Nice store. Friendly service. I came in for the UPS drop off in order to pick up a package. I was IDd, which is what employees are supposed to do. I browsed the automotive accessories and I thought the prices were a little high. They did have a good selection.

They had the parts that I needed and the 2 people that helped me were excellent.

The website availabilities versus what is actually at stores is inaccurate for every store in the area. I called five locations looking for a hands-on-parts confirmation of part numbers that were required and each store stated I dont have them and I cant even order them for you, sorry Im not sure why the website says we have them.Always call and verify and reserve before you take a drive.

Normally this is a great store, but the last two tes Ive been in there in the last week they are understaffed causing long wait times.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. One employee explained some if the pros and cons of certain headlight bulb replacements we were looking at. He also got us signed up for Advanced Auto Parts coupon club, so we will get money (store coupons) back for shopping there. The store was clean and well organized, and we were able to find what we were looking for easily.

I always get parts, paint, etc./ I have always been-Happy with their service.

They have great customer service. If they dont have what we need they special order it for us the longest we had to wait was 2 days and that was because their truck broke down. Very affordable prices for great quality parts!

Mask required sign on the door. Translation, we dont want your business. Especially when a cop pulls up in short, t-shirt, and no mask. They didnt kick him out.

Absolutely horrible experience. I got a piece for my car and it was electrical when I cashed it out they did not tell me the return policy on it just in case. So they told me to call customer care to help with the situation and they told me the same thing the general manager refuses to take it back so I just lost $50 thanks a lot I hate you people

Advance auto has the brad parts you cant findLocally anywhere else. There help (staff) is not that knowledgeable, my 10 year old son knew more about the parts then the person working there.

When you drive to the store have your items ready on the counter and the staff answers the phone and starts helping out his buddy instead of ringing up your purchase THATS BAD SERVICE.
