The curbside pickup number does not work its like someone took the phone off the hook just so you cant get through to check in or if you have a question about your order. The employees coming out dont even ask who youre picking up for. I sat outside over 20 minutes before I could finally get one of their attention because theyre immediately on their phones after loading a customers order into their car and this is literally the worst walmart curbside I have been too.

Quick and fast in and out for all your essential needs just want to pick up some washing detergent and some household cleaning items

This store has been quite good to me. I come here once a week now and save on my big items and some small ones too. The staff is nice (but there is definitely not enough!). Anyone looking to save money and time needs to visit this store...this is a great location for me and its open when I need it.

I was wondering i had an delivery order at 12:07 pm to address. 3 dextrose 1 gallon coolant. My order was 40.03. I search the app for the delivery and receipt. Didnt have an tip option. I not mad i feel sad i couldnt tip the delivery driver.

They have the most unprofessional staff. They never answer their phones. It rings until someone picks up and hangs up. This happens repeatedly. Management is just as worse as the staff. Poor customer service all around.

Will definitely never come to this Walmart. It’s not even busy and I asked 4 people for a simple diagnostic tool. And they don’t want to help they just shrug and assume where it’s at. what happen to customer service

Though theres always lots of customers, it is well stocked and they had some unexpected deals today on the coffee isle. We checked out in the self-checkout area. The line moved swiftly. They have at least 2 employees assisting if anyone needs help with checking out and they manage the availability of open registers. Great experience.

Update. So 3 years later, I remembered why I gave this location a 3...they dont like to answer the phones! 35 minutes wasted on every extension...NO ONE wanted to pick up the phone. During the next gen console craze, they would silence the phones and sit down completely ignoring the rings...no much has changed as of 9/25/2021.

The store is always a big mess..I know the associates are constantly working but the customers seem to not care and trash the store anyway. Really sad because Walmart has always been a leader in offering a huge variety of products and excellent prices. What a shame the store suffers from such customers who dont care.

I thought coming to this location would be a quick visit but it wasnt. I needed spray paint and had to push the button for help. After pressing it twice, no one came so I found an alternative to what I needed and left. The selection of certain items is very limited in this store.

Just a typical everyday normal Walmart supercenter

Jose at the north entrance started my visit with a cheerful and friendly greeting, Sam Walton would be proud. Jose should be used as a training example for all employees, including and most importantly management. The deer in the headlights / dont bother me attitude doesnt work. As for the store, unorganized shelves that remind me of stores during a going out of business sale.

Some Walmarts just have an basement kind of vibe, this is one. Feels like youre in a tunnel, not an open and airy feeling in there. Its not dirty, or crowded, so Im not sure why it feels so cramped. Good selection. Typical WalMart clean, nothing horrible or immaculate. Easy in and out.

I love this one, self checkout makes it so easy and quick compared to many other locations.

Its a Walmart. You know why you came here. You need Ice Cream, A Car Battery, and some cream for that rash that wont go away and hell if you are gonna go to 3 different places to get them.

The employees are all very nice. But the temperature is at or above 76 degrees -way too uncomfortable when youre moving around. And they have a lot of problems keeping regular stuff stocked. Mens room is dirty, no tp in the only open stall.

I purchased baby formalur twice for my grandchild at this location and both times it was something wrong with it. First time it was expired, that was at the beginning of the year, I have not been to Walmart since Covid-19 and when I went in today and bought 3 cans they all were open. Please beware of buying your babys formula from this location its not safe, Ive never had this problem with Food Lion or Harris Teeter.

Walmart is always nice for shopping needs. This location had everything I was looking for. They need more lawn furniture pillow options however.

There are a few things today. Other than the grocery department being dirty and not well stocked; there were no employees at the deli or bakery counter. When we went to ask someone in a blue vest if they can send someone over she said she was on her break doing her own shopping. She was still wearing her vest. She could have at least suggested an option of what we could do. The customer service here is extremely lacking.

Staff needs to be trained with better customer service skills although they do their jobs theres nothing friendly about your staff at the store

This Walmart is new, large, and nice. They have a large selection of produce. The parking lot is clean and buggies are put up. The store is crowded most of the time. The pharmacy is new and they have good hours. The pharmacy does not close for lunch, I am personally grateful. The store overall is operated well. There is not much junk left in the wrong areas. This is the best run Walmart in Raleigh. The pick up area is on the left of the store. Gardening is on the right-hand side of the store. The people who work here are kind and helpful. I am looking forward to my next visit.

