I bought a pressure washer from this company on auction. It was listed as “Performance tested and rated”. After receiving the product, it was very obvious that it was not tested. The hose intake part is cracked and does not hold the water pressure. I tried contacting the company, who has very poor communication. They stated that this was tested “but things get bumped around in the warehouse so maybe it happened after we tested it.” I highly recommend staying away from this company. It is my fault that I trusted them when they listed the product as “tested and working”.

Absolutely do order anything or purchase anything Through this company. They claim things are tested and in new working condition then say “things get moved around in the warehouse” when they are not properly functioning upon receipt of the item. Unwilling to work with you on a solution. Horrible communication and very very poor customer service. Test their products before purchasing a thing from them, for yourself. Our mistake for not testing, but also our mistake for trusting them to sell something in like “new condition” when the item is completely broken and unworkable
