Customer service is excellent, but the prices are not. The pricing doesnt match the website. Its 2021, pricing should be the same regardless of purchase location across a chain.

I visited the store today and had many questions about nail products. Raven was the employee who greeted me at the door, walked with me down the aisle to show me exactly where the item was, explained the differences between my options, and answered a whole bunch of questions I had. She proved to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was very friendly.

ALERT, ALERT, ALERTDo not buy any trimmers or buzzers from Sally, if they do not work they are not returnable. No one (At the cashier) tells you that at time of purchase, a small sign is up on a shelf NOT at eye level to see. They only take your money. Customer service is not willing to work with you either. I would highly recommend coming here for supplies and advice if you plan to dye your own hair. The employees are very knowledgable and happy to help you! My auburn hair turned out great and it cost me so much less to do it myself!

Any time ive come to this sallys, the staff are always helpful and most seem to have a background in hair. they make the experience super easy and give me loads of information on things like dye, bleaches, brands, damage, etc

Some people dont realize Beauty Supply has lint free and sponge Foams for cleaning delicate electronics and printers

The unprofessionalism at this place is unreal. I called ahead around 6:30pm to ask what time they closed one night and the person told me 8pm. Then I show up at around 7:15-7:20 and they were already closed. I was having a hair emergency that they caused after not giving me the correct amount of products and really need them to be open, especially since the next day was sunday and they would be closed. Then I decided I would go monday and again called ahead to make sure they were open. But guess what, they did not open for Veteran’s day. So now I have to wait till tuesday to hopefully tone my hair after bleaching it saturday.

Good service knew the products I needed

In our defense we have been having phone issues all the time including people calling and hanging up the phones take note our store hours did change and if you call anytime after 8 we arent at the store. We have a new staff as well.
