Nice and well organized gym. Equipments are well maintained, sanitized and cleaned on the regular. Cleaning supplies are provided to clean equipments between use. Face mask wearing and social distancing is the norm. Staff are friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend the establishment.

Had a great workout. The instructor was great and carried everyone along I was spent and so exhausted at the end of the workout but I felt really good afterwards for pushing myself. A wonderful gym experience with so many equipments to choose from. They even offer amazing discounts when u decide to go for the full package. You should try it out!!!

Was really disappointed and offended Friday when the lights were actually turned off while I was still working out. That was dangerous. Myself and others couldve injured ourselves in the dark trying to make it to the lockers and while fumbling around in the dark while in the locker room. The problem stemmed from the closing time of 10pm thats listed on the front door was not in agreement with their unstated true closing time of 8pm. I just signed up for the gym a little over a week ago and no one at all informed me that the closing times on the front door were not accurate. Very unprofessional of them. And in spite of this being their fault to actually turn out the lights while 4 other patrons and myself were still using the equipment was dangerous. Outrageous. The young employee who did this did make a announcement that they were about to close in 3 minutes but myself and the others thought that he was either joking or mistaken because the written- posted closing time on the entrance door is 10pm, not 8pm. Someone couldve been injured in the dark. And the young employee unequivocally knew that we were on the floor still working out. Very, very bad thing to do.

Everything about this gym is great. Great equipment, staff, location, hours, etc.My only issues come from how YouFit is run from a business perspective.1. The fee is supposed to be $10 and instead of pausing all member accounts during the covid pandemic where no one can use the facility, you not only continue charging your members but increase the fee from $10 to $12 without any formal notice or agreement from said members!2. When you go to cancel your membership, you are charged a cancellation fee! The reasoning from YouFit is that you are allowed to use the facility for that month or something like that, but my thing is, if you are canceling your membership, youre either unsatisfied with something about the gym, relocating, or have already joined another gym. So what benefit does being allowed to come to the facility have? NONE! Its just a slimy way of taking additional money from you which is wrong on all levels and speaks to the character of the YouFit organization as a whole.I have been a member at this location for years without any major issues from the gym itself, but its business practices have left a sour taste in my mouth and I can never recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I had day passes. After we checked in, the gentleman did not give us a tour or even made the suggestion. Not a warm welcome at all.The equipment was in good condition and was not too crowded. Needless to say, we have made our minds not to join. Customer service is very big to us.

Youfit is a great gym to workout at, employee does a find work of keeping the place clean, and a find work over there. They do take the covid safety precaution very serious, I think that is a good thing.

Good morning,I felt compelled to write to you about my experience at one of your locations in Randallstown MD.I stopped in to purchase a membership for my son. Things were moving along quite nicely. After entering my payment information, I was then informed there would be a $39.00 signup fee. I asked if they could explain what the fee was for, they could not. I was then told I would be charged another $49.00 60 days in as a yearly fee. Once again, AFTER I had already set this up. Poor customer service, not disclosing all fees up front and not knowing what the $39.00 fee was for.I was looking online and low and behold an ad to join YouFit popped up. I clicked and saw that the plan I signed up for stated the enrollment fee was only $19.00. I called the club to see why I was charged $39.00. Lady at the desk could not tell me. I am not even sure if the people working there even want to be there.This is not very professional in my opinion. Not disclosing upfront fees, or other fees being charged 60 days after sign up. Financials are extremely important to people at this time. Perhaps some proper training for the people that work in the YouFit gyms would be beneficial.

Its always a warm welcome from the staff at this gym. I love how everyone is so friendly. The gym is always clean. And machines are always available. I love the cleaning lady in the evenings. Shes always smiling and makes sure everyone in the gym is having a good time. She does a great job. Keep up the good work.

Please dont go here i cancelled due to covid and they are still charging me. The customer service over the phone is very rude when i tried to resolve me issue. Tell me if i paid the cancellation fee why am i still being charged a monthly fee...

I am so disappointed by your services because first, of all you did not even bother to write the email when the business closed to explain to the customs what to expect. Second, we have not been using the the gym for over 3 months now, and every month you remove monthly fee and yesterday you remove annual fee...what in the world is this? if your business is closed, we are also straggling to met every month bills for the things we need most or cannot do without. I do not see the reason why I you should be cutting annual fee at this this time. I would like to close this account immediately i cannot afford continue paying this kind of money.

Good gym. Excellent mgt. Spin on Mondays on wed is cool but the music tends to get stale. The Tuesday class is about as cuddly as a chainsaw. Sharon rocks that class. All the instructors are great. They do close without notice sometime which make no sense.

Gym is very unprofessional. Trainers are out of shape and have no clue as to how to properly train people. They perform housekeeping duties (mopping) in the same area you’re working out. They dictate what you can and can’t wear. Not allowed to jump rope. Dictate what kind water bottles from which you drink. The facility closes without notice to its customers. I left Planet Fitness to join this gym. Big Mistake!

