Used to b a 5 but since the move my rating has dropped. I liked how it used 2b in walking distance now hve to drive will b looking 4 a new audiologist in ravenna ohio.right now beltone is ok with new location but in winter wont b keeping any appointments.

I highly recommend the Ravenna Beltone office!Rusty Kunze was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He answered my questions and made certain my hearing device fit me perfectly. He offered to help me if I needed assistance in the future.

A week or two ago i visited this office for a regular mechanical checkup and received replacement conduits from the unit to the ear canal, mine having begun to twist. I accepted a new kind of termination cap which proved unsatisfactory, but when I called for another appointment I was given one for the very day I called, and the adjustment was made promptly (along with new batteries), all for free. I was completely satisfied. I did notice that the used batteries were disposed of in a bin on the floor, and I did not ask if they were to be disposed of in an eco-friendly manner.

Rusty and Cathy are awesome to deal with and very good at their jobs !! First class people and products !!! I love my new hearing aids.

My husband needed to upgrade his hearing aid that he stopped wearing for at least 10 years ago. He couldn’t hear me, our children or our grandson. He was making everyday things impossible to enjoy because he could not hear and yelling at him was something that I had to do and then everyone could hear me. We went back to Beltone in Ravenna and met with Ann Marie and set him up with a Beltone/Amaze17. And what a difference it made. He wears it all the time now, even went to the casinos and he had not problems with all the noise. The people at the store were very accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their hearing problems. Thank you so much for making him hear again and for me for not having to yell all the time.

Maybe ok ...top dollar hearing aids...expensive....

Exclent service from the front door til the exit

Walked in with no appointment looking for advise on hearing aids and Jerry Eisen was able to repair the one I had. Great service in little time. Recommend highly.
