Fairly clean location inside and out. Furniture section in the middle of the store. Someone asked if I needed help. Cashier was all right. She didnt seem to feel well as she was coughing from a drink perhaps. Shelves were stocked in most isles. Found what I came for. Would definitely visit this location again. Entry parking.

Great Big Lots location. Very friendly staff and really good deals. They have a nice collection of furniture, great home goods purchase center and are very conveniently located. I would recommend this Big Lots to one and all!

I picked up an order I made online here. So, yes, you can do that. There is no signage as to how to pick up your order. Took a guess, and went to the only register that was open (so had to stand in a checkout line anyway!). I told the cashier I was there for an order pickup, and she started grilling me about whether I was at the right store. After some back and forth, she went to a shelf, grabbed a bag with my order and handed it to me after ringing me out. Why did it need to be that difficult?

Nice store and Newly Remodeled too! I actually approve of this remodel because everything is so organized now!

Left part of my order at the register, got all the way home, and when I realized what I had done, called the store and they knew me right away and promised to hold my packages til I came the next day to get them. Terrific customer service!! Store is clean and well organized too. Love to shop there.

A guy helped my daughter and I load a box spring and platform. He was very friendly and concerned about our safety in transporting everything. I really appreciate his kindness and concern! The store was very neat and clean and organized. Definitely would visit this location again

I was ready to purchase four pieces of furniture, cash, at the advertised price and Big Lots management was not willing to honor their advertised price. The tags are misleading and do not reference original or regular price on their sales tags. I guess it was worth being right rather than making a customer happy. The tags clearly state save 20% off low ticketed prices. Once the ticket is inserted, that becomes the ticketed price.

One of my favorite stores for the variety and reasonable prices. The store often has merchandise that will not be restocked again. So child if you fancy a thing...buy it right then and there. Do not live with regret...seize the moment and the merchandise.

I got a new vacuum cleaner it works so well my carpet looks so good. It even has a level to go low to clean hardwood floors. $79 plus tax.

The store had a funny smell. Was not the best place to shop. I have been to other big lots, but this one was not top of the list.

I was able to find several products at a very fair price. Very satisfying to see how organized the store ia. Made it very easy to find what I was looking for. Pleasant staff, I will definitely be back, & do recommend for people to shop here.

The store was decent. Went in to check their Halloween selection but only found one side of an aisle with product on it but found a large section (1/5 of the store) already dedicated to Xmas. A bit disappointed.

Good selection. However, their sale signs are incredibly misleading and they give you attitude if you point that out. Ive had to put items back many times because of poor signage.

This was a very nice and peaceful place. The music was okay the store was very clean the shelves are stacked to the brim almost no room to move things around but it was clean. I didnt go to the restrooms so I dont know how they look or let alone smell other than that the cashier was very friendly and very polite and just as helpful. I would like to caution people about one thing when going into this store the door opens to the left and its a bit old it needs to be replaced but its just a door. I enjoyed myself the time that I was there God bless you all have a beautiful day Aman.

Quite a small selection, but whatever they do have is great in terms of build quality.

The clerk was nice and the store was clean. I see the did some changes to the store. Its less cluttered than before.

I’m trying to find an affordable smaller bed and I think this will be the place. Who knew? There furniture is afford and some very stylish pieces and name brand. A great in store credit plan also if you don’t want to do cash or traditional credit.

Big lots is safe as it gets

A lot of stuff; good shopping if you have time to browse around. Be careful, some prices are higher than regular stores. Look for the twice per year 20% off everything friends & family sale.

Most of the items do not have the prices marked or clearly marked. The cashier was very friendly and gave me good customer service. I suggest they install one of those price checking machines throughout the store for customers.

As of today (01/05), this store has tons of Christmas left at 50% off. I would imagine in the next couple of days this will probably drop to 75%. So if youre still looking for Christmas this will be a good place to go

Gotten a lot nicer as a store layout

Bought an outdoor storage bin. Man brought to the front dropped it off and left. Didnt wait for me to check out so he could assist me with it. Just walked off. I had to drag it to my truck which I had pulled to the front, lift it from the ground and put it the truck myself. As a result strained muscle on my right backside and ended up in Wake Med ER later that evening.

Professional and fast. Eager to help when asked questions. Def will be back!

The store is ok in general. Decent customer service. But the stores setup is off putting. Its hard to explain. The store just has this outdated, yard sale feel to it. I really try not to go in there but when I do I never have problems with the service. Not yet anyway.