The location is convenient. The people at the front desk usually greet with a smile. Always clean. I think when new members come they should be given a tour of the gym. They should also be told about the benefits of their membership. Yes we could ask, but it’s still something that should be done. There are a million treadmills, ellipticals, arm machines, leg machines, weight benches, and ONE ab machine. Lastly there should be more cleaning stations for people to wipe the equipment off

It’s a great environment. And the managers there are super nice. I’d like to specifically recognize one manager in particular. I believe his name is nick. He is very nice and anytime I need help or have questions about my workout, he is also so helpful. The youfit in Randallstown is one of the best. Their is also a manager their named Larry, he is very nice and comical.

I like the atmosphere at this facility and the equipment feels better. I get a great pump and staff are helpful. They greet you when you come in the doors and thank you 4 stopping into the facility. The big thing is its close to where I need to be.

$10-$20 a month. Great value gym. They have lots of cardio equipment, weight lifting equipment and free weights. They also have a sauna. No pool or no hot tub

Personal training program sucks! I had different personal trainer every session, when its not cancelled. And when there isnt any personal trainer available, it take about a month to find someone to fix my schedule. I lost more than 20 training sessions because of this. Personal training program is the worst!!! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS PROGRAM. I cant reiterate how awful it is. WORST!!!! JUST STICK TO THE CLASSES, THOSE WILL BE WORTH YOUR TIME.

Terrible customer service. Their membership canceling process is a joke . You can only come in person to cancel it. I had to come in after 1 month of training to cancel my membership and have been waiting to be helped for over an hour. Its currently 747 PM and I just want to see my kids before I leave for a 10 month deployment starting tomorrow afternoon. I told the lady my situation and her response was I promise Ill get to you by tomorrow. Never again will I come to this place.

They never clean locker rooms no matter morning or night. they have 4-5 people cleaning gym floor when locker room smells like urine, trash on floor, and ants all in sauna. have new GM supposedly but have yet to see anything change. this guy also train. gm should focus only on gym operation. very disappointed. left one dirty gym for another. went to another location in Miami and it was spotless.

I need to do better. They dont really know how to service mature members. It is a bit clanish and the groupie members are often rude. Parking is only good early in the morning. Buffet Restaurant next door. The gym has potential if they would hire adults to train,mentor and be examples for the mod squad. Usually some equipment is out of order.

I like this NEW (You Fit) gym for a few reasons not the least of which is the fact that its convenient to where I live! It was formerly a grungy Energy Fitness. You Fits purple & green color scheme is soothing, the personnel high caliber and all the equipment shiny and new. Theres no more floor clutter (--everything is in its place and theres a place for everything). And, while I dont smell pine sol when I enter the place, it appears to be pretty clean.I have only one small suggestion. Please hire a cleaning lady for the womens locker room!!! Its a bit unnerving to have a cleaning man lingering just outside the entrance when you need to use the loo or even take a shower. Some women are just old fashioned in this regard. Privacy please!!!

Youfit Health Clubs is a great place to work your body without a problem. The employees are gentle, attentive, nice and helpful.

Subpar equipment, trainers are out of shape and dont know what they are doing. For the price and distance from me its OK.

I am a forner member of the Mount Clair Location. Let me start my saying the staff at this location was A1, always helpful, friendly and willing to answer workout question...questions about the machines..etc so my issues are not with the staff. My issues began when the corporate office changed the club hours and re-located the entire training staff to other locations. Corporate made the hours so restrictive that many clients were forced to cancel their memberships because you could only workout from 10 am to 5 or 6 pm on most weekdays. Sat/Sun hours were changed to 10 am to 3 pm and even the staff were not happy as this cut their work (pay) hours. I contacted Corporate (through the gym club Manager) inquiring as to why the change was necessary and was bluntly told in an email response (which I still have) that the decision was made based on their corporate needs (NOT) the clients needs and if I was unhappy then they would cancel my membership. I stayed because the location was 5 minutes from the downtown are that I live in and because I am was told in that same email that the location was NOT CLOSING. Then, on Saturday, Dec 22, 2018 I went for my workout only to find that the Mount Claire location had been closed!! Mind you, I had just been to workout at this gym 3 days prior and the club was in business...fully staffed and all! Youfit...without any notice to their clients, had closed the location! When I got there on Dec 22nd, Corporate was removing the equipment and the representative from Corporate who did not identify himself told me, and I quote: “This location is now closed, all contracts have been cancelled and you will receive a refund.” It is now, Jan 7, 2019 and I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted the two remainig clubs in my area to find out when I could expect my refund, and have been given the run around!! I will NEVER use Youfit gym clubs again, and I certainly do not recomment Youfit to anyone!!!

