My 20 yr old washer died. I looked on Myers website, found a machine which suited me, and called to order it. Not in stock but I was introduced to a similar machine, same company brand, offered to me for same price as my original choice, and available in less than a week! Sold. Polite young men quietly and carefully delivered it, installed it, and took away my old machine. Am I pleased? Why, yes!

I needed a dishwasher. I thought I knew what I wanted before my visit to Myers. The salesman, Mike listened to me and my needs before showing me their stock and available products to order. He did not try to get me to make a decision that day and my mom and I felt very comfortable there.He was not pushy at all. In fact, he was so knowledgeable and customer oriented that he showed me options only in my budget, including less expensive options that were unknown to me. He also educated me on why the model I was initially interested in was perhaps ultimately a unwise choice due to the lack of parts availability after a certain amount of years. I am so happy with my Beko dishwasher that was ordered about a day or so later, came in less than a week from NJ, and was installed promptly by a kind subcontractor only a few days after that. The subcontractor, Jonathan Myers was respectful of my time by working with my schedule, and very kind, and respected my property and even asked if my pets were put away so as not to let them out. I am more than happy with my complete Myers experience and will be back once another appliance needs replaced. Shop local, always when possible!

You honestly never know what youre going to get with the smaller businesses. In this case I could not be more pleased with our experience. We needed a refrigerator desperately and they listened to exactly what we wanted and started us in that direction. Not only did they start us in the direction we wanted, but they didnt desperately try to convince us to go for the most expensive thing. They said, this is a great and reliable product. And completely sold us. It was about $500 less than the one we initially thought wed want.They were friendly, polite, had next day delivery (for anything in stock), with an install and haul away for the cheapest price Id ever seen. The installers were also incredibly polite, very competent, and did not leave until they knew the job was done properly.Next time, skip the big stores and go here. It will be worth it.

Talk thru what you looking for, tell you the options and let you decide. Prices spot on. 1/2 down, 1/2 delivery, Dont see that much these days. Most everyone wants everything upfront. I just bought me a washer from Myers appliance and it was only $150 cuz I talked him down $25 it wasnt as big as the one I had. So I had a 30 day warranty on it which is cool. But when I went to go pay for it I realized that on the receipt it didnt have a 30-day warranty so I asked the man to please put the 30-day warranty on it so he did he took his pen and wrote 30-day warranty on each piece of paper separately. And I did not like that because it would not stick in court if I needed it because it wasnt through the carbon paper you understand what I mean. So I asked him to do it through the carbon paper so he did then I went on with my day saying thank you.

Installation was within window and done carefully so nothing was damaged. Each partner worked well on his part of set up . They answered my questions. They did not have fittings to connect my water supply but promised another crew would contact me next service day to complete

Ordered originally from Lowes the item never came when they said it was supposed to even though it was in stock. The company they used to outsource the delivery was terrible and when I called Lowes they did not care.It worked out great with all people at Myers from the person I ordered from to the delivery people and I feel better knowing I am helping a local business.Lets make sure we all go local as much as we can. I definitely will use Myers for all my future purchases.

Freezers are hard to find but we paid to be put on waiting list with an estimate of 1month wait; niece bought the same freezer from a big box store in March and it still has not come in. We got a call the same day from Myers saying that the freezer had come in-dont know if they have connections or it was good luck for us. We had ordered a specific Gas Range from Myers, and admittedly it was a special order. They originally told us it would be delivered within 6 weeks, but, that didnt happen (No fault of theirs) They kept us apprised of the set back from the manufacturer. Although late in the delivery, once our gas range finally arrived, they scheduled the delivery right away. The crew that delivered it were excellent, very professional, very polite, and efficient. Couldnt be happier, would order from Myers without hesitation again.

Jordan and Ken did a terrific job delivering our refrigerator. They were fast, but thorough, and cleaned up all materials. I highly recommend!It was very thoughtful of Jordan to ask if I wanted to copy to growth chart that was written on our old fridge to the new one.

What is nice is that pretty much everyone who works there is knowledgeable not only about the products they carry but also about the products in general. I feel as if I am being educated as I am looking. There also isn’t that commission sales mentality that if I am looking now for a future purchase my time is not really as valuable to them. That is why two years ago I bought my washer and dryer from them. We plan to remodel our kitchen and bought our gas range early because of a good price they had. We encouraged my mother-in-law to buy her washer and dryer and she did. The only reason I didn’t buy a refrigerator was it came with the house when I bought it. When I go to replace I will buy from Myers

A Speed Queen top load washer here was $1198. Their competitor-Hartville hardware had the same model(TR-7) for $1075. Neither had them in stock due to covid-19 but $123.00 difference is worth driving elsewhere and ordering.

Ordered our freezer Friday and it was Here by the following Tuesday. Lightning fast! The Sales staff and delivery guys were excellent. We highly recommend them.

Josh was much more knowledgeable about ALL appliances than other local stores. Also, the showroom is laid out better for finding what you are looking for. Although Myers is a 1-hour drive from home, delivery was free and it was worth the drive!

