Great folks here!!! Needed the roof replaced due to storm damage. I called other places and they couldn’t even look at it for 3-4 months. I talked to Pete, he was super helpful, even explained the current repair situation, but was still able to schedule an inspection and estimate within 2 weeks. Then Richard worked (fought) with the insurance company for me. Once everything was settled, we scheduled the repair. The work was great and completed promptly. Super helpful and friendly people here. I will trust them with any repair and highly recommend.

This is simply the best RV repair place period. Ive dealt with many dealerships and independent shops, and none of them have provided the level of Customer Service and Satisfaction as Inland Valley RV. I needed a quick repair on my 2021 Mercedes Sprinter built by Midwest Automotive for the power Captains Chairs Footrests, and they were able to accommodate me immediately and fix the issue correctly (it turned out to be an electrical issue and not a bad electrical motor as we first perceived). Pete and Richard were really pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this shop as a much better alternative to all RV Dealers. I will only be coming here from now on.

Pete and the whole team went above and beyond providing great customer service. Also were able to answer all my rookie RVing questions. They installed a brand new awning & replaced a few other minor things on my RV. Will recommend to everyone I know with RV, toyhauler or camper.

Walked in, one lady was on the phone so i looked around, found an item, wanted to ask a ? but the lady was still in the phone, stood there a few minutes and she would not look my way or get off the phone. So i left without buying a thing. If your smart you wont waste you time visiting this store. Never will i visit for any reason.

Spoke to a man on the phone about a part he said he had in stock told him I was on my way I sent my wife to pick it up when she got there the man stated we had to pay for shipping because it was a part that someone ordered and didn’t pick up and that he had spoke to me about that on the phone when he never spoke to me about anything like that so my wife paid the 15 dollar shipping I don’t mind paying it but don’t lie and say you spoke to me on the phone about it when you didn’t so just makes me think this is not an honest buisness I want to shop at just giving other people a heads up be careful

We came here first based on yelp reviews and we were not disappointed. thank you Jonathan and crew for doing a great job on our Winnebago roof repairs. We are going to schedule some paint repair etc. in the future. everything was fantastic just like the other reviews said! our RV was safe there and was finished within two days or less. thank you again and we will be back plus recommend Your business to all of our RV friends

We have always had wonderful service. The employees are friendly and willing to help. Two years ago we had a the roof done on the RV come out nice. Today we replaced two vents on top and add the covers over them. I will be returning to have other things fone to my RV.

Amazing Service in a Pinch. We called 3 other places that sold/serviced Pleasureway to help with a possible LP leak. They all said they wouldn’t help unless we purchased the RV from them. Happily, we found Inland and the people were incredibly helpful. They took us in right away and found/fixed the leak. Highly recommended and thanks to the kind staff.

I purchased some stuff for a 1970s camper project. I had no idea what I got myself into but the staff was very helpful and patient with me in answering all of my questions. They guided me to the appropriate supplies and looked at photos of the camper to make suggestions. I didn’t get any work done, I only purchased supplies but I never once felt pressured and would trust coming here for work if I couldn’t figure it out.

700 miles from home and had a minor hitch emergency. Waited on their doorstep to open and they took care of me ASAP in less than 20 minutes. Thanks for amazing service.

While traveling on vacation my awning was damaged by wind so bad I had to take it off. I called several places with no luck that could see me in just a couple days. They got me in that day and got my awning installed by the next morning. They also fixed some electrical issues I was having. Nice selection of parts in their store for the RV. Staff was friendly and they called me multiple times while they were working on it with updates and questions.

This place is smaller than most RV service centers but they are very professional, organized and helpful. They were able to service (repair), my leaky roof on my fifth wheel within a couple of days. Since it was due to rain again within a few days, my wife and I were very happy with there service. We will return in the future if there services are needed.

They did a great job, clean, explained everything they did and answered my questions about the work they did.

We always comfortable with having work done there! John is always patient and keeps us very informed on whats being done and when we can take it back home again.

