for anything and I truly appreciate it . Id like to mention Brian L and Leo C for their efforts and great customer service . Keep up the great work .
I asked for a tire rotation... which they did not do but they did rotate my hub caps. Told me I needed an air filter... so I bought one at Auto zone to replace the so called very dirty one... very clean!! They wanted to charge me $160 for a refurbished rim because I had a small dent in it... which Town Tire fixed for $15. BIG DIFFERENCE.I dont know if the upper management is struggling... but the service at this place has gone really downhill in the last year/ year 1/2. The mechanics they had before were awesome.. listened to your needs and worked with you. This new crew is like dealing with slimeball used car salespeople. I have been going here consistantly for almost 6 years... well they lost this person and everyone that I talk to will be told what slimeballs these guys are. Called Corporate and they said that the Area Manager will be calling me. We shall see!Has been almost 2 weeks and the Area Manager has not called. If they had -5☆ review I would give them that!

Horrible experience, I brought my car to this branch in January to have two new tires put on, the website advertised a pair of tires guaranteed to fit at one price but I come to find out that is not the case and only tires that will fit are 150$ more, not the end of the world, but, then the technician discovers that a ball joint was worn and the control arm had to be replaced, after I had them replace it I leave and my car is still making the same noise, so I bring the car back and they realign it, I leave after this and notice that not only is there grease all over the interior but now the top of the steering wheel is at about the 3 oclock position from where it should be when the car is going straight, so now I bring the car back a third time only to leave and still have a noise coming from the tire. So I bring the car to another mechanic and find out that the noise was because the firestone tech didnt seat the rotor fully on the hub. Four months after this the noise comes back so after loosing faith in the competency of the technicians of firestone I bring my car to another mechanic who in turn found that not only was the brand new control arm shot at the ball joint but the wheel bearing hub was shot as well. So, because firestone warranties their suspension parts for a lifetime and workmanship for a year, and, I was well within the limits of the warranty I bring the part they put on back only to be told that it is company policy to only replace the parts themselves and because I brought it to another mechanic the only thing they could do is give me another cheap control arm because their parts and workmanship does not have any cash or store credit value because their Warranty is a get it right the first time gaurentee. So to conclude, I will never bring my car to any firestone ever again, you wouldnt keep bringing your child to a doctor that cant cast their bone correctly the first time and certainly not the fourth time, and you certainly wouldnt feel good about having to pay that doctor for all those visits and not being reimbursed after you had to go pay another doctor to do it right.

I went to Firestone in Raynham, MA this past Saturday after work, because I feel uncomfortable with the FACT that its difficult to brake easily, with the fact that the car swerves easily on wet road, and the fact that I smell a weird smell sometimes while Im driving. These are FACTS considering I drive the car every day. I went in and told Paul at the desk exactly what I said above, that Im uncomfortable driving because its hard to stop, theres a weird smell and the car swerves easily. He told me they were too busy and I said ok and I started walking out. MIND YOU, I did not push the issue further, i walked out and he called ME back and asked the manager if they could make room for the car. He took the car for a test drive beforehand and even told me, I think I understand what you mean. The car stops abruptly when you put your foot on the breaks, and the tires look pretty old. He even agreed with me. So he took the car in the garage to have it looked at. I thought Paul was sooo nice to do this for me. He seemed so thoughtful and so genuine. I knew then that Id definitely come back to this location for future service. NOT. After some time had passed one of the techs (beard with bald head) came in like a smart ass and said he didnt find any issue with the car and he was shocked considering all the commotion. He was so disrespectful and rude. Who says that? Commotion? Then after that, Paul came back and said So there was nothing wrong with the car? and he started making unnecessary comments saying Well its just you came in making it seem like it was a dire situation. Are you serious? I hardly said anything when I went in there. I went into a car repair shop because I was experience these things with my car. Like any customer would, I went in there and reported those things. I can do that. I was walking out and he was the one that called me back and he test drove and he put the car in the garage. It sounded to me like he was embarrassed by the way HE handled the situation, and after the rude tech found nothing dire, Paul wanted to save face and act like I was the one that made a commotion when I didnt. If anyone made a commotion as the rude tech said, it was Paul, not me. If anyone made it into a dire situation, it was Paul, not me. They made me feel like I not only forced them to look at my car when I didnt, but also lied about my experiences. They made me feel like I was crazy. Paul blamed me for something he did and he was totally rude and unprofessional, and the tech made unnecessary comments as well. I told those guys off, but Im still irritated by the way they treated me that day and I will never go into that location again.And PS: the car did brake hard many times today while I was driving, and I smelled something weird as I was pulling into work too. But I guess those were all lies too and all in my head. Jerks.

A couple of months ago, I visited another Firestone Store, located in the Town of Auburn Ma., unfortunately I experienced a Firestone Store, that not only is mismanaged, but also exhibits a gang atmosphere, with this stores personnel, and given this observation, and experience, I memorialized, my concerns, with a follow-up review, with there website, note though, that the Firestone Store, located in Raynham Ma., upon a recent visit, decided to retaliate, by loosening my truck cap, and then re positioning it awkwardly, that could have resulted immanent harm to someone, if the truck cap, was not later secured, conduct and behavior, that I personally documented, and forwarded, to the attention of Firestone Corporate, but to date, my request of assistance, has been ignored, with that said, beware of Firestone Stores, and your patronage, especially understanding, the personal experience, that I have shared,

Got an oil change a front brakes done. They did not put a sticker on the window that many other places do to tell the driver when the next oil change should be done.
The customer service is amazing and above expectations for an auto care shop! They have been understanding and taken care of me multiple times at a reasonable price. Ex: i needed my E-Brake adjusted, just tightened up, i had gone to Midas & sullivan tire asking them to tighten the tension in the line and they both wanted to charge me around $50 just to look at it and do a full diagnosis before even doing what i was asking while also charging me ANOTHER $50! Estimating $100 before even passing the greeting at the counter...i went to Firestone and explained my situation and that i just wanted the e-brake line to be tightened, they too said they would like to examine the ebrake pads and system before tightening the line but would just tighten the line for me at $29.99. They went on to offer me the initial $19.99 diagnosis for only $10 if id be willing to pay for it. Just $10?! Why not?! They took everything apart down to the e-brake shoes to check the wear & after finding that the shoes were in good shape but the line i needed tightening was very rusted at the bolts, they then tightened it as much as possable for the time being, sprayed the rust with a penetrant and said they wanted to let it work itself in over night and to return the following day to complete tightening the line. I left that night no charge. They didnt make me pay anything until the next day when i returned. They finished the job thoroughly and charged me not a dollar more then estimated. They were great! I give them 5 stars for customer service and care. I highly reccomend Firestone for all of your auto care needs.

Waited 3 and 1/2 hours for a diagnostic check. Not happy with their recommendations and the outrageous prices. Going back to the dealer instead.
Once again these guys have my 2008 Pontiac torrent driving like new again!!! Cant say enough great things about this place!!!
Not to happy with there work and finishing up there work had to go back day later because they forgot to put tries away after asked them to and they said oh we do that automatically.
They wanted to charge me $300 more than my local garage