I got a call from one of the sales rep here because my appliances was under warranty the gentleman I spoke with was very rude on the phone. I decided at the point he did not need to come to my house for any reason I told him at this point I will figure it out myself. He gave me the run down about how much it would cost if he came out and my warranty did not cover the issue. I had no problem paying because at that point I would have to pay someone anyway. However, it was like he was trying to turn off telling me he could not get any body out to my for two weeks his disposition was very nasty well congratulations you did a good job.

All of the positive reviews are true unless you are concerned about your exposure to COVID. The salesman I met did not wear a mask and stated there was a sign saying the staff don’t wear masks. He offered to put one on but HE SNEEZED TWICE in my presence. I left. This is a real shame. I’ve always recommended Myers and have used them many times. I was planning to order several major appliances to replace the ones I had previously purchased from them.

I have purchased all of the appliances for my home for the past 30 years from Myers. Recently, I needed to replace a combination Kitchenaid Microwave/Oven at my home. Myers assisted in my purchase, helped locate an installer, and also helped me locate a finish carpenter who was able to alter my custom cabinets so that the new appliance fit into my kitchen. The result? Perfect. I could not be happier.

Following a number of thoroughly horrific experiences dealing with the Big Box Retail Stores with large inventorys and little knowledge regarding the big ticket appliances they have an implied expertise with, my most recent on-line order was a wake-up call. This chain posted an item in stock at their affiliate warehouse that didnt exist when an attempt to pick it up was made. The same Retailer updated my order status by informing me this item would available for pick-up 36 days following the initial order. My account had already been charged in full and cancelling the order turned out to be a lesson in frustration at the highest level, ending with a 10 day hold on crediting my account. After researching customer reviews covering large item purchases at all of the Big Box Stores, I was surprised to learn how wide spread the anger brought on by this type of purchase actually was, 8 of 10 reviews were rated 1 Star and were essentially horrible. The one theme that resonated through each review was I will never buy another product from A, B, C or D retailers again, and will drive hours from home to give my business to a local home town retailer. The attitude of those whove had their fill of dealings gone bad, was like a slap in the head. I remembered the positive dealings Id had with Meyers Appliance when they had a Sales and Service outlet on route 59 in Stow. This store had ceased operations a while back so, I went on-line to see if Meyers still operated out of Ravenna. They do and from that point, the experience of purchasing a new washer was comparable to the scene when Dorothy and friends suddenly found themselves in the technicolor world outside of Emerald City. On-line ordering was simple and on-point. Follow-up on my order was immediate and wasnt the result of an automated program generating generic responses, but to my surprise, was sent by way of an email drafted by this organizations General Manager Josh Meyers. Being Christmas Eve, Josh scheduled delivery and set-up of my new washer the Friday morning after. When calling into their office for any reason, I was able to speak with an actual person and didnt need to suffer the agony of an automated messaging system. Josh advised me his delivery crew would call Friday to let me know the approximate time they would arrive. They did, called at 8:15 and said to expect them between 10:00 and 12:00 noon and additionally, they would call again and confirm when they were en-route. At 10:25, I received a follow-up call from Jordan stating they would be at my home in 10 to 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, Jordan and his co-worker, whos name I regrettably forgot, arrived with the new washer. Within 15 minutes, my washer was unpacked, leveled, with the input water lines and the discharge drain all operational and my old POS washer was on their truck and out of my way. Customer service at this level used to be commonplace but, these days we are at a point in time when customer service is on life support. Josh, Jordan and the rest of the staff at Meyers Appliance were a pleasant surprise and exceeded my expectations with regard to pricing, customer communications their inventory, their delivery and execution on set-up. For the first time in a very long while, it felt as though my business was appreciated and it damn sure felt good to be treated like a valued customer. I would highly recommend anyone sourcing new appliances call Josh at Meyers and avoid the lure of saving $20 at the Big Box chains that permeate the landscape.in every city throughout this country. You will not regret your decision.

Outstanding experience with my dryer purchase and installation. The young man fixed the dryer venting and found a baseball in the venting, which has been there over 20 years (prior to buying the house). Now we understand why our dryer never worked well!! Beyond happy.

Our refrigerator died. We spent hours in various big box stores, being told it would be months before we could get a new one delivered. Today we went to Myers. It took about 10 minutes for us to order the exact one we wanted from the other places, we should have it in 3 weeks, and they are dropping off a loaner on Monday to hold us until ours is delivered. This was my first visit to Myers. It will not be my last.

I was able to order an upright freezer to replace the 20+ year old that broke down suddenly. I placed my order with Myer’s Appliance via phone and it was delivered about two weeks after purchase. I had expected to wait months due to the current shortage of freezers and refrigerators. This was my third purchase from Myer’s and I highly recommend them.

I can think of many reasons to shop at a smaller, perhaps family owned business over a big box or on line warehouse. Service after the sale, fast response to inquiries, knowledgeable installers instead of third party non affiliated installation companies and so on. None of these reasons apply to Myers Appliance. Had to call numerous times to get information on delivery. Called twice to get a copy of my receipt emailed or text messaged with no results. The unit arrived damaged and was installed by a third party installer who knew nothing about the operation of my appliance. Probably the same installation company that would be hired by Amazon. So my advice is shop around, including Myers. Then buy from whom ever quotes the lowest price. I can think of no reason other than price to select this supplier over another.
