Equipment was ready when we needed to pick it up early. It worked great. No issues.

Easy to talk to and delivery was on time.

Rented equipment that ran hot and had computer issues they sent repair man out 4 times still not being able to fix it. They cant refund to credit card and cant write a check but say they will refund us but they dont have a way to do soo. Plus delivery charge is triple what Spearfish a 50 mile difference for delivery charge. DONT RENT HERE!!!

Not happy at all with United. We reserved a floor sander for July 22nd and they gave it away to someone else. We reserved the unit 2 and a half weeks in advance, and planned our whole home project around that date, just to have them tell us they didnt know where it was, and that we could come back next weekend to pick it up. We rented from Knechts Home Center instead, and they were cheaper anyways. Definitely think twice before using United.

We reserved rental for 2 Ladders. We showed up to find out an employee had taken the ladder home for personal use. The employee had to go home and pick the ladder up. We had to wait for them. WE NOW HAVE to pay for the down time per hour of the installers that were waiting on site for the ladders. Not a great experience at all.
