I really like this Walmart location. Even though this location may be experiencing staffing shortages as a result of COVID-19, the store is still functioning well. There were some staff members available to help me. What really impressed me was how well the store was organized. I did not have to ask for much help locating certain items.

Thank you for the quick delivery today and the last few times. My package is here before I realize is even time. Been lucky recently that it was here much earlier than anticipated. Thank you for the extra goody bag today too! My items were picked well only one substitution that is just as great as the other item I ordered, no damage to any items and its all here early. So thank you so much! The delivery person very friendly, respectful and a beautiful smile to go with it.

Polite staff, clean shopping and ready to buy.The Fed Ex store is brilliant.Get things done without owning an office in your house. They always help you and listen to your stories and a smile.

Very big Walmart, kind of packed for a Friday evening. Shelves needed to be restocked, but thats expected for a Friday. Employees were helpful for the most part of you need any assistance. Electronic section was well lit and a nice selection of items. Started looking for a portable speaker to buy

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried to use grocery pick up because I had a full day, I figured itd be quick pull up and go, boy was I fooled. I pull into parking lot at 6p.m (I came straight from my 10 hour day at work). because my pick up window is 6 - 7, as soon as I pull in I get a notification that my order is delayed. Approx 6:17 p.m. I get a notification that my order is ready for pick up. I pull up to pick up area expecting to get my order, nope fooled me again over an hour wait after I was told my order was ready. I tried calling, finally someone answered, wouldnt let me come in to pick up my order, basically hung up on me, I called corporate & he said same thing, they dont answer the phone. One lady got so tired of waiting she slammed her trunk & left without her order. I will definitely NOT be using this service again. Ill pay the higher prices at Hyvee - their service was smooth & expedient.

Anything you got we have if not a store online. LOL great place do I need to say more you can get it at your local Walmart store

Usually a very positive experience but today I dealt with the electronics department and was not happy. They basically acted Iike I was imposing on them by asking where an item was and then walked away when I was trying to find something behind the locked cases. I couldnt find what I wanted, so I guess Ill shop elsewhere!

Good prices but many bare shelves on the grocery and toy areas.

As usual, had to wait 48mins for an electric cart. This is the only walmart in the metro area that you have to wait that long, and they wont provide a place to sit. And if you are not black american, the staff wont help you with anything.

This Walmart is great, I have to use use the electric mobile carts due to my disability of walking. If there is no Cart an associate will go out and find me one, (even though they need to invest in more because a lot of them there are broken down).I can always find what Im looking for, if its not on the shelf an associate will go and look to see if there are any in the storage area. Thank you Walmart Associates for assisting me. I appreciate you for going above and beyond.

It was a crazy ride thru Walmart!! Ive fell and hurt my leg so I was on one of the electric buggies driving at a whole 2.2 mph all around the food isles. I bought a dozen iced donuts and started eating them, they say dont shop while youre hungry. Then Im on the way to the milk! Ahhhh! Problem solved. I got the rest of my food and did the self checkout. I spent more than I thought, but glad to have the store there!.

Walmart is that store that is at One stop shop where you can get out everything that you would need. Their prices are fair they usually have a decent selection but if youre wanting that customer service help its not the store for you its best to do your own research if shopping at Walmart. Whats even crazier is that Walmart prices on certain items are cheaper than their membership store Sams club for example milk cheese and theres other items as well.

When doing delivery its THE WORST idea ever. If they pass expected time good luck knowing when you will receive it. Calling the store is pointless. They will not answer and will hang up on you (five times in a row). Super irritated with this Walmart right now..... So disappointed with their communication and customer service.

If you can do your own grocery shopping PLEASE DO!!! I waited for 2 hours for an order that was supposedly ready for pick up at 9 am. I couldnt get a mature person on the phone, there was no manager available for over an hour and when one finally decided to show up it took 2 of them and additional hour to gather 19 items!!! I will NEVER use this DISservice again!

Really appreciate the insinuation that I was going to steal. My teenage son and I went through self checkout. We were doing 2 transactions as my son works and has his own money. I finished my transaction and we were waiting on the register to go back to the start screen. When we were approached by a Walmart employee who asked if we were doing multiple transactions while staring at the unscanned items in the cart. We havent moved. We were literally standing there waiting on the screen to change so we can scan his 3 items. I understand theft is a big issue but seriously? She should have waited to see if we started to walk away. My 3 older kids all work so we routinely do multiple transactions and always just use one register so they arent taking up multiple registers and inconveniencing other shoppers. We have never been approached by an employee before. It was very obvious we were doing multiple transactions since I was literally reaching into the cart to get the first of his items to scan when she approached. Walmart really needs to work on their training. And their employee really needs to work on not using an accusatory tone and using common sense . I work in management and there are way better ways to handle that situation. Unless you see actual intent to steal there is no reason to approach. Standing infront of a register waiting on the screen to change is NOT intent.

Decent store. Kept fairly clean. Large self check out area which is good since there only ever seems to be one cashier lane open and that likely only because it the tobacco lane.

Woefully understaffed. Pick up order was over 4 hours late. Customer service line was 10 people deep. No one picked up my phone call and it bounced around until some poor lady in pharmacy picked up.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. All those checkout Lanes but you still have to self check yourself out, pretty lame.

