Update 10/26/2021: Picked up my new phone and had no issues. Aaron G. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had my new phone set up promptly. Would not hesitate to use the store again. Recommended.Original review 10/28/2021: 1star. Terrible! Random odds to find them open at all. Two separate days have gone out of my way only to find them closed during their business hours. Call to headquarters does nothing. Verizon should be ashamed to be associated with Russell’s.

I was having problems with my phone and update. But Camryn, great customer service. She is very on top of things and very professional. Always have good customer service here.

My phone was having a meltdown. I called Russel‘s Verizon and April answered. She told me to come down immediately. When I arrived I was greeted with courtesy and she promptly helped solve my iPhone issues. She was very cordial and had a good sense of humor. She was able to not only work on my phone but assist other staff in the store with their questions. April is a very personable employee and an asset to the business.

Never can get help. Talked to supervisor..she couldnt help me get into my voicemail. I forgot my pin and the other info. Called Trinidad Colorado office..said the could help me. Thats 20 miles away. Never can get any important issues solved.

I went into this Verizon store (not my local store) to hopefully get a phone fixed. Unfortunately, my problems required me to upgrade to a new phone, but Marie was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service! While I was there, some of her ‘regular’ customers came in and it was obvious that she has a good rapport with her customers, as well.

I was very satisfied with the help your staff provided for me she was very concerned about why it wasnt working so took the enicieve to fix the problem soon after tha young lady and she had it under control so Im very satisfied with the service that was provided for me thank you Verizon

April was so fast and friendly. My 3 year old son was with me and she was able to carry on a conversation with him and help me at the same time. Great service!

After having a really hard time finding this location, I finally was able to go into the store and be greeted by the wonderful employees that work here. Matthew and Ariana not only listened and had empathy to my issues I was having with my iPhone but also suggested various options for me to get me back going on the road. They were both a breath of fresh air after being on the road for a few days. They got me exactly what I needed. I am so happy to be with my new iPhone 8. Was turned down for not having a permanent address in Raton. Later a last bill became also required. Appealing only made the ladies uncomfortable. A large part of this town gets its mail from post office boxes which are not permanent yet have Verizon service. So the feeling of discrimination is pervasive to new comers. In the Times of cronid 19, not being flexible enough to consider the hardship of moving to Raton stands out as another reason there are so many dead businesses in a town that needs people

Ive had numerous experiences with cellular employees that usually left me nonplussed in the past. The Verizon branch here in Raton is miles above in customer service and empathy. The representatives here are chill, experienced without the sneer of being jaded, and excellent at representing product and service with professionalism. Im so proud that something this wonderful still exists in our dusty town.

The Raton store has gotten way better. The sales reps there know how to help any way they can and I appreciate that. Special from past. Also want to say thanks to George for helping and getting me into my new phone!!!

Amazing Staff, George the sales Associate was so helpful, and, understood our needs. We initially came to look at the Mifi sevice for home internet. i noticed the HUM device and asked about it. George then gave us a complete explanation of the service device an how it could benifit us. We Travel a lot and have two children one of whom is Special needs. George understood and took the time to go above and beyond our expectations. He was the only one who was there at the time we were setting up the Hum service onto our vehicle. He had to lock the store up and there were a couple who showed up and were so very rude to him and us. George was professional to these rude ppl and explained that as soon as he is done helping a customer with their needs he will gladly assist them. these ppl were irrate an Im sure will complain. I cannot say more about the quality of service he and Nichole provided us. We were cautious on setting up new service but after all our questions were answered by George we gladly set up service with the HUM. and George then said if we have any further questions to call the store and he will gladly help with anything we needed. So Great Service all around . we thank the owners of this store for hiring the two awesome sales ppl. We look foward to coming back to the store and getting two new Galxay Note 9 when we are able to. You have returning customers in us.

Not a real Verizon store, they are happy to sell you an overpriced phone with plenty of hidden fees, but dont go in expecting customer service, theyll just give you a phone number to call and send you on your way.

Professional very helpful answered all my question and was very patient with me even when I didnt know what I wanted great service friendly I will be going back soon!

Closes before posted time unless you are inside (generally up to a half hour early). Never seem to have their system fully functioning but the people are friendly. Cannot recover lost data.
