He even provided me with a courtesy car to be able to go to my appointments. Service is NOT his department yet he did not refuse to assist me. This is authentic customer service. I had a negative experience at this dealership with dishonest sales tactics while trying to buy a used F-type.What happened: We agreed on the price of the car, the delivery was coordinated, and just as we were finalizing financing they tried to pull a higher interest rate on me despite my 800+ credit score and high income ($200k+). I knew I qualified for the 0.9% and 1.9% Jaguar promotional interest rates but dealers get paid a profit for getting customers to agree to a higher interest rate (Google finance reserve or dealer reserve) so they tried to convince me the higher rate was the best rate I could qualify for and that they get nothing from offering a higher interest rate.When I hinted I was going to walk away from the deal, I got a call from the sales manager that the 0.9% and 1.9% interest rates magically reappeared. As someone who was trying to coordinate buying a luxury sports car sight unseen to be shipped to Northern California, this made me question the integrity of the dealership, it made me feel very uneasy, and I ended up cancelling the deal.Im a very easy customer: to-the-point, serious on purchasing, and willing to let dealers make a profit as long as theyre transparent with their methods.Ultimately, its not about the extra $40-$50 per month in the monthly payment they tried to squeeze from me which I could easily afford-- its about integrity-- and the last minute stunt was a huge stumble at the finish line of what couldve been an easy sale for Jaguar Rancho Mirage.The result: I have 2 hard credit inquiries on my credit report that negatively affect my credit score and no car to show for it.I do not recommend this dealership.
I appreciated the fact that they gave me a loaner vehicle. I WANTED to purchase THE loaner VEHICLE AND THE USED CAR MANAGER ALONG WITH SALES PERSON GORDON GAVE ME ONE PRICE WHICH INCLUDED TAX; TITLE & LICENSE. SO I WENT TO GET THE CASH TO PAY FOR THE VEHICLE AND THEN THE USED CAR MANAGER AND SALESPERSON DECIDED TO RAISE THAT AMOUNT AFTER THEY ALREADY AGREED TO AN AMOUT ; so i get the cash and Salesperson Gordon along with the used car manager decided to raise the price of the vehicle by ABOVE THE AMOUNT THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY GAVE ME TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE which included tax,, title,, and license to an amount above what they had already agr÷d to sell me the vehicle for... AT THE LAST MINUTE after we agreed to the prise; Jaguar of Rancho Mirage sales manager and salesman Gordon raised the vehicle price...after they already gave me the vehicle price w/o adding options!

Chad helped me with an unusual problem with my car. They ran the update software seemed like forever with the pandemic and masks coming but it finally took. they were good enough to give me a loaner car while it was in the shop getting a new gps antenna.
