The ability to search and save lists of frequently purchased items is a great feature and helps us track and keep purchasing costs down. We are also able to designate individual profiles for employees for additional tracking. Kennedy always has a great selection of products and very fast turnaround. We are even able to get items delivered the very next day! Their drivers and customer service reps are ALWAYS professional and courteous. One of the BEST customer service experiences ever! I was looking for a new executive chair and had no luck at all the big box stores. They have a very large selection of desk chairs and other furniture in their show room. They answered all my questions, let me take all the time I needed to decide and even provided me with a temporary loaner till my special color order came in! Very pleased with prices as well. I will do all my future office furniture shopping with Kennedy!
