It says Photo on the bldg, but it never works. I had to go to the one in Urbana.
Scripts are never ready on time. There also seem to be constant errors.

Was a little apprehensive getting the vaccine here given the previous reviews. although there was a lunch rush, Jules and the rest of the team was able to get me through the paperwork and the shot quickly.

Machela sic? Is the only one I talk to. Most of the rest are unqualified. Sean and Joshua were great. Many good people have left .Even with a 12 hr warning they cant seem to get meds filled.
Every time I attempt to have a prescription filled here there is an “issue” that they have- out of stock, insurance, the way the dr. wrote it, etc. It is never anyone’s fault except the pharmacy yet they blame any and everyone. For the last 3 months I have it sent somewhere else after being told there’s an issue and it’s fine at another Walgreens. Why do I continue to try and give them a chance? Because it’s a million times more convenient, yet every time I want to scream and I end up driving to Champaign anyway. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.
I have used Walgreens for several years, but am currently considering switching due to the problems with the Rantoul Walgreens, in particular an older woman named Nancy. Twice now I have gone to the drive thru only to find out there was a problem with my prescription. The first time I went to pick up a prescription after receiving a voicemail that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, Nancy told me there was no prescription for me. I then explained I had received a message stating there was. Nancy responded by saying there was not and closing the drive thru window in my face. A second time there was a problem Nancy closed the window in my face again. Both times I was forced to park and walk in to talk to another employee that was actually willing to talk to me to resolve the issue.

I am a CMA, therefore working in the medical field Im used to being treated poorly by people and even some providers. I call to see if I can transfer my refill from Urbana to Rantoul because Im closer, and the pharmacist disgustingly replies its already filled, I dont know why youre calling here! Well dumbass, had you concentrated on what I was saying you would have known! Very poor customer service!
Nurse practitioner sent three prescriptions they say they only received two this resulted in me having to call my nurse back and asking her to give them a verbal which is a waste of her time as well as mine
Their service was not courteous and an event of false report that became humiliating. Thanks for years of service but this event changes my view now. I wish Google had no stars..
Closed for no reason, lights off, pharmacy drive through barred... Call go to VM/fax.Just called a few minutes to come pick up medication.Guess Im out of luck
