A nice Open Sears store that was pretty well stocked for a Sears today! Also, the Sears Auto Center located in the parking lot is Open Monday through Saturday. This store has the largest selection of sports team wear I have ever seen at a Sears with college, NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA and even NASCAR items! The tool selection is under stocked on the upper level but a great Sears store that still exists!

Sad to see. Throw them on the pile with Montgomery Ward, JC Penny, Kmart and a boat if others who couldnt adapt to the changing times. On a side note, there are some awesome freaking deals on whatever is left!!

I just went here with my mom so she could get a new fridge and a washer/dryer set. The guy on the floor knew absolutely everything about every product he sold. He answered every question, made great recommendations, and was very patient with us. If you need an appliance, go here.

Visted And Was Very Sad to see this Store Closing. For the past couple of years, Sears Locations in The Triangle Were Closing Down And Since Northgate or Southpoint Sears Closed (I Dont Remember which one closed last) This was the only Sears remaining in the Triangle Area. This Store Has been here since the Mall Opened and It Will be Missed 😪

I will never buy anything else from here. I bought a fridge and it wasn’t delivered on time. They had a code blocking the delivery and the only reason I found Out about it was because the fridge never arrived on the expected day. Also whenever the fridge arrived, they installed it and then I noticed the water filter cage was broke and defected. They sent a tech out and told me he wasn’t able to fix it. I had to call the logistics lady who then set up a new fridge to be delivered which will arrive in 3 weeks smh. My entire process with this Sears has been trash, and I will never shop with them again…. Also whenever they brought the first fridge they told me they wasn’t responsible for any damages made to my home during the delivery, so now they got to remove the old fridge and put the new one in but also risk doing more damage to my house. Keep in mind, my kitchen is on the 2nd floor of a town house. I wouldnt recommend these people to anyone.

Did not shop there, but I had a pickup. Very impressed with the experience. The staff members were very friendly. All you need to do is enter your info on a computer and someone will bring your item to you while you wait. So no standing in lines. And they will bring it to you in less than 5 mins or they’ll give you something. The store itself is located within the Triangle Towne Center. Seems larger than other Sears in the area (most of them have closed unfortunately) and has 2 floors: clothing lower floor and everything else on the upper floor. Definitely would recommend.

Rented a vehicle from the Budget booth. No employees there to check us in. Waited over 10 minutes for two people to show up. 1st vehicle they gave us was not cleaned out. Had to wait for them to edit paperwork and find a different vehicle. Got a good deal but poor customer service.

We spent 3k on a kenmore elite and warranty and the compressor brokedown in first year and half, sears tech came and replaced it with a faulty compressor(that wasnt made for the model we have) which damaged the evaporators and created moisture overtime and now refrigerator has stopped cooling and we now ran out of warranty. We have no idea what to do, we have to spend another $1200 to get it fixed. We are beyond frustrated and regret the day we bought this thing. (not to mention sears took 3 months to fix it the first time around) We are going in circles with sears trying to get it fixed since it was their technicians fault but we have no hopes. Please stay away from sears refrigerators.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. How is it such a large company can be so clueless for something as basic as purchasing a toolbox online for in store pickup. I have been calling this location twice a day, every day for a week. I have yet to have ANYONE pick up the phone. Instead it just goes to a voicemail that doesnt provide a name, just silence. I finally drove to the location only for them to tell me they could not help with an order I placed online and was supposed to pick up at this location. I was provided a 1800 # which has been useless so far. I called the 1800 # over 10 times and kept getting told a supervisor would call back but no one ever has. I got hung up on 4 times today, one of them was after a 3hr and 26 min hold. I every time I speak with someone I get conflicting information and promised different things that never happen. For the life of me I cannot understand how it could be so difficult for me to pick up my $1000 order that was supposed to be available for pick up last week. No one can even explain when it will be available, even though it’s in stock. Giving one star if far too generous, hell even zero starts is giving them too much credit. I wish I could leave negative stars. It’s extremely disappointing this company has fallen so far from where they used to be. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again., and I would advise everyone else to do the same. I will be talking with all the employees at my shop to ensure they never spend a dime at this horrible company.

