I was able to rent a skid steer with attachments from this company and used it over the weekend, the equipment was newer and in good shape. The customer service from the sales rep was good although he did not tell me equipment needed to be returned at a certain time to avoid being charged another day. Tom the manager fixed the issue and refunded me the money right away and told me to keep that in mind next time. Overall it has been a great experience working with Hunter and Tom I appreciate the help!

Beirschbach customer service at the Rapid City Store is second to none. It is hard to find great customer service anymore and all the guys went above and beyond. We had a malfunction on Sunday when they were closed and they called us back and we ended up fixing the problem.
