Reasonably clean & well stocked. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. GREAT prices & surprisingly quick checkout.

It was fine. I found what I needed. Only 1 problem the .99 Cent App did not work. Im stating to feel very frustrated with that. Ive signed in 4x, and it still is not working.

Generally you can find what you want here. It has been a little light on exciting things like DVDs, exercise stuff and some of the new products you can find at bigger stores. Things sellout quickly and dont immediately restock... If ever.

Smaller store as these stores go, but a good variety, well-stocked and clean. I stop every time I go by on my way to other shopping and always come out with several bags fullespecially good value on produce of you hit the right day

Have had multiple pleasant experiences here with one young man in particular named Aaron. He’s one of the greeters when you first walk up to the store but he’s always available to help with anything you need, be it finding things within the store, to helping take groceries out to your car, etc. I’ve had a few unpleasant experiences with rude employees here, but this young man goes above and beyond, always with a positive attitude, making mine and my family’s overall experiences at 99¢ a pleasant one. Huge shoutout to Mr. Aaron!

Produce is always good and prices too. Large parking lot and clean store.

99 cent store is my go-to store if I cant find that what I need there then Ill go to the regular store prices are a lot better than regular store

Great as usual. Awesome customer service and the store is clean and organized.

Lots of items priced well over 99 cents. They do warn you of that when entering, but about half the items I picked up were not labeled with a price sticker and had no shelf tag, so I assumed they were 99 cents. I had several nasty surprises at the check stand. This is certainly disingenuous, and borders on outright fraud. Avoid.UPDATE:6 months later, the giant sign outside still reads: 99¢ ONLY. Where is state or county consumer frauds bureau when you need them? We need some false advertising enforcement, ASAP.

Always a great place

Cheep items come at a price. The lines are long so make sure to grab a basket to hold your items with, because your going to stand in line several minutes. My last visit there was only one cashier and we all waited for a long time to get out of there. Another cashier did arrive, but it became very difficult to get checked out.

Only one line open is the norm in the am but I love this place and the employees are all very nice i have been coming for years and will continue to come

Today they had two lines open. Its a great place for bargains. I shop here alot.

Great deals friendly people

The staff is friendly. Store is a little on the small side so it can get crowded quickly. My husband and I started going there when the old managers were there. They were very friendly and helpful. Cashiers there are very polite.One thing lately for over a week Ive come in there to find a few things just to see that item still hasnt been restocked on the shelf yet like millet for my pet parakeet.

I went to a couple of stores yesterday and my last store was the 99cent store and I went to cashier 3 and melissa was the cashier she was nice and friendly and talkative it was nice compared to the other stores they dont talk to you anymore and she let me know there was toilet paper in stock the store was clean and nice thanks agien

My cousin once said, You can find almost anything you need at a 99 Cents Only Store! They certainly do have a lot of everything from basic medications, to toiletries, dishware, and even fresh produce!I do stop in quite often to buy produce. They often have nice fresh artisan lettuces, Persian cucumbers Etc and blackberries that my kids crave.The only reason why I take off a star is that on occasion is hard to find tomatoes in a state of ripeness, or I bring home a bag of apples only to find that it is without flavor.... or a bag of potatoes that is just a little off.Other than that, highly recommend.

I had a pleasant convo with a girl at the 99 i think her name was melissa around 10:30 every question i had she answered with a smile thank you 99 for having great customer service

Love the 99Cents store, lots of nice fresh veggies and fruit. A lot of times name brand items like salsa, mustard and lots of other things. Would definitely recommend the Ramona store.

I believe they should have more cashiers. 2 cashiers are not enough.

Lots of selection. Clean and everyone was nice... But the register froze twice and it took 5 minutes to reboot each time. Not their fault but one of the checkers said theyve been having problems with that register. They shouldnt use it until its fixed. It was super busy and the lines were long!! Wouldve been a 5...

Great store...hope they put a dent in Walmarts business. Im lucky to have one near me. Also they still have free plastic bags.

Theres a couple of minor things they can do to better themselves just a bit but wow! They have provided several meals/desserts for my friend (the cook) and me on numerous occasions and they are pretty awesome overall.

I could get a few things but no all I needed there.

I loved this place because if youve never been to Ramona before...this would be the biggest store in Ramona and almost everything costs 99€. Although some things are 1.99 2.99 etc.

Horrible customer service. A lot of the cashiers working at this location. Are rude and unprofessional. The selection of items are lacking. And the produce most of the month at this store. Is rotten or in the process of rotting. Yet they keep it out and still try to sell it. Dont waist your money.

Good 99c only store.

Good dollar store with a lot of grocery items.They have all the standard dollar store stuff, and do seasonal items for holidays.

Not sure if it the economy or the store itself, but about 30% of the merchandise here is over a dollar just about or over $2.00 besides that lines can be a bit long. Other than that you get your money’s worth :)

First off i want to start off by saying that i have been a customer here for almost a year and this is a true and honest review of my experience living in the ramona community and shopping here . I have never been so racially discriminated against in my whole life to the point that I was forced out of the store by 2 aggressive employees screaming racial slurs and following to my car after spending 100 dollars and always shop here almost everyday to the point where i know every single employee except for the new manager (racist. And sexist ) and cashier names erlynda i have never been cornered by so many people as a woman and generally worried about my life and safety . i will never shop here again and i will continue to contact corporate until i get so.e straight answers to why I would be verbally attacked and cornered at random by these employees and even the chashier made an effort to call someone she knew ( a grown man ) to randomly verbally assualt me and try to force me out odlf a store when I am quietly grabbing my groceries . I am so disgusted by this situation that I cant sleep or eat has truly lowered my self esteem and now i am forced to drive 18 miles out to another 99 so that I dont get attack by these specific. Employees .Mind you i am 52 small female and everyone knows me too be a very kind person i came to that store so frequently people always knew who i was when i came in and it felt safe and freindly .after the past 3 visit it has been Extremly traumatising and has made it extremly difficult to buy groceries in peace . If the owner ever get a chance to read this I want him to know that the employees that they chose to hire are very malicious people . im glad everything was on camera because there is always two sides to a story but the truth will always prevaile . SO dissapointed and truly hurt .
