After receiving my order, I was very excited as the quality is great! However I made a mistake and ordered pastel instead of the rainbow watercolor.I second what somebody already wrote, the customer service has to be the absolute worst I’ve received. I wrote a very honest and thoughtful email, and I was met with a really inappropriate tone, as well as an extremely condescending associate. (Lori)Once on the phone, I had a horrible interaction with Lori, she chuckled at me speaking, after I was done speaking she said verbatim “ Okay, now I can speak.” I felt like I was dealing with an immature teenager.For that reason I will never order from this company again.Make sure you get what you want, because if you have to actual deal with customer service you will receive extremely poor service.

Love love love how this turned out for our nursery. Chose desert beige as body color to be more neutral and left off leaves and 3 owls since small space. Only took about 4 hours from start to finish, and was super easy. Turned out gorgeous! Really exceeded my expectations. Not to mention 2 day shipping.

Fantastic product! I bought the frames wallpaper and weve been gradually adding photos of our travels to the frames since we put it on the wall. Really easy to put up and to re-position if necessary, and because we move house every two years or so I REALLY appreciate that we can unpeel it and re-use it in our next home again! Also appreciated the labelling on the package so that there were not extra charges for shipping to Belgium. Ill be ordering other designs again very soon. Highly recommended!

Our decal not only arrived quicker but was very carefully packaged and a great deal of cate was taken for our decal our pens to arrive safely and without harm. Ive had loads of these - new one for every house. I use them for my shopping list and it works a treat. This one was perfect size for all family members to add whats important to them!

Decals were great, great on line shipping, but once you need to call or email for help, forget about it, i just want to call to order some more flowers that go with my decal and i can get a response.....
