PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: DO NOT DROP OFF AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE. GO TO THE FEDEX HUB ON S17.this location was perfect to me until today. I had a international package shipping out with FedEx today with everything ready( label, and commercial invoices attached in a clear bag)Well, the employee told me that I need to sign on the invoices which is not a big deal, I can sign right away. BUT, he said I need a copy called AIR WAYBILL and refused my package. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AIR WAYBILL AKA SHIPPING LABEL. I spent two hour on the phone with FedEx customer service, first lady, again unprofessional lady, did not know how to solve it, ended up with no solution for 2 hours. I called another customer service(OMG, this is very professional!) He told me as long as I had a valid label and invoices, my package should have no problem. He suggested me to try another location because this employee at Ramsey location is WRONG. After 2.5 hours, I went to the FedEx hub on S 17, they accepted my package right away. Apparently, I did everything correct, but wasted the whole morning because of this lack of knowledge employee.FedEx: Educate your employee first before putting them in front of customer!

Showed up at 5:35pm on a Saturday when they close at 6pm and the door was locked even though the lights were on and the open sign was lit

I went to Kinkos in Mahwah/Ramsey and despite having 3 people working and no one seemed busy, they couldnt be bothered to help with my small job. Conway at Minuteman Press, Ho-Ho-Kus, was awesome. He readily agreed to help me and did an expert job. Go to Minuteman if you need service at a fair price, and avoid Kinkos.

Ask for Harvey manager. He will make sure your work is completed properly.

Friendly and quick service, but expensive for special jobs. Was looking to do multiple sets of architectural drawing copies, they can do it and manager/employees were helpful and friendly, but cost was too hight, and no volume discount. Will look to make copies somewhere else.

I had a very poor experience at this FedEx location. I came to have 10 packages shipped out to 10 different locations. The manager of the store was the one who then told me I should have had these labeled at home, and that he did not have enough time to do this for me. I then asked if he could atleast do half of them for me, and he again said no he didn’t have time. Do not go to this location if you have to ship out a lot of packages. I then had to go 20 minutes away to the location on N Route 17 and they were delightful and SO willing to help me. Thank you to Camilo at the N Route 17 FedEx location for still giving me some hope in FedEx.

Printing system is a bit annoying. Staff member was helpful but very condescending. I would recommend the UPS store down the street. Much friendlier overall.

Fast and friendly. Theyre accurate and ask all of the relevant questions to ensure you package is properly taken care of.Calling sometimes falls through, but theyre understaffed so I personally understand. Despite that they provide great service.

I have been using this FedEx location for years. The service has always been good. I do a lot of printing. They communicate well by email. They remember my style from one time to the next so they can prepare what it is I want. The location always has parking, it is always clean and open, the staff is friendly. I have seen them balance multiple customers. They are friendly to everyone. And an added plus - there is a Starbucks next door.

Horrible place, horrific customer service: the experience..., I went there to pick up a package because I wasnt home. Before signing for the package the person working there refused for me to inspect my own package that I purchased and he verified my ID. He kept stating I cant let you do that. So I refused to sign for the package. I was able to spot damages on the box, who knows how this damage was done...I recommend not to do business with this branch !

I would recommend avoiding this FedEx location for a number of reasons.For starters, the wait to receive assistance is too long, and once you go to drop off your package for example, they try to convince you that your packaging is insufficient, and try to sell you their overpriced packaging service.Visit the FedEx location on RT. 17 S. in Mahwah - you will have a much better experience.

They dont answer the phone when you call (two days in a row). Stopped in and idiot employee couldnt help with a question about a box big enough for a bike. Said he would have his manager call me, but that never happened.

I went there today to print a color photo on a glossy paper to use in my passport renewal that i needed done urgently - i had it ready to go on a SD card. He said he doesnt handle legally sensitive documents. I explained that these were just photos and i dont understand how thats a legal liability for him. Then he said he wasnt able to print on glossy paper because his printers up front cant handle them; after some more back and forth, he admitted he CAN print them (using the printers behind the counter) but just wont do it. Told me he can sell me glossy paper and i can print it myself, and the Walgreens next door also does passport photos.I called the FedEx main customer service line and spoke with a customer relationship staff, inquiring about their policies regarding photos that can be used for passport renewals in their Print & Ship locations. What they told me is that this IS their policy - but basically what i found out was that there isnt a real legal issue, but they offer passport photo as a service ($15 for two pics) so they dont want people doing it themselves for a $1. The store owner could have been just upfront about this instead of giving me some legality BS and we both would have saved a lot of time and headache.Ended up going to a competitor (Staples - on 1300 N Rte 17 in Ramsey ) and they were able to print (and ship) without any problems - couldnt be nicer. They were actually closer to my home (i just didnt think of them), so i will be going there in the future instead.

Horrible customer service with an attitude. I walked in to drop off my package and this attendant name Harvey came and grab my package and without scanning right away he said he cant ship this item because it was not the original label. How come is going to be the original Harvey if that was emailed to me and need it to be print. If you cant work as a customer service find you self another job and stop your attitude. Harvie you should be let go for good.I went to mahwah and I did not have any problem. Harvey you are the worst and you should be let go. Thanks

Dont try calling there if you want to speak to a human. They never pick up the phone. Not great when you need customer service.

Theres a reason why this place is always busy, the staff is welcoming and helpful.

Horrible customer service with an attitude. I walked in with a fedex envelope and they told me i couldnt use and had to buy one of theirs. I questioned it and they said if I dont like it to go to the fedex office on Route 17. Waited for about 10 minutes as one women was on phone, one guy came out of the bathroom and one took inventory in the store.
