Lived in this area for 14 years now. Been coming here since they built it. The employees always remember me and are friendly. They get busy in there sometimes but the wait is not long. The cashiers always try to be efficient which I appreciate.

Thank you Cruizers for actually going by what NC laws are & not giving way to the extremist who leave low ratings & just want something else to rant about-& aparently arent even aware that the law does NOT REQUIRE WEARING MASK AT THIS TIME! 12:15 AM Saturday morning...I am filling my car up and the cashier has out of service signs on the doors...the cashier confirmed that they were out of order. I went in anyway and it not only was in order but it was shiney clean...I see how the night crew skips a cleaning. Date 7/10/2021

Rude cashier wouldnt sell me Mikes Hard even after I presented my ID citing that my drivers license was expired during an actual pandemic. I informed her of the four month extension on licenses and registrations ordered by the governor and she still refused the sale. She started rolling her eyes at the other cashier working that night. After that she pulled my drinks away from me including the 2 normal energy drinks I had with me and refused to sell to me. I had to inform her of the fact that two of the four drinks I was buying were non-alcoholic and she begrudgingly brought them back to sell to me. Wonderful people youre hiring here who are too ignorant to be bothered to learn how to do their jobs correctly.

Be advised, i saw several customers inside making purchases with no mask on; the employees said nothing; avoid that store and go somewhere where the nc mask mandate is actually enforced!!

I was refused service at this place because I suggested they enforce the Covid-19 safety protocols, which they werent at the time I was there. People were walking without any mask on or anything, and the two guys working there had their masks below their chins! This company does not take public health and safety seriously, so be careful.

Stopped here to get my car washed and was third in line. Sat for 15 minutes as the line slowly crept forward, but the upside could mean that you get a thorough car wash. Unfortunately Ill never know because the machine wouldnt take my credit card (which I used immediately afterward at Home Depot) and would only take exact change for cash, and the smallest bill I had was a $10. I had to get the entire line of 6 cars to back up so I could get out. Wont be returning.

Typical convenience store. There’s multiple cashiers usually because it gets busy here. This is a good location because they offer discounts on cigarettes, other locations don’t.

This Cruizers is a convenient convenience store for me as it is located near my sons school. Seems like gas prices are high but you get a discount if you use the carwash but note that the wash uses brushes. What I stop for is their coffee and fantastic cinnamon rolls. Their coffee is decent for a gas station but that roll really is special. Service is quick as they have a full crew in the mornings.

The clerks were funny and very nice. Im visiting from FL and they had a kick of me freaking out seeing a 40oz for the first time! They are illegal in FL! 😆 But so nice!!

This is my go to spot in the am and I always always receive the best customer service. Today though totally different situation. I never thought I would walk in and see the cashier combing her hair, not say how can I help you when I walked to the counter and just be downright stand offish. I will continue to stop early in the am (430ish) because I just cant say enough about the early am staff; but the young lady this morning...well I will find somewhere else to do during the day.

I went to the store and had excellent customer service by the clerk (sunshine) she always brighten my day always ask me how my day was and always make sure im well taken care of.

My girlfriend and I stopped in here after lunch to get a pack of cigarettes, my girlfriend being 22 years old and has been here for 2 years from Pennsylvania does not have a North Carolina license. The lady at the desk said she couldnt sell cigarettes to her because she had an out of state license and said it was illegal. She said she would lose her job so in that case nobody from out of state with an out of state license can never buy cigarettes at a gas station. Sounds a little stupid to me, so anybody ever passing through the state is not allowed to buy cigarettes from this gas station. By the way the actual law states that the only restriction on it is that it has to have a birthdate on it and a picture. Way too go for not wanting to make money off of people from out of town

Only stopped here because it was the closest gas station to my job, and experienced bad customer service! Owner expects employees to always greet customers when entering store and ask for plenti when at purchase and neither expectations were meet. Cashier (sunshine) was rude and had an attitude, I told her i wanted to use my plenti and she rolled her eyes, i had several items and wasnt offered a bag nor asked for ID when purchasing a tobacco product. Did not thank her simply because she didnt deserve it. I was called rude from another customer but I worked there a couple years ago and always asked to give great customer service which I did, nothing compared to what i experienced today. Most likely wont go back nor recommend going to that location.

Car wash sucks, scratched my car! Food was out dated, bought a USB cable that didnt work, gas seems to have junked up my car, worst place to go. Head anywhere but here