People sit around instead of doing their jobs here. Like instead of putting carts out and cleaning, especially in the middle of a pandemic, they just sit there on the handicap motorized scooters and sit on their phone. Too many things are locked in glass cases with no one able to open it, like basic razors or shaving cream. People at the door cant even stand let alone do their job correctly. Employees smoke right at the front entrance and create a moldy mound of used cigs. Just overall a pretty bad walmart.I will say that whoever does inventory for the store is on top of their game though. Its constantly stocked, not too much and not too little.

Parking lot filthy, no shopping carts in the store, carts all over the parking lot some with food trash in them; I had to retrieve and clean one for myself. Only a few checkout stations available, long lines at all stations, approx. 30min. to checkout.

Online pickup was faster than expected and easy too.

2.5 being average of 5 stars, this Wal Mart gets a 2 star.Was insanely crowded (not their fault) but they only had like 2 cashiers working and the self checkout was absolutely slammed.Every single shopping cart was awful. Some had wheels literally falling off the cart. Some squeaked so loud it was comical, yet painful. I cant imagine they are being properly sanitized either.Didnt see a single working walking around bothering to help anyone, not even in electronics. Only workers I saw were stocking shelves from massive pallets that were severely impeding traffic flow down the aisles. (Didnt they use to do re-stocking late at night??)Lastly, every single price check kiosk was removed, yet they didnt bother taking down the signs. So I walked over to 3 different labeled areas that said I could check the price of an item only to find a cable hanging from a pole with no scanner thingy.Prices were low, as is usual. Good selection of items as well, but they need to hire some more employees and leave the shelf stocking to after hours/late hours.

The store is always in pretty good shape and the employees are generally pleasant. I mostly do grocery pickup now. Ive have never had issues with early morning pickups, but trying to pickup at 5PM can be absolutely agonizing.

Customer service only has 1 employee working the counter which is unfair to customers who have a schedule to keep running errands on their lunch break. Management NEEDS to do ALOT better!!

This Walmart in Cameron is always great always friendly always exceptionally clean they go over and above to help you out however Walmart you need to send employees out to get your cards I was told to get my own and I understand the shelves are bare kind of hard to get anything at Walmart right now this is a great store

Clean store with an ample number of cash registers open usually but lately the store is not stocked well.

I like it, it doesn’t have an automotive counter so if you get a new battery you have to exchange the old one with customer service which is a pain. But I’ve done grocery pick up a few times and they’ve been really good about it. Going inside the store wasn’t bad either, hardly any time waiting to check out, if at all. Kinda bizarre for Walmart xD. Oh and it is kinda hidden by the apartment complex so it isn’t that busy in my opinion.

On a Sunday, I went to the optometrist to get 2 pair of glasses repaired. The lady was very nice and quick.

Every time I go there is only one register open and of course a huge line. Why they wont open another register up is beyond me, never fails, always just one .

My kids needed school supplies and I went to Walmart because I know that I didnt have to walk all the way to the back of the store to get what I needed. Scholl supplies were right in the front.We went at a busy time and stood in the self-checkout line but it moved super quick.

I have had numerous issues with pick up orders from Walmart. Today was no exception. The check in on the app was not working so I was not able to let the associate know I was parked in the pickup area for my order. I called the number listed on the sign and it went to voicemail. I called 3 different times waiting 5-10 min. between each call; no success. I called the main store number and pushed the number for pickup orders .... no answer. I called back and pushed the number to speak to an associate in the store .... no answer. I ended up having to go in the store to get help. Once inside they were not apologetic and I still had to wait again amost 10 minutes for them to bring out my order. This will be my last time ordering from Walmart ... or even shopping in walmart. There are lots of other shopping options out there.

I like going here when around the mall for quick in and out. It is also right off the highway 540 so I can quickly get there from the highway, and back on the highway to head home with ease.

