Hilo looked for weeks for a missing part for my vehicle and when they couldnt find the part - they returned my vehicle at no cost, even though they ran hours of diagnostics. Honesty deserves 5 stars in this industry.

Came and got my battery replaced here really good prices in comparison to most places, definitely on the smaller end but it has some really good people there, they went and picked up my battery since they didnt have it there but overall it was a good experience, 10 out of 10 would go again
