Just experienced the worst service I’ve ever had with a Walmart vision center. As an out of state college student it is hard for me to get home often so I went to the closest Walmart to get more contacts. I went in yesterday for them to tell me they didn’t have a licensed optician in and to come back tomorrow. okay, so I went back this morning and the licensed optician, Shirley was very disrespectful and had a lot of attitude towards me for no reason. After explaining my situation she made me call my Walmart back home for their store number. She looked me up in the system and then went to see if they had my contacts in stock (they had one box left) so I said thats fine my eyes are both the same prescription one box will do...for her to say “yeah I know I looked you up” I asked her if they were the Dailies Plus one day contacts and she told me no that’s not what is on file. Well I told her those were not my previous contacts and pulled up the email of my online order and prescription . Then she told me that my prescription had expired which cannot be true since I had just ordered contacts online 7/13/20. So I told her sorry for wasting her time and walked away because she just was not patient and not kind, made it seem like I was bothering her to do her job.Overall just very unpleasant to communicate with and I will not be going back.

Its almost like an eye care center

Worst glasses ever. Had prescriptions done there in the past. And it was ok. Now had a new prescription done for my new glasses and they are awful. The bifocal off and the glasses had been sent back and redone and still not right. Worst of all the staff acted rude and made up excuses. Like its my fault the glasses are not right. Really

My husband and daughter go here for there glasses and I went in for an exam and ordered glasses for myself. The doctor and reception gals were very friendly and helpful! Im absolutely satisfied with this vision center.

December 3 my daughter had an appointment to see the optometrist. After waiting 1 1/2 hours she told the receptionist she had to get to class. When the doctor came out with another patient - he was very rude stating that he had know idea why she was there and if she could not wait any longer then she could just leave and go to med-express. That was very un-professional to treat a patient in that manner.. I would NOT recommend this Walmart Vision Center.

Been going here for YEARS. Dr. Contastino retired and it has went down the tubes. EXTREMELY rude customer service reps who took me all of 5 minutes to realize Im taking my business elsewhere.I had to have a Walmart manager go to them to actually even get a call back after spending 3 days wasting 30-40 minutes a day where the phone would only ring then put me on hold.T

Stopped in vision center to have my glasses tightened the was treated very rudely by employee she asked when was my birthday and informed me I had not been in since 2000! Which I had glasses and exam done in a different location so what was it any of her business and then if she tightened them and they broke she was not responsible for them will never go there again
