Excellent! The estimate process was so much easier than listening to a 2 hour sales pitch in person. I sent Steve some pictures of my windows and he quoted me a price by email. They were very affordable compared to other quotes I had gotten. After going to his office to see the windows in person I decided to order them. This was a great way to get windows replaced. Steve was helpful and knowledgeable. We just emailed each other until he came out to do the measurements. The installer came on time and was so careful of our home and my flowers while being friendly and giving us tips on cleaning and care.The windows are so clear I wondered when I first walked in the room if there was glass there. We studied a number of options for replacement windows before choosing Zen. Meeting and talking with Steve (owner) made the decision so clear. He provided us with both time and wisdom as we sorted through options. I never felt pressured - a relief after some of the other experiences we had. We decided on casement windows with installation completed this past week. Installation went quickly - all six windows replaced in one day while I was at work. Plus there was no clean-up for us. Window treatments returned to their respective places. No dust from their work. And the best part, the windows sparkled when they were done.

Needed to replace two original sliding glass doors at my 60s condo. Steve worked with me to determine the best options for each space. At installation time, his team arrived within the promised timeframe, were respectful of the property (and HOA rules), did a quality job and finished on time. The whole team was excellent and responsive. The day of our window installation there was going to be rain and we were sent frequent updates when the crew would be able to come out so that we could avoid the rain. 5 windows (and removal of the old windows) were completed the same day on our 3rd level! We wanted to break up our New Window project into phases so we could afford the cost and Steve was more than happy to provide this for us. So we had our windows replaced in two phases - one in 2019 and the second in 2020. Steve was always respectful and courteous when he came over. His crew did a great job, left no mess, and were respectful (especially during the 2020 phase while we were all at home). We had some issues on specific windows here and there and Steve ordered replacements (at no cost to us) and came over and swapped them out. We had windows put on our home a few months ago (we wanted to wait and see how they would hold up to the winter). These windows are top notch and didnt draft one bit. They have held up and are much better than the window we had put on previously.The professionalism that was show both at our in home visit and when they were installed by Eric was unprecedented. My wife Rachael and I were amazed at how much cheaper they were than three other quotes we got and without sacrificing quality. In fact the window that were installed were better than the other competition and at a significant less cost.The best part of the whole process was the honesty. We had received quotes from two other companies who stated we should replace our egress window. Steve told us that they are up-selling you and it isnt much much older when you purchased the house. Theyre just going to install a similar window and take your money. He could have told us the same thing the other did and made a profit but he didnt. True gentleman.Last but not least, the installation by Eric was done in a little over a day. Every thing was cleaned up perfectly and hauled off our old windows.We are glad we chose Zen. We replaced all the windows and a sliding door in our home last summer. Windows held up very well through the winter with very little condensation. I recently needed to replace my 2nd story windows due to them being very drafty. I have 2 girls under the age of 3 and didnt like that the upstairs got so cold. I did a lot of research and multiple sources eventually led me to Zen Windows and I really liked that they gave me a quote based on my information that I gave them.I had the pleasure of working with Steve, who was very informative and didnt push anything on me. He showed me my options and the pros and cons of those options. The pricing was very reasonable and the end result is amazing. We started the process in December 2019 and Steve put the order in once we decided to move forward with the install. After about 5 weeks Steve contacted me and let me know that the windows had arrived and helped me set up a date to get them installed. The installers were very respectful of my home and made sure to cover every area that they were working in. We now have beautiful warm windows and Steve came to inspect the work shortly after to make sure his employees did the job right. My wife and I were so happy with the results that we decided to do our main floor / basement windows as well in March of 2020.

We needed all of the windows replaced in our upstairs (8 windows). Steve and his employees did a phenomenal job! There were no sales pressures, and the original quote was able to be done online with just a few pictures and measurements sent to them. Zen windows just finished their first job for us replacing the windows on the upper floor of our house. I say first job because we will hire them again next year to replace the main floor windows. We were very happy with the windows, Steve, and his entire crew.I used a thermometer to measure the temperatures inside the windows. One old window on the main floor and one of the new windows upstairs in the same location. There was 22 degree difference!

They insisted on an hour and a half presentation then finally gave us an estimate. Every little item was extra. I thought I’d just give Steve Copsey (Zen Windows) a call and see what he had to say. Steve asked for a picture of the windows we wanted to replace then said he’d come out in a week to give us an estimate. He measured the windows, and gave us a price. No fuss no muss. When we agreed to go with Zen, The crew showed up on time. They were very respectful and neat and thorough. In fact I wanted them to install some blind clips so we could put up new blinds. They not only put up the clips, but hung the blinds for us. I offered the crew a tip for hanging the blinds, but they said it was no big deal, just part of the service. The Nirvana triple pane windows provide a noticeable reduction in outdoor noise. The installers were pleasant, professional and worked cleanly. Not a huge company, so I felt we were actually appreciated as a client. No long delay between our signing the contract and the beginning of installation. The work was completed in the time that was estimated. No complaints about our project.

Zen Windows delivered; by listening and providing me with clear answers to the whole process of replacing 8 windows. Steve made financing available through a lender (also easy to work with) offering no interest if paid off in 12 months (with an total cost reduction incentive for upfront payment). Good communication by both of these parties led to no surprises. The work was competently executed with no mess for me to deal with. The job took two days. The windows are easy to operate, clean and looking out through them is the only way I know its windy; the sound abatement is impressive. My experience was excellent. Yes, I would recommend Zen Windows as an honest business entity providing the product that was advertised.

Steve replaced three windows for us over two years ago and they have held up great! He is responsive from the initial consult to the quote to the install. We had a small defect with one that became apparent after install. Steve came right back out to determine the issue, ordered the replacement, and replaced promptly at no charge. We are about to hire again!

We contracted with Zen Windows to replace a french door with a bay window. All conversations were conducted directly with the owner making the process easy and efficient.The crew arrived punctually on the first day then proceeded to run ahead of schedule getting the window in place after the demo of the door. Steve, the owner, arrived and did a lot of detail work on the interior assisting the exterior crew. Again the crew arrived punctually on day 2 and completed the installation on time with great detail to the finish work. We allowed Zen Windows the right to complete the exterior work to contrast the new window with the existing siding and we are very pleased. They left the inside and outside area clean.The window quality proved itself throughout the hot summer days and the warranty is great. We will be working to replace the balance of the existing windows in the near future.
