Russ and his staff did a great job on our Kitchen and Laundry room. Once the material arrived they had the project scheduled and finished in a timely manner. His contractors were professional and courteous. We are now having him do our bathroom! Thanks Russ!

Kitchen Tune-Up provided excellent service and assistance in every aspect of facilitating the installation of new Cambria countertops, Karran sink and Moen faucet in my home. I worked with Kendra who was not only helpful but very knowledgeable regarding many aspects that I might not have considered without her input. I would and will recommend Kitchen Tune-Up to anyone needing the wide range of services which they offer.

I contacted the company and was scheduled for a in home consultation, when my appointment time came around no one showed up. After about an hour of waiting I ended up calling them and I was told that they have been super busy and that they were with another customer and would be out as soon as they could be, Russ the main guy who has been doing this for over a decade came to do our consultation. We went over everything I was interested in and stuff we didnt think about. He was well versed and knowledgeable. Once we were done he took contact information phone and email and informed us that Amanda his drafter would be in touch via email with plans and full detailed quote in a week or two but to keep an eye out. After over 2 weeks I called their office to see how everything was coming along, a gentleman answered the phone cant recall his name and said that Russ was currently out and that he would have him call us as soon as he got in. It has been almost 3 weeks since that phone call and Russ nor any representative from KitchenTuneup has attempted to contact me via phone, email or even coming to our house. In the same time that this has been happening 3 other Contractors have come out to my house and have gotten back with me with detailed qoutes and digital floor plans and a line of communication is open with all of them. Do not use this company especially in Rapid City, as they do not follow through and I know that for a fact I contacted the flooring company that kitchen tuneup is using and they emailed the qoute and details to kitchentuneup over a month ago. Now I really dont care at this point for an explanation or an excuse, if something was happening or a delay was expected or a personal issue arose in one of their lives and has delayed it. A simple email or call informing me that the time table has been altered due to unforeseen issues or something that would have been acceptable. But the biligerant disregard attitude is highly unacceptable. Stay away from this company. Would give a 0 out of 5 stars but it doesnt allow that.

This is a great place to go for any kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs. You can get full service install or just materials to diy. They may not be the cheapest in town, but the excellent service is well worth the extra expense.