Clean, stocked, and its just Sears. Its sad that it is destined to go the route of Kmart. Once you lose the consumers confidence/ trust then it stays in the back of your head. We never went for clothes and shoes (pricey) it was always the dependable appliances and tools.

Took me a while to find the merchandise pickup area. Their in vehicle pick up crashed all the time in the sears APP, which is pretty much useless. The staff were very friendly though. They also have very good sale prices and generous points reception system. Overall a good experience.

Visit at your own risk. Small, difficult to see placard prohibiting concealed carry was posted on side of door so I left my pistol inside my truck and went into store. While inside there was an emergency with security personnel running around but none would specify emergency so I left the store. My wife was in Dillards. I went to Dillards door. No prohibited concealed carry placard so I headed back to truck to get my firearm but before I could go back to look for my wife, she came out of Dillards telling me there had been a shooting at Sears. DO NOT go into stores prohibiting concealed carry. Such stores are a magnet to those wanting to shoot unarmed people.

I like Sears. I always have. I have purchased Craftsman tool, had my car serviced and use them as a gift spot for Christmas. This visit was about getting some batteries for my watches. Easy peasy! Sears utilizes an outside business, who has a location within Sears which is located upstairs. The name of the business is Precision Quartz Inc. I have used them before also and the service is always excellent! The gentleman that installed the batteries for my watches was quick, informative and pleasant in demeanor. Overall I had a great experience. Sears itself is a great store. No matter when or who visits the store the sales people are friendly and they dont surround you like vultures. The whole vibe of the store is a welcoming, cozy, nonchalant environment. I hope this location remains. Sears is great!

Staff is helpful. I was purchasing a washer/dryer set so I had a specific purpose. In that department, it was great--many choices and good pricing.

I love Sears! I always find good deals on boys clothes, kid shoes and boots. They have a money back guarantee! The Lands End Brand is top notch. If your budget is tight you can go ole school and use layaway. Last but not least, we all know their Kenmore brand has been the best around for decades.

I like Sears tool section, but I dont like being followed around the store when Im trying to browse. Sorry if you only get a few customers a week, but thanks for making me feel very uncomfortable. Ill go back to shopping online and picking up in store, usually cheaper that way anyway.

The worst possible experience ever in retail history. I paid $2k for a washer and dryer that I did not receive for almost a month later because the delivery service was horrible. Multiple appointments set outside of the schedule they advised, one appointment where they said they came out and no one was home while my sister and I were both there, another appointment where they said they couldnt find my house and would not answer the phone 2 minutes after they called for directions, customer service was horrible, none of the committed call backs or refunds were kept. No surprise they are going out of business. I would have rather paid more to Best Buy or another competitor for the peace of mind.

Everyone in the store is very unhelpful, rude and care only about their phones and social media. They treated me with disrespect and in a patronizing manner, but when a Caucasian asked them questions then they found the energy to greet them and aid them. I believe Sears policy is to have excellent customer service, but they failed today.

Miss this place.. its still standing until March 2020 so get here ASAP if you like to shop at Sears.

I bought a Sears diehard gold three-year warranty battery and just as they were about to put it in the car supervisor came and said that the battery had been reserved although not paid for so I wouldn’t be able to have that battery and it was the only one in the store I asked my sales clerk Patrice and she said the only thing she could suggest wants to buy a two year diehard battery instead which was not my intention in coming into the store I went and asked the supervisor if the battery had been paid for and she said no well I’m ready to pay for it no the battery is reserved for the person who called on the phone and said they would come in sometime today not very good salesmanship I thought Patrice was a good sales person And stayed on the goal of making the sale wanted someone in Sears to know what their automotive center was doingThanks,Robert