One of the better Walmart stores Ive ever been to. The employees are extremely helpful and go out of their even in departments that are not theirs to answer any questions you have. On my 1st visit I needed a TV stand and an employee that I regrettably can not remember her name went out of her way to answer my questions or find someone who could. Unlike other stores Ive visited I have never had a bad experience at this store

Just like every other Walmart Ive ever been to and will ever go to. We all know how that goes. They got good prices and almost everything you can think of. Target definitely has a better atmosphere and vibe to it but Walmart has a some items at low prices that target doesnt even have in stock. Like the emergency survival kit I got from here is really cool in combination with the sawyer water purification nozzle. Also got a memory foam mattress topper here that has worked well for the last few months. They have really good athletic shorts too at all the Walmarts

The door greeter took the bag from my wifes hands because I refuse to show the receipt. Before you chastise me for choosing not to show my receipt it is not required for you to show your receipt to the door greeter upon exit it is merely a courtesy that you can choose to refuse. My reason for refusal is because we were profiled for wearing backpacks in the store we had ridden our bikes the 8000 Towne Drive Walmart location so the backpacks were necessary to carry our items that we purchased. As we made our way through the self-checkout I could feel the employees staring at us and I noticed that the door greeter seemed very interested so at that point I decided on a refusing to show my receipt because he literally took a couple steps forward from his post to watch us scan and pay for every single item which by the way was only candy and a 20 oz soda. So as we walked out the door my wife had the bag in her hand and I had the receipt when he asked for the receipt I simply said no have a nice day can he reach out and snatched the bag from my wifes hand and walked briskly Fords customer service where there were a group of managers discussing their task at hand. At this point I was enraged because in todays world you never know whats going to happen and how was I supposed to know he was truly a Walmart employee and reaching for the bag he could have been some creep trying to cop a feel and I could have reacted in a harsh manner thats just one scenario of hundreds of thousands that could have played out once both scenarios were told to the MOD AND CSM he was told he was in the wrong and he should never do that to a customer. So now when we visit that store and that particular employee is working he still tries to profile us which is highly illegal. He was threatened with disciplinary action but I highly doubt anythings took place it was just a show to satisfy me at the moment and that is why Im writing one star otherwise the store is great.

Walmart is always an experience but to tell you the truth I dread going there.The reason that I do is that I can get oatmeal and salad stuff and cheap watermelon and sunscreen and toothbrushes all in the same place. Revlon lipstick that sells for $8 in Walgreens sells for $4.50 at Walmart.If you can deal with the parking lot and find a cart that moves smoothly youve hit a home run.

It could be the Memorial day weekend played a role in the poorly stocked produce section. But this isnt the first time Ive seen this. Its not a good thing, especially when thats the first section when you enter the store.

Were either missing items or they give you the artificially sweetened version. Every. Single. Time. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS READ THE LABEL, but they cant even do that. Go to another location if you want your order to be accurate. I will never order from this location again.

What can you really say, it is a Walmart. This location is one of the better kept locations in Raleigh. Greetings staff is definitely the best I have experienced, so an A+ to them.Like most stores during the pandemic, having adequate inventory seems to be the biggest issue. (ie. Beef, chicken, cheeses, sugar) I have also noticed that checking inventory in the app usually doesnt limit the frustration when arriving on site to find what was showing in stock but is in fact missing.Staffing the checkout area still seems to be a challenge so be prepared to scan and bag your purchases yourself.

CYTHNIA, AMANDA, SHARON, AND BECKY were beyond rude and inconsiderate. I was in line about to make a purchase when Cynthia, a Walmart employee, jumped in front of me to make a purchase of her own. Another employee, BECKY, was walking with Cynthia when she walked in front of me as if I wasnt there. The cashier, Amanda, started having a personal conversation with Cynthia and Becky. At this time I moved to the register beside me which is where Sharon was the cashier. At the same time, Sharon walked away from her register and over to Amandas register to have a personal conversation with Becky, Cynthia, and Amanda. I waited for a few minutes for Sharon to come back to her register. When she never returned, I found the manager to get her to come back to her register. When Sharon finally got back to her register, she would barely speak and halfway through the transaction, Sharon turned her name badge backwards. This was by far the worst Walmart experience I have ever had and for Walmart, thats saying a lot.

Bought a grill here and it was a very pleasant experience, they even helped take it up front for me! Always have a great experience at this location!