Great Clerks, very willing to help locate products. (Not available in-store but can be ordered, she even researched and found out I can get it overnighted on Amazon). 2 &1/2 hours later when I was done shopping, got same young lady, AMAYA at register. She remembered me when asked if I had found everything oh, I told her the one item I didnt find. I told her I was too tired to go back and get it even if she did find it. She researched it found it and went and got it for me. Manager have the girls walk me to my car and put my car for me. Im 68 years old and was aching and limping very badly overtired tired. This was very thoughtful and very much appreciated thanks to all the employees at Raymore Walmart.

They dont have mint Oreos. They arent open late. They close half of self checkouts at 8pm. Really the lack of mint Oreos is why I hated this place. If they get some, youll know they read this review and was trying to get me back on their good side.

Great place to shop. Items may tend to be a little on the cheaper side. But price is also a little on the cheaper side. So its a win in my books

Dont care for Walmart, even had to check myself out. Where are the cashiers. If I have to check myself out drop your prices or pay me to check myself out. Oh and your guaranty satisfaction policy really sucks. No more electronic thangs for me at Walmart.

I mean its like every other Wal Mart. Go in with low expectations and you wont be disappointed. No one knows where anything is WHEN you can get someone to help you. Havent been back in awhile, dont intend to....for this reason.

Walmart is best between 7am and 10am. Its easier to park and shop without the crowds at that time. Later on the day you have to deal with crowds and whining kids. I know people dont like the self scanning machines, but if you only have a few items its worth the time saved waiting in line.

Would like to recommend this door if you like taking care of everything yourself finding things to check you out

I shop exclusively at the Supercenters.They have the best choices of anything that you would need.I just love these places.

I would go to this store only as a last resort. Their pick up is never ready. We have had to wait days when they said it would take only 2 hours. Had one cashier just pocket the cash i gave her on a split payment order. . Absolutely pathetic

The employees here are really rude.. Especially the black lady in the grocery pickup. Terrible. I would like to give negative stars.

This is a very clean walmart. Always have what I am looking for. 4 stars because the lines are so long due to not enough cashiers.

Dont most people know the values of cleanliness, considerate associates, or nasty and difficult buggies. Well, this is a Clean store, considerate associates and well condition buggies.

I dont even want to give you one star. Went in lawn and garden, got locked in there after grabbing my few things from sporting goods. Couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. Employee I did see mumbled something about not being a cashier while walking away. After many attempts to contact the store and trying to get help I dropped my stuff on the floor and left.

Did a Pickup order of some Birthday gifts I bought online. Very easy to do, and employee working that section was very courteous and took great care to bring out the gift items.

Always too busy and never have enough cashiers,plus u ask workers for something and from the cashiers to the people on the floor,on the phone and not nice at all, NO customer service skills!!

I called the number on the phone analyzing machine I dont know why its called Eco ATM but the person I called were controlling the door locking my phone I left at 11 the said they were closing and then I believe someone else took my phone then next day returned the next day and called again gave my Walmart associate Id and told them there not going to take the machine or phone then I went to personal and tried to use phone then I asked for security camera of Walmart they said they were not able to show me security footage that day not sure the number on the Eco machine but I think it was Kenny or Edward who I would not allow to be employed at Walmart so then I walked to the Eco machine and my phone was there in the Eco phone whatever it is

After waiting 20 minutes in the customer service line they announce the money order machine was down, I’m done with Walmart

We always do our grocery shopping here. I go once a week. They always have what I need. I can get in and out in no time. I also love to order the groceries online then pick them up. The employees are always great to deal with!

It would have been nice to have spent less time in the check out than I did shopping!

Little miss Virginia working the cigarette checkout needs to be fired. Telling a customer no youre not getting a manager when theres an issue and she doesnt know how to ring up merchandise and adds to my bill when I didnt buy what she showed me on the void receipt. I have had issues with her in the past adding to my bill and having an issue when I mentioned it before. She needs a refresher on what her duties are and more training as well.

The store was packed, but the lines to check out with a cashier were extremely long.They finally opened up more cashiers and it helped a lot.They self checking lines were also packed.The cashiers were very friendly, but I think the store needs to open more cashiers especially during heavier than usual shopping tomes, especially with the holidays approaching.

Normal Walmart, not a great variety in fruits and vegetables and ingredients. But its a normal walmart other than that.

It was a good experience Im thinking of getting a 65 inch tv and the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. So when its time Im probably going to purchase one online with the wall mount and Ruku Im goig to need.

This is a really good Walmart. The staff is friendly, the store is clean & it is pretty easy to find what I need.My only real complaint is that they need to make sure their electric carts stay inside (or get brought back in immediately) & stayed charged. I often have to wait for a cart as I have mobility issues and cannot walk around the entire store without pain.Other than that, this is an excellent place to shop.

Unable to find a few things normally in stock. Several bags of sugar (including the one I grabbed) had been slashed by a box cutter while getting stocked and there was sugar all over the aisle. And their Covid hours suck for anyone like me who works overnight and wants to be able to go to Walmart at 6 a.m. after work.

Poor place to shop these days. Lack of merchandise, blamed on COVID-19 is the primary reason for the poor shopping experience, or so I was informed.

Im not used to the changes yet. I like cashiers too. More personable. Its ok to have self checkout lanes, just some cashiers too.😉

As far as walmarts go its as good as it gets. its still walmart, but it isnt as revolting as most walmarts. if you have to go to walmart then I recomend this one.
