The ignitor in my furnace broke. Its cold and supposed to snow tomorrow. Johnstone would not sell me a new ignitor because I an not a contra. I am just a dude trying fix my furnace and not freeze. Thank you, Johnstone. What a disgusting joke of a company. I went 30 seconds down the road to Comfort Products. Despite not even dealing in the brand of furnace I have, and despite themselves also being wholesaler place, the guy there still managed to find and sell me an ignitor for my furnace. Comfort Products is a good place with nice people. Johnstone is a sadistic joke of a place.
