Im happy theres a store finally at NH- Please come to the King of Prussia mall! Nice-looking store and friendly staff. Only wish they had a size small in the mens Sugar Mill Gingham polo so I wouldnt have to order online and could bring back home with me. Will definitely return. Thank you for the stickers!

Dont stop at this store. Very disappointing. Purchased some items while on vacation from a different store as a gift. Unfortunately it was the wrong size and I needed to exchange one of the items. When I walked in to the store, the sales associate said that I could not return or exchange the item. I have purchased items here in the past, but unfortunately because of this experience I will not purchase from there again. There is a better store a few doors away from Southern Tide which has excellent return policy and customer service.

Disappointing visit. We were greeted but never asked if we needed assistance. We found what we wanted on our own and proceeded to checkout. My husband asked the cashier (a young woman) how much the boxers would shrink. Her response/attitude was as if she wouldn’t know because she doesn’t wear boxers... which I understand, but shouldn’t you know your product? Surely we’re not the first couple to ask, and surely won’t be the last. I ended up looking at the package myself, which apparently the cashier was incapable of doing. It does not say preshrunk, so I guess we’re taking a gamble on $25 boxers ... and there were no mediums available. She at least knew that much.I ended up handing the cashier the card and she didn’t even have the decency to hand it back to me. She laid it on the counter and slid it halfway back to me. Big thanks on that one. She was apparently also incapable of pulling the string handles out of the bag for us. When I’m spending my hard earned money on overpriced clothing, I expect to at least be treated with respect and not be given some 19 year old “better than you” attitude. I will gladly take my business elsewhere next time.

Nice place. Great selection of top quality mens and womens clothing. Little pricey, but it all looks great!

Went in looking for a gift for my dad for Father’s Day. Was not greeted and was ignored for the entire 20 minutes I was in the store. The two boys working were too busy watching a soccer game on TV and talking to one another to help customers. One even pointed where something was that another customer asked about instead of walking him to it. Coming from retail experience this type of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a more upscale shopping area. Will not be returning.

This is not a corporate southern tide store and should be advertised as such as it is deceiving. They are unable to process certain returns.
