I worked with Mr. White at this location on Memorial Day to get a new iPhone when my previous one had been inadvertently broken by me earlier in the day. He was attentive, thorough, and honest with the devices and accessories that could be offered, and he talked me through the math of how it would all pan out and what would get me the best deal for my budget. I always appreciate when salespeople stay transparent despite what they could otherwise get away with. He also maintained a refreshing and positive attitude during the visit, and kept me updated with how long the transfer of information between phones would take, during the wait time. I would recommend this location (and Mr. White!) to anyone looking to explore options for new phones, plans, or accessories.

Stay away!Done with this store and Verizon because of this store! The managers dont care either. Talked to one of the owners and she stated she had been there for 4+ years when I complained theres never the same sales person in the store. And I have never seen her there. EVER! She seemed rude for a manager. Oh its your store so you can be that way with customers?Twice Ive been there and got bait and switched into something we didnt want at fabulous prices too good to be true prices only to get our monthly bill and it NOT be what we were quoted! We then called Verizon wireless directly and they basically said we can lower it by $4. What?! Its almost $150 more than he quoted us a month! Liars.Stay Away!Then we had this liquid glass protection added to our phones without the sales guy telling us it needs to be reapplied every year! Which wouldnt have been needed if he didnt talk me into a good deal on a note, that wasnt actually a deal when you get your 1st bill!!! Also when I didnt want a samsung edge phone in the first place and that you cant even put a screen protector on!
My fiancé and I went in to take advantage of the promo currently offered and we worked with Matthew . The store was busy and he was able to help multiple customers at once while assuring everyone was getting what they wanted. I have been to many different Verizon stores, this one is by far the best. Yesterday I bought a phone at another location and it was a lemon. I was desperate to get a phone that works. I went to the store and Raymond and the Sales Lead Matthew not only helped me figure out why the phone was a lemon, he was able to get me a better phone that worked, while lowering the monthly bill. He was very knowledgeable, and explained clearly what he could and could not do and why when he was helping me. He offered to call the other store to explain the situation in advanced of me returning the other phone and he even followed up the next day to see how things were going. I dont tend to write these reviews, but it was refreshing to have an experience that was above and beyond the normal standard you get when visiting retail stores. Matt is truly awesome at his job and very passionate about helping you. Highly recommend visiting if you have any phone issues.

Of all the Verizon locations I have been to Raymond NH is, by far, the best. The customer service is awesome (which is a rarity nowadays). The employee I had the pleasure of dealing with, Matthew, truly went above & beyond to ensure I knew exactly what I was getting. He took the time to correct an issue I had w/my account (due to a previous person basically tricking me into a 2nd line). He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & made buying a new phone fun. I definitely recommend shopping at this Verizon store.

Left without purchasing. Wont be back. Very pushy to get you to buy add ons. Would have had a car pmt by the time all was said and done between adding a tablet, insurance for two phones that I just didnt want in addition to the phones and a plan. Great for someone that wants everything offered though!
Unfortunately not helpful tonight whatsoever. Originally when I called to confirm appts werent needed, Matt(?) was so nice & energetic! Then I showed up and Cassandra helped me. I only said my texts werent showing and she reset my wifi and sent me on my way. What??? Of course that didnt work, but had she listened/asked more info it may have gone differently. She said come back if it doesnt work...not all of us have the time to hang out at verizon. Needless to say, it was disappointing. The people at the Stratham location fixed this and were very helpful!

After going to another nearby Verizon location and receiving horrible customer service I was very pleased to receive top notch, very friendly service from Mathew & Aren today at this location. They both offered me great assistance with all my questions regarding my current service and explained information in language I was able to comprehend! They were a pleasure to work with and I will always return to this location. I was pleased to learn they are privately owned vs corporate operated, and it was evident they take pride in their business by the high level of personal customer service they offered.

