They got my hopes up about a bird saying that there was another woman coming in to look at conures but that she’d only sell her one because they bond to each other and not the human that way, and then sold both of them anyways. i bought a cage and all the supplies plus came in every day to see that bird only to find out it’d been “spoken for”. for someone who’s birds just passed away and I’d gotten a huge attachment to this bird and they were aware of that. they’re a great clean store with otherwise friendly people but this was still really eh of them.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and real care and compassion for birds and other animals! Healthy food blends that cant be found elsewhere, and reasonably priced grooming for avian companions. Will be a loyal customer!

I bought my first bird here and the owner helped us a lot with everything. I would recommend this place to anyone with an interest in a bird.

Me and my family have gotten 4 birds here, going on 5. Very friendly place and the birds are well brought up. Wide variety and good deals. They board too, so it was very convenient for traveling. Wonderful place!

This store is the BEST PLACE EVER for bird information, pet birds, bird toys and dog treat bakery. Barb is a nationally-known certified Avian Specialist who cares about all birds and all her customers. You always get a fair shake from her and she will do right by you. A DEFINITE MUST SEE if you are in the Black Hills area.

Went there today. The store is very clean and a good size. Birds Were healthy and friendly some would let you pet them. If you love birds its worth checking out. It is too bad that I was only in town for a few days and probably wont be visiting again, since I live in Minnesota.

The owner, Barb, and the staff are always friendly and eager to help, answer questions, or assist with grooming or handling birds. The price for quality is food is the best in town and you know youre getting healthier food than general mass produced feed.

The owner knows a lot about birds and she trains them very well. Even if you arent buying I recommend going by to either visit the birds or see her amazing shop.
