Updated Review: Company reached out and apologized and had a carpet installer use left over piece to fix the seems. Raised stars from 1 to 3.Original Review: Terrible. 2 installers showed up (no masks) and asked to borrow broom and dustpan to sweep up after removing old carpet. They laid carpet pad but had to go to hardware store because they forgot tape. How do you not come prepared for these simple tools? They scuffed and marked up my baseboards during install and simply left when done. They did not clean up the fibers on new carpet. We had to vacuum. How do you take pride in this when done? New carpet literally covered in carpet strands. The carpet is also 4 pieces/sections in a small room. There is an unsightly t seem that is very obvious. It will only look worse in time. I cannot recommend USA Flooring . Although the carpet material and pad are good quality (that we paid for), the poor installation is inexcusable. The salesmen knew I wanted to start with one room downstairs before ordering carpet for the entire 2nd floor but USA Flooring never called to ask us how great the carpet looks or how the install was or if we need flooring anywhere else. I advise you shop elsewhere.

Flooring Fabrication manager Colin Harrington did a great job in creating a 6 -foot circular rug from a rectangular rug we already owned.

I recently bought a custom area rug from USA Flooring. Emily was great and quality was awesome. Very happy and the carpet looks great.

Emily made no delay in coming over to measure our stairs and give us a quote, about a day and a half after I initially called. Randy was able to do the carpet installation a few days later. Speaking of Randy, very professional, left everything clean as a whistle and was finished in a few hours.Overall the pricing was reasonable and service was fantastic, I would not hesitate to call or recommend either Emily or Randy for the next project!

USA Flooring had the exact carpet and padding we needed for a quick turn around. While others were quoting 2-3 weeks, USA was able to order the carpet I wanted on Monday. On Friday the carpet had arrived and was installed by the end of the day. A great job and I would highly recommend to anyone needing quality work at an affordable price!

I had 2 sets of stairs carpeted and everything went so smooth from scheduling to installation! They even made runners for me out of the left over material. Emily was amazing to work with! I will definitely use them again in the future!!

If you’re a young minority….Do not go to this location at capital blvd raleigh. I walked in this afternoon - employee at the register did not acknowledge me. Regardless if she was helping another customer at the register, she is still able to greet customers. I have worked in retail for years, I know when someone is intentionally giving bad service and DISCRIMINATING. I browsed around for a few minutes and finally asked her for help. I brought a sample of exactly what I was looking for and asked for similar flooring/color. She walked me to the back, quickly pointed out a small section of laminate floorings, then eagerly walked away to help another white couple. She seemed bothered to help or even answer my questions. It was obvious the difference in personal service she was providing for her white customers. Another employee in the back also did not ask if I needed help but he was quick to acknowledge other white customers who walked in behind me. I knew exactly what was going on and rather not give them my business. As I was walking out she miraculously knew how to greet white customers walking in while she was helping others.If the owner sees this post & you’re questioning the authenticity of my review…….check your camera for an Asian female walking in on 7/24 around 2:30 pm - 3:00pm.To the female employee I encountered today, “bless your heart”.

Received a quote over the phone for laminate flooring to install myself, went in person to order and pay for and arrange pick up.Owner told me that the price increased in a matter of days? We have used USA Flooring for years and always have a good experience. We own rental homes and we rehab/flip properties, so we buy more carpet, more often than the average homeowner. They have good prices, lots of remnants to choose from, and they work very easily with our installer. Weve always gotten good recommendations and knowledgeable service, and quality carpet ready for our installer to pick up and get the job done on time.

Anthony has assisted us on multiple projects over the past couple of years; Carpet, Hardwood and LVP in various properties, home and income. We have been very pleased with the Crews that were sent. Last crew was knowledgeable and proficient but did leave more strands than we anticipated and have experienced with past projects. Anthony sent someone back immediately to correct a couple of minor details. My own advice is to make clear with any crew what your expectation is to be at the end. Professional, Clean, Complete. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They say they warranty their labor for life but it is simply not true.USA Floors in Fayetteville, NC wrecked the plumbing in my home by not using licensed plumbers. The upstairs toilet leaked into my kitchen causing us to have to file an insurance claim and leaving us with a ripped apart bathroom and hole in our kitchen ceiling. In addition, they caused leaks to our washing machine connections and simply shut off the connections for us to figure out later what happened. The District Manager, Mr. DeBoyer came to my home and saw the damage to my home and called it minor cosmetic problems later and has yet to reimburse us for the $1,000 insurance claim. He never apologized for not using licensed plumbers and has yet to set the situation right.I have a baby due in one month and my home is in disrepair and it is beyond frustrating and upsetting. *Update - Its a year later and we are still out $1,000 in insurance claim money and still have bubbles under our bathroom vinyl.

