Good service, great price. The employee that checked me in and set me up with a unit was helpful and patient with me. As I did not know what size storage I would be needing when I went in. Had no problem showing me the units before I decided. Great attitude and personality. Thank you for all your help. I hope not to need this for long but I know my stuff is safe a secure while it is there. Side note; 5 stars down to 1, Random harassment buy the owners if you are not in/out by their exact times. After 1 time of being late to leave. Constantly rude and disrespectful repeatedly, no matter how nice I tried to be. Great place, IF you can stay away/never have to talk to the owners.

This place is run by Argus Management Company which we have called the CEO to every regional director about Anita in the front office over charging and not allowing us a full refund even thou we werent allowed to put our stuff in until the following day. She said they were closed. But she expected us to call the day of to request a refund??? She didnt charge us the half off price as disgusted and played dumb. I will keep calling every person, every day. Make calls and put names down on every social media account there is about this place until resolved. When a person loses his job and is trying to save money and it happens all of a sudden and the same day....you accommodate them! Our stuff wasnt even in the storage room yet! And we were overcharged! This place is ruthless and I wont stop even if that means fI call and complain on every site for the whole month...and I have have others who will call too....you dont ruin peoples lives you help them!!!! And you at least call them back and you explain why you are stealing their money!!!!

The managers were helpful in making contacts with me as I moved from Oregon. They let us park a U-Haul when we came in the middle of the night to an arranged place. Gave me a great move-in discount. The property is always clean and there were even some cookies shared w me today! My heartfelt thanks to the managers for their help in making this move easier on an old senior lady!My late husband used this place many years ago and it still looks like new. I feel safe going there. Feel good about saving/storing the remnants of my life there.

This place has great customer service, its clean, and has a range of sizes. Their prices are competitive and its at an accessible location. Its secure, and they have access restricted to 7a to 7p
