I called looking for overfenders they produce to see what the ETA was as I was on a tight schedule to finish a build in time for an upcoming race. The employee said they actually have a set in stock and that if I placed my order online they would have them out by the end of the week. I let him know of my time table and that would be great. This was a Tuesday. A week later with no tracking info I call with no answer and left a voicemail. Sent an email no answer. Called hours later and was then told it was being processed and they will be getting it out at some point. I requested to cancel the order at this point as now we would not make the deadline needed. I was then emailed by Ken and explained the situation. I was then told he didnt need demanding customers or any more orders frankly at this time. His employee over promised and they under delivered. I would NOT recommend them purely on poor customer service. *update* i got an email back which is unacceptable from a company in my opinion.

I order a front and rear bumper from them for my s13. Quality is fantastic and they are very responsive to emails, always answered about wait times. The parts are flexible fit well. Have noticed no sag.If parts are not in stock you may have to wait, but its worth it.

Picked up a part for my rx7 fd recently here. Patrick was a great help and knowledgeable about the product, also welcoming me back with any questions I may have. Quality of my carbon lip was really good, no flaws and structurally impressive. Planning on coming back!

Not helpful in acquiring parts for their products. Good quality but good luck if you dont have every piece or need a replacement.