Needed to patch my floors due to some water damage and they were the only place that had similar color and wood grain matches to my old existing 6 year old flooring.

The advantage with going with USA flooring over the box stores for carpet or flooring was an easy decision for my wife and I. Paul made multiple trips to our house to drop off samples and find out exactly what it was we were looking for.Not only were the prices better, but the quality was far superior than what we had been looking at. Our salesman even stopped by to check in and make sure we were happy with our product.Highly recommend, excited to see what kind of floor they have for our kitchen next.

About 2 years ago we replaced the flooring in our Sunroom, Family Room, two Bedrooms, and the Kitchen.Their Show Room is Awesome, they have a huge variety of Flooring samples to pick from and if you cant find it they will order it. But the most important thing about any company or Service is how they treat the customer from the beginning to the end of the installation and beyond. We met with the Manager Nick Ianucilli who assisted us with selecting the flooring, and arranging the installation. We found him to be honest and sincere in keeping his Word, that if I had any problems they would take care of it. I have dealt with many companies as most of us have who are not reputable. It was really refreshing to find a company and an individual that deals with people the old fashion way. Their Word is Their Bond. I know they will continue to be Blessed and Prosper because of it.To make a long story short, there was a problem with the Kitchen Flooring after 2 years. One of the seams started to come up. They came out to looked at the problem and determined that to correct it and do it right they would have to replace the entire Kitchen Floor including the Hallway and the adjoining Bathroom.I also want to thank Anthony Shirey who assisted me with making a last minute change just before installation with no extra charge. The new installation was perfect. I also want to thank Jim Duty and his crew which took extra time to make sure everything was done correctly. USA FLOORING went way beyond what we expected to correct the problem. We highly recommend USA Flooring, at leastvisit their show room before you make your final decision!

Our excellent service began with Anthony, who came out promptly to give us an estimate on our wood flooring replacement. We soon scheduled his team to come out for the installation. The installers were also top notch, moving our furniture very carefully and cleaning up after the install and wiping down the floors. The cost, installation and overall experience with USA Flooring was great! I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

Worked with Jennifer to select, measure and order the hardwood flooring. It is beautiful and Jennifer is great to work with.The installer, Josh Duplanis, was a different story. He did a good job until we got to the more complex stair nosing from my foyer and dining room into my sunken living room. He took ages to come back to do the stair nosing and actually sent his father instead. His father said the wood needed some adjustments and took the wood ($318) promising to return in about a week. Josh never came back or returned my wood. Jennifer called him and he immediately called me to say he couldnt finish the job and that he would mail my wood back. After a week I contacted him offering to meet him in Jacksonville where he lives to pick up my wood. He agreed on where and when to meet but never came and did not reply to my calls or messages. I had to order new wood and Jennifer recommended a different installer who did a quick, quality, and reasonably priced job.Thank goodness Jennifer helped save the jobNo matter where you buy your wood do not use Josh as your installer.

Very happy with our service from USA flooring! I called them with an urgent request to get floors done in 3 days. I spoke to Anthony on a Wednesday, he came out the day of and brought us samples that were in-stock so we could pick flooring that was available. The next day, he sent his guys out to start the job, and by Saturday, the floors were done! We couldnt be happier with the end product.

Anthony was super helpful with us while we took our time picking out some vinyl sheet flooring for our bathroom. Wed already looked at the big box stores and were having trouble finding something that matched our new countertops. USA Flooring has a much better selection of in-stock vinyl sheet than the big box stores, with more variety in colors/patterns. Anthony answered all of our questions and gave us a fair price on the in-stock flooring that we selected. Once the sale was complete, he even brought the roll of flooring out to our truck and tied it on for us.This was actually our second visit to USA Flooring - we purchased laminate flooring for our last home there about 10 years ago. We we very happy with that purchase as well. The floors were durable and help up over the 8 or so years we lived with them, and still looked great for the sale of our old home 2 years ago.I plan to go back soon to have an are rug custom made for my nursery.

We have always use USA flooring for the past 15 years on 2 different houses and they have the best quality and best prices.

If you are building a new house and/or buying in volume they have fair prices...but their remnant prices are a tad high with little interest in cutting any of them to size. I am happy with their quality, however, and decided to buy larger piece even though I only needed less than half the size.

I have used them several times with some rental properties, and they did exactly what I needed, at a great price, and made sure that I was happy when completed, I would definitely recommend them.