Jay, Kayla, and Michael made our transition from AT&T simple and easy. Great deals on Pixel 3s made this an easy choice. Was so tired of deadspots and dropped conversations that we were happy to go back to Verizon! Noticed an immediate change in coverage at home from 1 to 3 or 4 bars, with no more dropped calls between town and home. New management at this store is a welcome change with great customer service! My experience at the Raymond location was super pleasant. I have been a Verizon customer for several years and this experience was by far the easiest most thoroughly explained and professional interaction of all. Whatever was happening before to get bad reviews must have been fixed. My husband and I went in to get general help and were so pleasantly surprised to be treated so over the top nice. One associate, I cannot remember his name but he was working Tuesday night, was very helpful when I received an email from Verizon inquiring why I didnt return a phone I didnt order.On a weekday previously, when I thought I lost my phone, I didnt get much help but I was treated with courteously. I found my phone using my computer. The business has improved.

Went to store after losing phone on vacation, David helped us out, He just started working at this store, he must have worked with the company for awhile, he knew his stuff inside out, very helpful, It is very frustrating to lose your phone and he made it a lot less painful, He got us set up with everything we needed to get back on the road and never once tried to oversell us anything, he even took the time to go over our whole account and make sure we are getting the best service for our needs, and all this was done right before closing. I for one hope he works at the location from now on.

I worked with Matt o. Saturday when my phone died. He was fantastic! He got all my lost pu tires and texts back and set up my new phone and answered all my questions. The phone swap took hours and he warned me so I could leave and go grocery shopping and when I got back it was done. Ive never had a smoother new phone experience.

I walked into this location with a shattered Casio Commando. I was not necessarily going into the store to get a new phone. I knew I had a free upgrade on my account. I spoke with a sales associate who ended up selling me a Galaxy s7 Edge with a screen protector and case. As a sales associate seeing the phone that I walked in with, he should have known that a Galaxy S7 Edge would not be an appropriate phone for me. Instead he went for the biggest sale and commission possible. I did not realize at the time that the screen on the phone was already starting to crack until I got home. I immediately called the store to see what my options were and I was told that someone would have to get back to me. I called back several times in the following days before going back into the store. I found out that my free upgrade had not been used and that the sales associate had signed me up to pay for the phone in increments on my monthly bill. I did not sign any paper work for this charge. When I asked to see a copy of the document I was presented with a signed contract agreement that was NOT signed with my name or even my hand writing! To this day I still have the Galaxy S7 with the cracked screen and no further information as to what is happening with my account or this phone. DO NOT go into this store unless you are looking for extra charges on your account and awful customer service!
Do NOT go to this store for ANYTHING. For the love of everything holy, go to ANY Verizon store aside from this one. My husband and I went here to order two new iPhones. Long story short, the manager signed documents that my husband came in and picked up his phone-and he hadnt. Thats fraud, yall. Its been miserable going up the chain on this one, especially since its independently owned. If you want honest service, avoid this place like the plague.

I was thinking about buying a new phone and I was very hesitant about buying a new one and running my credit and Jay Batista made me feel comfortable with running my credit and made me positive about buying a new phone that I said yes, and I now have a new phone galaxy s9 ...and I got accessories and he set everything for me . I went from very hesitant about buying anything to leaving very satisfied.

Horrible store and company. Do not support this franchise if you care about employer rights. Make sure you check your bill, their sales people get paid based on how much they can put on your bill and sell you. This includes unethical use of activating nonexistent lines or even adding a tablet to your bill and hoping you wont notice a charge. Horrible company run by a greedy man who basically will not pay his employees unless they hit an astronomical goal. Guess who getsthe brunt of that behavior? The customer, go to a corporate retailer not a franchise like Wireless Zone if you care at all about getting honest service.(also, just so you know, the 5 star reviews must be from employees or friends of employees.Id bet the farm on that )
I went in cause my cell died, I asked if they could help out (With my phone) Everyone was WAAAAAAAAAY more interested in selling me a new phone, then tried to sell me a different plan, and Ghost lines and insurance, What the hell? Why do i want to talk to ghosts? MY PHONE IS BROKEN!! They never even tried to power it on, The assholes at the Verizon store in Epping have even treated me better then these guys, sorry guys, 1 star
I went in to the store on 8/10/15 at about 8:45pm (they close at 9pm), to get a cell phone and sign up for a plan. I was helped by Shawn McCleary, and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!! He didnt rush me at all, we had normal friendly conversation while he was setting everything up for me. He helped me completely set my phone up, and he gave me some excellent dog advice. I will never go to another verizon store again, unless of course he transfers some where else. He is now my Verizon guy and i will only see him! He gave the best service i have ever gotten at a verizon store ever!!!!