Ordered a washer dryer and dishwasher, the ordered a bed and adjustable bed spending over $3000 to have the delivery people bring the washer and dryer and run to my house where my father who has cancer and can’t move around to well, was waiting to accept the order. They left the dishwasher in the box in the middle of my kitchen, then put the washer and dryer in the laundry room where I just had a brand new tile floor installed and they set the dryer bare metal no feet no adjusting it to be level. Then they left out the hose i purchased for my dishwasher only to tell me it would be there by 4 pm when we discovered this. So after working a 12 hr day and doctors appointments for my father, I get there to find that the delivery guys had left this mess and just told my father that’s how they do that. So not only are these people inept, they also take advantage of disabled senior citizens! How terrible Sears! I can’t believe you still have a business after treating your customers this way! Then after arriving home I cal sears and was spoken so rudely to, I drove straight to the store and was met by a man named Tom the store assistant manager. He assured me everything would be taken care of, and he would be in touch with me the next day, but he did not contact me and now I’m wondering, how can this company still be in business? I will never purchase from here again and will tell everyone I know of my experience, sad thing is I don’t think they even care. 👎👎😡😖

While Sears remains a the best place to buy craftsman tools, the store continues to constant sales and is always looking like a going out of business. The easy walk in pick up service makes shopping online skipping the shipping wait is a nice option.

My brother was trying to buy work boots here. They had what appeared to be a great sale on a pair of boots. At the register the boots rang up a very different price. When shown the tag on the rack where the boots were the first person agreed to change the price tip the tagged price on the rack, but then some other employee came over and said that its the wrong price and moved the boots around and told them they couldnt have them at that price. Needless to say they got no sale and my brother found his boss $100 cheaper at another store.

I go here for great prices on sale items and appliances. All of my appliances have been purchased at Sears since first becoming a home owner. Nobody beats there prices and the sales representatives do their very best to help you choose the appliance that fits your needs and budget.

We did find an item on sale but what we came in looking for, a single serve coffee maker there was very little selection. Also noticed a lot of bare walls. Sad to see such an icon in this state. I try to shop there when I can but some product selection is not competitive.

You can depend on finiding very practical merchandise here. The quality is fair enough and the luxurious items are usually copies of more expensive items. Its wonderful to leave your car; watch; jewelry or other items for repair while you shop around. Also, they have quality appliances and frequently offer excellent sale prices on these with good repair service.

Horrible customer service from management. Employee misinformed us about the lease program. When I finally figured out what the issue was (had to do it on my own because no employee was able to provide a solution or answer) I called manager to inform him of the problem and that because of the employees mistake we would lose out on purchasing an item at a sale price I was hung up on. I immediately called back 3 times and only got voice mail. Left a message 3 days ago and I have yet to get a return phone call or any type of apology for their mistake. Terrible service. No wonder Sears is closing stores left and right.

Dont buy anything from this company if you actually expect to receive it. We purchased our Christmas tree from them on November 26th since it was a good deal we figured we didnt mind the wait into December we waited patiently to put up our Christmas tree on December 10th we got an email telling us that we had received our item well guess what we had it so we called the company we asked them to please find our item because it was not here on December 11th we got an email stating that they had found the item it was sent to the wrong address in an entirely different state and that it was returned damaged and because of that they were currently out of stock of that item if they wanted to know if we wanted to trade for a different item but that we have to pay the difference in price and wait for it to ship also again. So in other words they shipped to the wrong City wrong state then wanted us to wait another how many days for shipping and pay the price difference in trees because they had sold out of the item that we had already purchased thats terrible customer service. We used to spend a ton of money at Sears but I can tell you after this experience Im so fed up.....I dont know of we will ever buy anything again.

I went to sears today looking for a treadmill and the staff there try to scam us by changing prices and not being truthful. Trust is the most important part in a sales relationship and I am able to say that the trust has been lost.
