A 45 minute wait to get through to Customer Service ! My wife and I have been coming to this store for years and never had a bad experience UNTIL TODAY. My wife entered the store to mail out a package. She was rudely informed by Joan (the employee who was working there (grey/white hair/late 50s/60s) that the package wasnt taped up and that it would cost my wife $2. Not a big deal price-wise but the attitude from the Joan was unacceptable. My wife indicated that last time she was in the store (less than 3 days ago) she had brought her tape with her and was informed by a different employee that she didnt need to do that and the gentleman taped the box for her, Joan replied he doesnt work here anymore. Joan then began to talk negatively to my wife in front of and to the other customer who was there about my wife and the package. Joan yelled and pointed to the door theres a sign on the door...because theres a sign on the door that justifies a verbal attack from Joan? My wife stated she would leave and get tape then. Joan then turned to another customer and stated she can do that but her box is just going to be sitting here open then. My wife went to our car and got the tape. I then followed her in. When my wife entered the store Joan was still complaining about my wife to an employee in the back. I heard Joan continue the negative conversation with my wife. I then interrupted and asked her if she would perhaps like to adjust her attitude and just offer an apology for being so negative. Joan motioned to my wife and said incredulously TO HER?!. I said Yes. Joan responded Not a chance!. I asked Joan again if she wanted to offer an apology before we reported her to the Corporate office and wrote a negative review. Joan didnt care. We asked for Joans name, who knows if thats the correct name. Joan then continued to talk negatively about my wife to the other employee who was sitting in the backroom. UPS let me ask you this why on a Monday afternoon do I need to go into a WARZONE of negativity with a disgruntled employee of yours when all were trying to do is mail a package? Why do I need to wait over 45 minutes to speak to someone on your customer service line to the point that I had to hang up? Does my wife, myself, or other customers need to be subjected to this kind of negativity when were trying to simply mail out a package? Ive never had a problem with UPS but this individual was completely unacceptable in the way she immediately attacked my wife and negatively represented UPS. Negative energy begets a negative response.

I was verbally abused, my package was thrown on the floor and the same grey haired woman created a nightmare for me yesterday. She demanded we buy tape, said she could not scan my packages, another customer paid to use the computer and offered his paid time to me to reprint my labels. This grey haired older woman tried to charge me again and was so rude and obnoxious. I told her the man paid for the computer time and gave me his time. My husband tried to pay her and she started acting insane. Verbally abusing us, threw my package on the floor, refused to give me her name or her managers name. She then said I’m Jodi. She seems to be mentally ill and if so I feel sorry for her but she does not belong in that job capacity. Abusing customers and probably pocketing the money she demands. I’m sure you have cameras there. UPS please investigate this employee. My lawyer will hear about this as all the reviews at this store are true. Her employee number is 122065. She told the kind gentleman who tried to help me and the UPS driver Jose not to help me. Unbelievable !!!!! The one star was just to post the review. It should be 0. Awful and inappropriate behavior. She may throw my packages away, I don’t trust this woman. Please do something. Thank you.

I have always been happy with this location until today. I tried to do an Amazon return and the rep refused to take it but couldnt tell me what was wrong. They have taken packages like this before. Poor customer service this time.

It was my favorite store for years... Until my recent experience. Store worker throwed obscenities into the back of the customers after they just left, she rushes between customers, forgets to give your receipt and radiates the hectic atmosphere around her.Avoid this place whenever you can and let them get out of business as soon as possible

I hope give ZERO star for my experience what I went there twice. 1st time was no one came up even I asked 5times, 2nd times today with Gray haired lady with super rude attitude. She shouldn’t be work as a customer services provider. I won’t go back this location again.

Probably one of the worst UPS stores in America. Always with a negative attitude, rarely a notary onsite, and now they have a scanner that does not work. They usually just defer you to the Mahwah store. I have an idea. DONT USE THEM AT ALL

Went here to send a package and the lady quoted me $42, I went to pay with cash and I gave her $60 and she gave me back $8 in change. I was like what happened to the $10? Shes like youre saying you gave me more? Im like yes $60 - $42 is $18, she tried to steal money from me, lucky I didnt call the police on her.

Very surprised that this location seems to have zero sanitization options for customers. Apple Pay is not an option here so I had to use the credit card terminal that is out and open for anyone to touch. No signs of cleaning products in the counter area to let me know that these terminals are wiped down or sprayed between uses. Seems like they don’t care much about the public health crisis that’s happening. Will not be going back there until they can make sanitization more of a priority.

Ive been going for over 6 years now. Its gotten much, much better since the new ownership.Top notch employees and service. Super prices and service. Clean store and reliable products, i.e. Mail box, shipping and copy services.You can depend on this Store! 5 Stars....
