I needed a n ink cartridge for my printer. I looked online and Office Max had the one I needed on sale on their website. I went to the store and the guy who helped me was friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. When he rang up the ink cartridge it came up as being $12 more expensive than on the website. He was able to adjust the price to the sale price no problem!

Store has signs posted saying they are open and a small sign that says their open time would change on this day (2/16/21) due to the weather. I called and the automated voice said the store is open and gave me their hours stating that they should of been open at the time I went (3:37pm) but yet the store is closed. The gate is pulled down behind the door and apparently none decided to open the store at all today. I understand the weather makes things difficult but it is after 3 in the afternoon I see no reason why someone couldnt of made it to the store to open it. I personally was able to make it 30 minutes out of my way to go work at another store today and then drove all the way to ray more just to pick up something I had ordered but yet the store is closed. HUGE INCONVENIENCE!

Big, small projects fast and accomadating every time!

Almost Everyone here was very friendly. I had read on some Google reviews that they allow pets, so before I brought him inside I had asked them. A couple guys said yes as long as he was non aggressive and potty trained (which he is both). Went inside bought what I needed and left no problem. I ended up coming back a couple hours later and some lady told me he wasnt allowed in there. Even stated that she had seen him earlier and said nothing. She was the only one that had a problem with my pet being in the store, and if she had seen him earlier why didnt she say something? Very unfriendly lady!

I went in looking for a printer. I found where it was supposed to be but didnt see any in stock. An employee approached me named Nick and once I asked about it he scanned the shelf and saw that one was in stock. He said he would check it out in the back and was only gone about 30 sec before he returned on the phone with his manager and told me one was returned if I wanted to see it. He took it out for me and let me make sure everything was ok so I purchased it. Nick was a great help and in my opinion a model employee and there should be more like him in any store honestly...

Ive been there at 2-3 times in the print department. They did an exceptional job. The last visit their yard sign printer went out. BEN called the Lees Summit location and had one made and then drove all the way out to that location to pick it up for me. I really appreciated that, especially since I was so crunched on time.

I understand it snowed yesterday, but the sign on the door apologizes for the hours affected by the weather and suggests calling before hand. When I called, the recording says your open! Go figure..

OfficeMax representative said they price match, so we priced a printer from Walmart that OfficeMax has in stock, the difference was 70 dollars and the OfficeMax representative refused to price match it. Conclusion is OfficeMax overprices their product and does not price match

Slow as molasses. I had a pre-paid printing order to pick up, there were 3-4 people in line in front of me and I had to wait almost 30 minutes with my toddler to get my stuff. The staff was friendly, but nobody seemed to be hustling to make sure customers were taken care of quickly.

I wanted to make copies from my Teachers Pay Teachers file. Well it was taking a long time for my file to download, and the sales clerk told me I would have to let other customers use that computer. In other words, get off the computer, I looked around and no other customers were waiting. WTF, so I politely let her know that NO Im not getting off the computer for other customers that werent in line. And I continued to let the file unload. As I was waiting for the file to unload, I went to browse the clearance aisle, came back to the same unused computer and she changed the screen of the computer. I looked at her and her and she rolled her eyes at me, her body language said it all. Such poor customer service at Office Depot, I will try to shop elsewhere in the future

I uploaded files online and when I arrived to pick them up they were all incorrect. The example on the cover page was right, just not what they printed. They couldnt reprint them for me because the printer is down. Manager Lynn spoke to me and apologized but never even offered a discount or refund. Now I have to wait to pick them up when the printer is fixed. The prints are for a birthday party and I still have tons of work once I receive the correct ones.

I was honestly much less than impressed the last time I came here. The store looked very dirty and empty, and I actually felt uncomfortable looking at the displays, as many of them were broken or dysfunctional at the time.Its a good thing we were simply doing some comparison shopping, too -- out of all the places we had gone to, the very same item was much more expensive here than it was anywhere else.Maybe I came here on an off day, but I do not see myself coming back here.

Watch the pricing of this place it’s very scandalous the same exact product nothing different whatsoever on line shows cheaper however when they go to use the app to price match it brings up a totally different item number with higher pricing. Looks like I’ll start buying my products elsewhere

Printing service is horrible. I frequently have issues here. The lady rolled her eyes, huffed and then decided to ignore us the rest of the time. Definitely making the drive to print elsewhere

I guess I will have to go here now that they have closed 103rd which is just down the road from us a few minutes and already were not off to a good start. The girl was so helpful in filling my printing order...my 2 sided top to top order is what I told her. It was just 15 copies...she stacked them up so neatly. I just knew she knew her stuff...NOPE! I shoulda looked. (O but I will from now on) She did them all upside down! Of course it can be easily corrected but I really dont have time to get back on the highway and come back there for this correction but in my case I will have to. Maybe since 103rd is closed they need to realize they are filling orders for alot of more folks who may be driving a distance to get their work done and dont have time to run up and down the highway burning up gas and taking up time because of their mistakes. When you screw up my job it cost me one way or another - again! Ugh!

Customer service at the print center was outstanding. The sales associate Kim helped me bring to reality exactly what I was looking for in an invitation card for a party. I will be back again. JH

I always love going into officeMax bc you never know what kind of amazing deal youll find. With that being said, the prices are ridiculous on most other things.

I bought a dual file cabinet from office max. I got it all the way home and opened it only to find it was nothing close to what I picked out or as pictured on the box.What I received was a return or a quick re-box in the back of the store. This was obvious via what the hardware was packed in... A dirty zip lock bag. It was missing a drawer and was only a single non locking file cabinet. They acted so surprised that I had returned it.I packed it up and drove back across town to return it. When I arrive at the store it was pouring down rain as a carried the big a*** box back in.When I asked for a store gift certificate for my troubles, they said they could not do that.Then asked if I wanted to order it. I already had the run around and you obviously dont care about the time and gas wasted that I went through because of your incompetence, why the hell would I want to continue business with you?

Everytime I go here all the employees are super nice and helpful! Keeps me coming back.

Disappointed!!! Burned up our USB flash drive! He knows better. He has worked there for years. He did not sign out off the memory drive. He was in a hurry, we even reminded him just before he yanked it! This has caused us a lot of problems over the past year since then. The flash drive was almost a year old then, and only about 25% full. He had even warned us a few times in the past to not just yank it out. Always sign out. The print job was only a couple of dollars, but it has cost us so much more. Only a fraction of the data was backed up elsewhere. Guess we know why the store is normally so empty. We shopped this store since it was opened. Before that, we used the one off state line. Spent thousands of $$$$s over the decades!! The Raymore store had been slipping prior to this time. We have not been to an office max / depot since then. Im taking one of their employees advice. Best Buy and the internet have better selection and prices. You know,he has been right. It has been the best pointer, tip, advice, service, so forth that I had gotten from them in years.