I thought about joining this week but after my experience today, I am now very apprehensive about it. I went to the gym around 4:09pm today and I told the young gentleman that I wanted to pay for the day. He tells me that its $10. I said ok. I had my headphones on but he said something else. He walks away but then turns around and asked me if I am good and I said yes, I just want to pay for the day. He says its $10 dollars. I said ok, I want to pay. From a distance, he says ok, you can just give the money to me and you can just go work out, that is what I was saying. He walks closer to me and I told him that I dont have cash but I am paying with a card. He says oh, as if he was surprised or disappointed. At this point I was irritated because he kept leaving the desk and talking to me from afar. I said, thats ok. Thank you. It was a very weird interaction and what I took from it is that he was going to take my $10 and pocket it. I dont want to assume that but what else could I gather from it. When I said that I didnt have cash, he says oh but paused for a second. Not once did he say, its fine, let me go ahead and take care of the transaction for you. Plus, he seemed more interested in the fitness floor antics than a potential member. I dont want to join a gym with dishonest employees. I really want to give it another go because this gym is walking distance, but I am going to pass. I will go and seek out other health facilities.

YouFit isnt and wont be able to have my membership ever again. The Operational Manager plus the General Manager arent doing anything good for the club, therefore, making all of these rules to the point that it makes others (such as myself) uncomfortable. The second thing, they ALWAYS have the AIR CONDITIONER running even during the WINTER TIME. Many members/clients continue to ask the question, why are they still running the air conditioner during the WINTER TIME? The only REAL LEADERSHIP at YouFit Health Clubs LLC in Randallstown, MD is Larry and nothing more. The current staff @ YouFit continue to have conversations about theres no leadership from the General Manager (Ian) and Operational Manager (Nick) whatsoever. Between these two, they continue to do individuals wrong (staff & members/clients).

Gym a little run down. But the trainers and front staff make up for it. Little intimidating for a first timer because its a open space. The excerise room is open for all that walk by to see. But I love the classes they offer

Today This Lightskin guy wit the braids made me go ALL THE WAY home to get my ID. I believe this is poor customers service.I was told I couldn’t jump rope.DONT GO TO THIS GYM.I’d rather go to Planet Fitness

I used to belong to YouFit on Pratt Street for about 8 months then they just up and left on a Sunday without telling anyone like the Colts did I think there are shitholes

Moved away, and called several times about cancelling my membership. I am no longer under a contract from the previous gym they bought, and have now been considered a month-to-month member. You cant cancel online or on the phone, and you have to come in person or snail mail a signature saying you no longer want your money taken away. I even came in person at one point before moving, but because the gym was so new at the time, they had no paperwork for me to fill out, nor did they give me a solution other than to come back another day.

Need more cleaning supplies on hand for members.. like paper towels, working spray bottles, etc. Also, need to have better upkeep on machines when they start to get wear and tear (e.i. rips in cushioning and things of that sort).

The facility and the atmosphere I grade a 4 out of 5 but their management and service score a one Ive been a member of this gym for over a year and a half I havent been inside the gym for about six to seven months I misplaced my tag to get inside the club and I asked for another one to replace it they informed me in order for me to get another keychain pass I would have to pay $2.50 for another one informed them that I havent been there for about 6 or 7 months and I pay $20 a month in membership fees its something that occurs from time to time and I should be just replaced with one and shouldnt have to pay the $2.50 being that I pay about $275 in membership charges a year So I asked for the manager very kindly his name was Kyle I asked him for a waiver on the $2.50 he told me you got to pay the $2.50 for the keychain card I informed them that I pay about $20 monthly and $35 an annual fees this is the first time this has happened and I should be waived he said no so I cancelled my membership he charge me $10 for canceling my membership then he said youll cancel your membership and pay $10 then just to pay $2.50 and I informed them I pay you guys $275 a year so if I lose my keychain one time you cant give me a keychain pass free for the first time that Ive been in your establishment for over a year you going to charge me $2.50 . You damn right Im going to cancel my membership I can save that $275 you would have still had a member if you would have just gave me the key chain but Im sure Im not the only one that had problems with this guy or this management so for Youfit to know when you start seeing your membership Decline and you losing $275 per person whos cancelling on an annual basis go see Kyle. And ask him why you losing customers.

Energy Fitness Randallstown Gym does not have state-of-the-art equipment. No one is ever around to assist you. The gym personnel are too busy working out, on their cell phones to pay attention to the gym members. I’ve signed up for a 3 years contract and cancelled in the summer. They continued to take money out of my account even an additional $5 because they said I canceled too soon. I went in the office and personally stated “I do not want to renew my contract when it ends”. The gym associate stated that she would take care of it. When I was charged erroneously, I called and told them my story, they said you have to cancel 30 days BEFORE your contract ends. I stated “Well, why wasn’t I told this when I came in to cancel”. ENERGY FITNESS HAVE SNEAKY AND UNETHICAL CONTRACT LOOP HOLES THAT WILL COST YOU MONEY ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBER THEY WILL KEEP ON DEDUCTING AFTER YOUR CONTRACT HAS ENDED…..DONT’ JOIN THIS GYM !

Currently here at 9am and 2 treadmills are still broken and its been over a week! Also one of the stairmasters have been broken for almost a month! Its 9am and the paper towels arent refilled and theres only one staff member here! I wish I wouldve stayed at planet fitness!
