The staff is always cheerful and helpful. My doctor is thorough and encouraging.

Both of the techs and Dr. Eikleman were super nice, and Ive encourage my husband to seek their services. The office manager was courteous, but otherwise not very welcoming. Ive had three visits to the facility in the last nine months. My interactions with her each time have left me feeling cold. The first two visits were quick and I was out within an hour. However, my last visit took nearly two hours. Why?

The medical staff was very professional. They took time to listen to my concerns regarding my sight and addressed them appropriately. Thanks again for the wonderful service Rocky Mt E.ye Center.

Very thorough exam, and much of the staff are friendly and helpful.

My eye check up could not have been better, all the way from the temp receptionist, Dori, to Cory, to Dr Chariton and finishing up with Becky for the glasses. It felt like old home week. Everyone is very good at their jobs & have good public relation skills. They are all very competent.

I’m very impressed with Rocky Mountain Eye Care.So much so that I am having a third pair of glasses made; for use at my computer desk.I’m a new patient; saw Dr. Nicholas Chariton and worked with Becky, who’s a fantastic Optician, to get new progressive and reading glasses ordered; it was a great experience.My one complaint is that phone answering voices lack that friendly tone that makes us feel that you are not bothering the office when we call. Would be better to hear a smile with the first hello and through our calls. (I’m speaking for “us” because I know that it’s not about me; I’m sure not everyone has had the same experience)

The staff was courteous and pleasant. They handled the social distancing well. I feel I received the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. I had a lot of questions and concerns about my eye health. All of it was addressed. I will be a returning customer!

I was very happy with the service both the Vision and the optical dept. They were so attentive with my elderly Aunt to make sure she got the frame and glasses she wanted and didnt rush her.

Everything went well with the pre examiner and the Dr. Ordering the glasses was good. However, my husband ordered first, and then seated himself and had conversation with another individual in the waiting room. There was a mix up and the wrong name was on his order form. The technician taking the order told me the amount to pay. I wrote the check without looking at his order, but the numbers did not add up. I should have examined the paper work before leaving. I’d like to look this over again when we pick up new glasses.

It takes a while to have the exam, but they are very thorough and very friendly. The Doctor was awesome, very knowledgeable and takes time to explain all terms and concerns. If I have to stay in this tiny town, I will always go there. Thanks guys.

Front desk staff could not figure out how to process insurance despite mine being one they accept. First they told me that I had to get a referral from a primary care doctor before getting a routine eye exam for my insurance to cover it. That was completely incorrect or a lie. I verified with my insurance company that no referral is needed for routine eye exams prior to coming in since they told me that over the phone. When I corrected them, and asked them to go ahead and put in the insurance claim they couldnt figure out how to do it and the only way to keep my appointment was to pay cash in advance.During the rushed exam, I told them that I did not want my eyes dilated because I had a long drive afterwards. The nurse said she was going to use the lowest dose and that it wouldnt affect my vision. This was very wrong. After leaving my vision was so blurry that I couldnt read street signs so I had to delay my trip for a few hours until my vision had gotten clear enough to see again.I was planning on buying a few pairs of glasses while I was there, but after this experience I took my prescription elsewhere. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of glasses and 2 sunglasses from an online retailer instead.I would absolutely recommend anyone from using this company in the future.
