Ive heard of blue sky bee supply and this was my first time of actually going out there. I enjoyed the experience. She had my order ready for me. And I actually bought something else while I was there. Mel, the owner, was very accommodating and she even helped me carry my order out to my car! Ill look forward to going out there again for my next order!

Bluesky has amazing customer service! FedEx misplaced our package containing our honey labels for this weekend’s honey extraction. I notified Bluesky and they fixed it right away and we got our labels literally two days later! We will only use Bluesky for our honey supplies!

Mel was so helpful and knowledgeable! She didnt pressure us to buy anything but let us figure out what would work best for us while explaining why we need certain items. We appreciated her following covid precautions. Her hive boxes assemble easily and she has different options for protective gear.

If i could give less than one star I would. I ordered a candle mold from this company in Sept 2020. It never came, and I reached out through email, never got a reply. Months later, still waiting, giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the pandemic delays. Finally I call and Mel Was super rude, laughing at me for waiting 5 months and was super dismissive and rude. I am a small business owner as well and I would never treat people this way. I am really disappointed. I will never order anything from here again, and will tell my friends who also make candles to be wary of this company.

If you have the chance to do an onsite visit, I highly highly recommend it. I was just starting out in keeping bees and the staff spent hours talking about the pros and cons and benefits and risks of each product based on how you plan to maintain your operation. Even to the point of recommending different setups based on the environment I was planning to place the hives to maximize brood and honey production while minimizing strain on the bees. This was all backed by extensive experience from the staff.

Nice to have a bee supply store in NE Ohio that you can get what you need in a hurry without waiting for mail order.

You have to call and order by appointment. You cant peruse the store due to Covid-19. But theyre about the only game in town to cover supplies with everything you could need.
