Black Hills chemical has not communicated regarding the returned vacuum. they only send statements. please if you are a new business owner, find another source of supplies.UPDATE- June 2021I had to report this company to the Attorney General of South Dakota Consumer protection division. If you are a small business owner, Please be very careful with this company. Insist on complete paper trails of what is delivered and returned. Take pictures of serial numbers and force any returns to be documented and both parties receiving copies.I went through four months of frustration and they are painting themselves innocent and upstanding to the State.
Black Hills Chemicals delivered two incorrect vacuums. Each vacuum was returned. The first I did not notice until after the driver left and I opened it only to realize it was not the model I ordered. So instead of having a vacuum to help with a busy day, I was left waiting for them to pick it up and return another. The second I opened with the driver still there. I was wrong and the driver immediately took it back.Now accounts payable is trying to make me pay for the infamous vacuum I never received. When I called l was told that basically this is what the inventory said (after sending emails telling me of their rough start to the year). I asked them to come and look at my hotel for the vacuum. Her reply was that it would not prove that I removed it from the premise.So knowing they had staffing, delivery and invoices issues they are all but stating that I am lying about two vacuums being returned to their delivery men. This is incredibly frustration because their lack of organization had already cost me a stop check fee on a payment sent.So my advice to any small businesses doing business with this company is as follows:1) send check payments via returned receipt from post office. the USPS certificate fees are cheaper than a stop payment.2) do not allow them to leave products that you have not verified to be accurate.3) document the serial numbers of any items received and returned. Do not assume they can inventory anything correctly.I do not know where they stand on this other than sending invoices l, my contesting it and requesting they review where else they delivered clean max vacuums too during the time frame.

Biggest rip off for products. Stopped using this company and was told for any products they took back and were unopened I would receive a refund. Still have not gotten a refund, which had I known I would have kept the unused products. $300 Ill never see again! Worst product line, okayish customer service, overall not worth my time.
