Any other storage unit would allow you to leave the gate from the inside, not true with this location. You try to leave one minute past the closing hour and you’re trapped inside.

The people working here were fantastic. Easy to talk to, work with and very knowledgeable. Even when cancelling my storage unit they handled it just like I was signing up. I would def recommend.

We rented a 5x10 unit. We only had one issue in the beginning and one complaint.First, the person who used the unit before us left a vehicle engine block in front of our newly rented unit. They told us they would havenit removed when we brought it up. The following months my husband got messages telling us to move the engine block or face consequences. We obviously were angry at the lack of communication on their part. We told them at least 3 times before they stopped calling.Second, storage unit prices always go up! You move into a 10x10 unit for $110 and by the next year youre at almost $175.Other than the random homeless person or druggie, its pretty quite. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS ON THE SITE SO INSURE ALL ITEMS!

Location was perfect, close to work and all other places I frequented so if I needed to access my stuff, its within my route for the day. I also like the early start and late close in accessing my stuff.

Andrew was very helpful in explaining to me what my rental rates are and hours of operation. Helped me through the set up process and e-doc sign process was an easy process and did not have to go to the sight since we are at a “stay at home” order.Thanks for making this so easy!!

The manager, Andrew, was pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to facilitate our needs during a very harrowing, trying time. My nephew had a heart transplant and he made it easy to decide on a unit big enough to fit my nephews belonging. Then when my nephew was able to walk in, Andrew and his bride made the transition from my name to his, seamless. They both knew their business and did it with a smile. Thank you.

Not safe, hours are limiting, shady characters storing their goods. At least if you get locked in they can give you code to open gate.

Place is infested with mice and rats. Most of the doors have the bottom rusted off giving easy access for rodents. When mentioned it to we where told they haven’t had any other complaints.

I checked out several storage facilities before coming here and was horrified at the service, cleanliness and lack of safety. When I came here I was shocked in a good way at how high their standards are. The owners run a very tight ship which I love. But, they were also very flexible with me when my move out date kept shifting. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

First off this facility (541 Harbor Blvd. West Sacramento, CA 95691) Is in a perfect location. Very clean units in this facility and very good grounds keeping. Wonderfully bright and very helpful staff. RebeccaManager is fabulous at what she does and I can see why she is in charge. Wonderful prices and super friendly helpful staff what more could you ask for. Keep doing a fabulous guys and thank you CubeSmart. Will definitely store again in the future.

I have had a unit with CubeSmart for a few months now. They were very friendly, helpful, and very thorough when we signed up for our rental. They offer a truck to use when you sign up, which was a great help. They have always been ready and able to answer any questions I have had.

I have just moved from Superior storage on Sunrise blvd. To Cube storage. The reason for the move was due to the management at Superior harassing me.He (chase) was horrible, over charged me, locked me in the facility with no way out (because it was funny), it was the worst ! But then i found Cube storage and when i went in the office i found the nicest employees there. They were cheerful, helpful, went out of their way to be everything Superior was not. They even set me up with a nice moving truck for FREE! Can you believe it? Then on my last load the guy i hired to help me took off and left me with a 16ft truck fully loaded. Im almost 60yrs old. I cant unpack a truck filled with stuff! But the management came to my rescue and helped me until every piece was off the truck. I LOVE you Cube storage AND your wonderful staff. Marn was very professional and helpful, grounds were well taken care of, she explained everything in full detail. You can tell she takes pride in her job. Little concerned about homeless in area, and hanging around storage area, Marn, assured me they are not a problem, and they dont live in the storage units. This was a issue at my last storage place.

Kimberly and Mario BOTH helped me A LOT. Even played middle man, went above and beyond in a situation I was trying to put behind me. I have no hesitation in suggesting this business to people I encounter daily. SATISFIED is an understatement.

Had a good experience reserving a unit online. I went in for a face-to-face greet the person working. He was just filling in while the regular staff were off for the day. Very nice gentleman I enjoyed working with him. I needed a unit ASAP and found out reserving online was the best way to get a discount. After a little wait the online reservation finally showed up and I got the online reservation discount. Hope you have a good experience there too.

Sooooo many cockroaches. We didnt have food or even anything smelly but we found cockroaches in every. Single. Box. Overpriced for a cockroach hotel.

I was in a bind, moving to Rancho Cordova CA . The apartment complex we moved to, had a very small space. I Googled storage places in my area, and found a couple. I was looking for a small size storage place, also with a truck that you can use as part of renting the space. I went to four places in the area. First of all the prices were steep. They did not offer any type of moving special. Some had moving carts that you can use on the property . Some did not offer any type equipment at all.CubeSmart was my last stop . When I walked into the office . I meet Kimberly Bohannan General Manager. She had everything I needed. She took out the time showed me the storage units, and offered me a reasonable storage unit price. The correct size unit I needed . Even they have a truck you can use . Just have to schedule appointment, and pay $10 for the use. That was fair for me. The paperwork did not take long at all to fill out. She gave me all copies of everything that I signed. She was very pleasant with me during the whole transaction. I even scheduled to use a truck that day. Thank you so much for your help. This is the place to go if you looking for a good customer service, and a good fair price.

I have utilized self storagege many times over the years but this is the first time I have felt compelled to actually write a review. They are pretty much all the same. What makes this one stand out? Mario. He was warm and easy to talk to. He was helpful during the process, and suppied me with all the information I needed to make a good desicion. I have spent too much on a unit that was two big. And worse than that, rented one too small. And opted to rent a second unit and not have to transfer everything. Boy that cost me a bundle. So good customer service is what I needed. And just what I got!

I would not recommend at all they made a mistake on my account, then had the audacity to get mad at me. Horrible customer service they have changed management multiple times keep in mind before renting.

It was so easy unbelievably easy I called and reserved and arrived and paid and the process was so easy I dont know what else to say it was hassle-free not to mention I got the first month free and the second month rent was discounted by 15% it couldnt have come at a better time it seems like I was only in the office for 15 minutes and everything was done paid for storage bought a lock got to see where the storage was at and paid within 15 minutes unbelievable.

The staff seems to be helpful the problem is the amount of people that are living out of their storage every time I go there and open my doors random tweakers constantly walked by to check out what I have in my storage remember I was there late one night to find the Tweakers fighting over who can charge her phone and who cant charge your phone off the power grid after that I moved all my stuff out of there I dont recommend this place your stuff will definitely be stolen very limited cameras people walking in and out of the gate

Everytime i go there to pay my fee they are never available to do the payment so i end up having to pay online and pay their fee.