Seemed like there inventory was small they was nice but seemed kinda busy with more important customers even though was there for a minute. Asked about a vent window the man didnt have it but gave us some good leads and even took our number and called us a week later even though he said he would call us that same day with the info that they finally had a vent window nice place but we will stick to camping world

Honest and fair with excellent customer service and support. Supplies and equipment are priced conservatively and the staff is usually very knowledgeable. Ive used Inland Valley RV for most of my repair, service and maintenance needs on my Carriage Cameo 5th Wheel trailer for the past 16 years.

I purchase all my RV products from this location.. More recently, I utilized their repair services - my toy hauler came back looking like new! It was amazing how they fixed the fiberglass and the trim! I was so impressed, I referred the owner of the 5th wheel that hit my hauler. Great customer service and great people.

I will ALWAYS bring my RV here for repairs. They worked with our insurance company and arranged for more cost share than I thought possible. These guys were cost-conscious and made some repairs that were on the house. Such as adding a couple screws to our door handle, greasing the door step and others.

They offered me suggestions and help in a very friendly way. They had the parts I needed to do my own repair and great advice on how to get it done. Fun place to see accessories as well. Great place will return!

Richard was a great help with the repairs and filing for the insurance claim. Got in fast and we were very happy with the results.

I had a fridge issue (out of warranty of course) and after some research came across Inland Valley RV. After reading the reviews I called and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I arrived when they opened at 8am and was meet by Jonathan. We went over what was wrong. While I was there I had him add wheel bearing repack & brake check, AC service, water heater service and roof inspection. They were able to complete all the repairs and service in one day and I picked up the rig at 5 pm. Their prices are inline and somewhat cheaper than I was quoted at the dealer. Inland Valley RV is now my go to RV service center.

The team is very knowledgable and friendly. I had a real tough problem with a part no longer made and they were able to fix it.

Friendly and Courteous Customer Service. It makes me want to Work There! They gave me some great advice for my trailer swaying problem… I had two veteran trailer pros who took the time to narrow down the problem for me, and then the service technicians walks in and gave me some great ideas as well. .. All for Free!! .. Several weeks later, I called them to see if they had the part in, and this nice lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Looks like over here you’ll find some real nice people here who have great customer service skills that’s hard to find nowadays, it reminds of a genuine good old fashioned handshake while doing business.

Ive taken my RV to Inland RV a number of times and I always find them friendly, fairly priced and most importantly they do the work right and on time

Its a rather small place that seems to cater towards locals. Prices for parts are very high. Asked to borrow a ladder... Replied . For 135.00 an hr.... Really? A paying customer needed a ladder to get on top of their trailer they want to charge you for a new ladder? I will say the shop for them to work on your unit is big and clean. Im sure they know what theyre doing but seems very unwilling to help customers the are just passing through.. we ended up 30-40 min north up I15 to a nicer bigger store to finish spending our money...

Service / repairs were made in the time promised at the price quoted. Last-minute service request was even worked in within the time promised. The service team was professional in their interactions with us.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We called them first thing in the morning for an emergency repair to the power cable on our trailer. Not only did they squeeze us into their schedule for the repair, they were also very friendly and very helpful. They fixed our trailer, but they also tested the connector on our van and discovered that we also had a blown fuse which they replaced for us as well. I will take my trailer back to them again anytime that I need service in the area.

Called for a hitch installation and was spoken to in a very rude, stupid and unprofessional manner. Like anybody else who needs to install a hitch you would do your research and I did and bought one online that was from a big name hitch manufacturer and all I needed was an installer. Is that too much to ask a company that says that they sell and install hitches? Found a shop that WILL install my hitch and they where 100% helpful. NOT THIS SHOP!!!

Was a bit disappointed. Went yesterday at 2 and the sign said they closed at 3. No one around and it was locked up

I have used Inland Valley RV many times for many many years - since they opened in their former location on Etiwanda Ave and it has always been a pleasure to do business with them.Pete has always gone out of his way to help me whether I am in the store or on the road. I called him one time from a place far, far away - way up in the Sierras, when my refer broke down and he helped me by guiding me step by step over the phone to troubleshoot and fix it myself. I thought my trip was going to take a detour, but he saved the day.

We took our RV to Inland Valley RV. And even though they could not fix the slide out the owner Pete reimbursed our $125.00 they charge for the diagnosis. Pete and his wife and Secretary were very nice and the discussion on the phone was fair.
